Subscription issues

I waited on the phone for almost two hours to speak with customer service. I ended up requesting a callback which never happened. Im at a loss as to next steps. I need help with my subscription.

No Answer - Warranty Claim

Ive emailed multiple times to try and file a warranty claim for my Google Nest Thermostat. No response for months. I tried calling and stayed on hold and then was promised a call back by an automated service. No call back. Im sure they will wait until my device is out of warranty to return my calls. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ive been on hold with them for over an hour and 30min and know answer I dont know whats going on and why they want answer the phone call

I am upset about the LACK of service

I have trying to reach Google Nest since November 2022 I have managed to talk to them two times both times they said they would get it fixed. We got it worked on it going to then after I paid for the 24 seven video I have not been able to talk to anyone I have called at least 15 times and on hold for over an hour left three messages, and still have not returned the call. call I want to get my moneys worth.

Air conditioning

My air conditioning has been shut off 3 days. I'm unsure of what I pay for it for at all and good luck getting in contact with their shitless support I live in a townhouse complex and I don't get a choice if I did I'd get something that actually works. I've taken it apart checked the wires reset the everything and it only works when it chooses to.

Customer service is non-existent. Literally. There is no one there. Zero, zip, nada!

After a few months of use, my Nest thermostat lost its connection with wifi. It can't even find my wifi (or any wifi) while every other wifi device in the house easily finds my wifi and the wifi of 7-8 neighbors. I have run all the recommended procedures to fix the problem - at least 3 times - with no success. Now, I read on the internet that there are many, many others like me and that the only thing you can do is get Google to take the product back and give you a new one. This product has a serious flaw and they have acknowledged that to several others. Communicating with Google, though, is like communicating with someone in outer space using an old transistor radio. You will spend hours just trying.

Number disconnected, no way to get a hold of anyone

The contact number on here is disconnected! If you request a call back, they call back and any number you pressed is not recognized, so it hangs up on you. No way to talk to these ***

Thermostat won't connect to app

Nest thermostat wont add to my google or nest app! Reset & restarted the system! Wifi is working fine. Still having issues & read up on things & worked on it for 3 days! Not a happy camper!!!

How to connect existing cameras to new wifi

I have tried for hours to try and speak to someone about my issue and have not been able to reach anyone. This is ridiculous I only needed to figure out how to get my cameras on my new wifi. It should be such a simple thing yet I am going to wind up throwing my cameras away stopping my monthly subscription and buying new cameras from a different company simply because there is Noone to help with this very simple problem. I will NEVER buy anything google nest again. It's just so crazy to me that they give there customers absolutely no support. My cameras work fine I simply got a new internet carrier and needed to hook my cameras up to my new wifi yet it's literally impossible to find out how. I have the box from when I bought it with paperwork and still can get it to connect. This is just so stupid

Purchased Nest thermostat from Lowe’s Mobile Alabama

Every time I would leave it would shut off and stay off at 76 degrees and my husband would come home and the house would be hot and he has been in the heat all day so I took it off my phone and now we either burn up or freeze tried to put it back on my phone I cant get it to connect again so we tried for 2-3 hours yesterday 7/10/23 to add it again with no luck and when it does shut off it comes right back on within 3-5 min. Thank you for your help.

Need replacement Thermostat

Common wire connector burnt out need a replacement still under warranty Plug the common wire in and it started to spark, and now it says no power. Electrician came out and checked it, and said it was burnt.

I was double charged

I didn't get to speak to anybody the number is wrong. I wasn't able to speak with a lot of person yet again to get this problem solved.

Some camera features quit working

I have 2 Nest spotlight cameras, 2 battery cameras and a doorbell camera. They changed the layout in the app and since then I can no longer "save clips" on the doorbell camera or the battery cameras. This is unacceptable! Also, one of the spotlight cameras only works 10% of the time, when it feels like it. We can never go to live view with it. Also, unacceptable. I paid over $1000 for products and services that have done half their job and I really can't afford to go buy another security system right now, so I'm stuck with Google Nest's half-ass equipment.
