I bought Google pixel pro from Verizon one year ago and now it's giving me trouble .phone screen goes on off ,turn black out and not able to work.not able to make any calls or just use pH in simple way

I purchased a pixel 6 with a OtterBox case and a zagg screen from Google Store on 8/28/2022. The OtterBox defender pro has failed and the zagg screen protector is cracked. Both offer warranties but no one wants to assume it.

Pixel phone suvks and trying to reach support by phone.email. or Google act is just horrible waste of time. Warranty is garbage makes u jump through hoops while being under 1yr manufacturers Warranty. Never will I get any Google products.

Google Store's Preferred Care Option - they can cancel insurance without notifying you
In February, 2023, I purchased a Google Pixel 7 Pro 256 gb phone along with Preferred Care insurance. 2 weeks ago, I went to make a claim for the phone which was damaged beyond repair during a hike. After almost 2 weeks of "looking into it," I was advised that my Preferred Care was canceled by the "card payment" - This is not true because I opted to have the purchased through Google's own financing. There was no card. Also, they have no record of me canceling the insurance and no record of notifying me that the insurance was canceled. And yet, they are currently telling me that there is nothing they can do. What a scam and horrible customer service. I do not recommend purchasing through Google Store or purchasing Preferred Care

Tablet purchased was to be shipped for receipt on June 22 or 23, 2023. Its Jun 27th and nobody can tell me where my Table is. Very frustrating. Tried to find a phone number to call, to no avail. Only access so far is an email with Google customer rep Rose, who has no information and keeps saying my issue has been sent to another department for research - has been 4 days, no resolution.

I'm a samsung user but the new pixel fold caught my interest. So I made the order and used my samsung flip for trade in. Great I made the order and used their "google finance" and my total was around 1200 with trade in. Great I checked out with the finance and qualified for 1500. Perfect!!!... well nope. They don't give you credit for trade in until they get the trade in. My fault I'm use to samsung. So my new total is 1900. Well that's ok I'll put money towards it from my bank to get the payment down. On the phone with customer service (hahahaha service) and they could not do nothing but transfer me to the "google finance" which couldn't do nothing either. Neither one would accept more money on top. So I basically waited over a month just to find out this order will be a no go and I'll have to make a new order and now have to wait till August to get the phone. No thank you google. Your service sucks and your shipping time suck. I'll just stick to samsung.

Fraudulent spending
I need to an English speaking homo sapiens. Fraudulent purchases were made using my bank debit card, not the credit card on file in my account. I didn't even know I had a Google store account. I filled out the form for reimbursement,but it is only showing a purchase of43.09. The criminal charged 42.09 twice...86.18 total. It is ridiculous that a corporation as large as google cannot provide human contact.vfile
