Well, I have 3 Google Play cards that are not working. And I add up to $250.

Can't redeem my coupon code
i bought a coupon code from phonepe and then i went to redeem it on google play and it says we need more information to verify and i did that more than 7 times and waiting for about 10-15 days and nothing happened. Google scammed me, and in that scam phonepe was also involved. be careful

Lacks Developer over sight
Bitcoin mining has become the craze in the past two years and although there are some reputable US or EUROPEAN based apps Google Play has been flooded with fake apps. Apps promising monetary rewards, advertisement for these apps using English speaking actors promising huge payouts that give you the run around. Bitcoin mining apps that are falsely advertised where you aren't mining for Bitcoin but Satoshi. The prices are outrageously priced and what you get in return is far less than what you spent to get it. To apps that are created by these developers mostly out of India and China that if something goes wrong you get nothing you get no payout you get no chance for you get no Bitcoin you have to pay for these apps sometimes up front to use them other ones you pay for to speed up the processes they put it however when it comes time to transfer these they don't transfer or the Apple suddenly malfunction and it won't ever come back online they'll develop a new app. and speaking with Google Play support chat the other day I was shocked to find out that there is no oversight no policies regarding these apps that Google Play basically uses their site as a platform for developers and anyone can develop anything on their charge people for it and there's nothing that they do about it unless it's been reported even so I've made reports on apps that are still very active and functioning or if the app goes down another one replaces it. I have lost copious amounts of money on these apps that don't deliver and I'm currently in the process of disputing for now because I cannot get a hold of the developers it appears that these apps are just money fronts and the fact that Google Play allows this to happen and refuses to own any ownership of it is unacceptable as a consumer. I personally believe that these apps are fishing. You put in your digital wallet they have access to it you put in your information your vital statistics they have access to that your debit cards your first and last name your social security number it's a threat to a person's personal safety as well as their identification and something must be done about this.

As stated above, cannot get results from google play about $200 on a play card that I put on their Google play card when I went to activate the code it said cannot activate turned in a ticket saying I needed more information I gave what information that they needed. Im still waiting, Ive been holding my $200 for seven days if I dont get results here pretty quick Im going to the state Attorney Generals office and sue them for theft or service because thats what theyve done. Im tired of all the excuses I will no longer use Google play for anything. Im not even gonna use Google on my computer anymore thats how Im disappointed with their service.

I got e mail to resend information again they other department claims they never received hmmm. Then get told told buy another email not to resend again.
Do they not talk too each other as a company?
I will show how many times they clam they never received. Very sad

I got scammed
I wanted to buy virtual money for a game, but for some reason my card was getting declined, I tried several times, but it was just not working. So I thought buying a gift card instead would be way easier so, I did. When I tried to redeem they asked for a verification ID, and again, another problem, the buttons were just not working, several hours after chatting with the support, they sent me to their Google play site (and it worked) I uploaded my documents to verify my account... 4 days later (I tried 2 times) something went wrong... somehow my name wasn't matching with the document they said, but it didn't have any inconsistencies, all my account information and documents was ok, they didn't solve my problem yet, tried several times, but again, the same thing.

My card has money on it and I can't redeem
I bought a Google Play card at Walgreens about 2 weeks ago and when I got ready to use the card the card said there was a error can't redeem therefore I can't use the card because the cord is not letting me use it so I've been trying to get a hold of you guys because I have two sets of cards that this done me like that

So I downloaded the app "PLAYTIME" from the Google app store which is a app that you download other games, gain coins & can use those coins to "PayOut" for gifts cards. Well everything was fine & dandy up until 5/12/23 when I tried to cash out my winnings. Now I currently have 3 "payouts" that are still in the "processing" phase. I've tried reaching out to the developer of the app due to the game not having a customer service support team & have basically for a lack of betted words "left on read" cause I know damn well they have seen my emails cause I also reached out to Google support to let them know about the app & the issues I've been having with them. I'm adding screenshot of my emails to them, my current "processing" payouts, my edited reviews of the app since they ABSOLUTELY have changed since this started happening & the email between me & Google play support (which by the way weren't much help) & the fact that I have quite a bit of coins racked up that I could "ATTEMPT" to cash out but I feel that would be a waste of my time as I tried that already by attempting to cash out 1 more gift cards in hopes that it would make them see that I had others pending thinking maybe they missed mine or were just backed up but NOPE still NADA!! Also all google play support told me was that their specialist team were placing a bug on the app...??? Not sure what that'll do but okay. ANYWAYS sorry for the TLTR but this needs to be out there!!

I bought 6 google play cards. 4 worked. 2 did not. They where $200.00 each. So Im needing $400.00 for the 2 cards that didnt work. I have already sent copies of the receipt and a copy of the cards Please send my $400.00 to replace my cards
