I was on hold with customers service for over 30 minutes and the without even taking my call they hung up

Poor Service

I tried several times to contact the customer service while using different different phone numbers given by them but no one answered, they always do this, I tried to solve my problem online but all in vain, when they need money then everything is smooth but after that you will never be happy.

Strangest refund polict I ever seen

During a manic episode caused by my bipolar disorder, I unintentionally made a domain purchase on Google Domains. The domain in question is "dadawatch.com." Regrettably, my impaired judgment during that time led to this unintended and costly mistake. I reached out to Google Domains support to explain the situation right after my episode finishes (within 8 days after purchase) and request a refund for the domain purchase. I provided all the necessary details. However, despite explaining the circumstances surrounding my condition and my genuine need for a refund, it was rejected during a support chat, unlike other firms I interacted with during that episode. I am genuinely seeking resolution for this unfortunate incident. I have no intention of keeping the domain, and it is of no use to me. I only wish to be refunded for the amount I paid during this challenging period. I kindly requested Google Domains to show compassion and understanding towards my situation and process the refund without further delay. As a customer, I believe in fair treatment and timely resolution of issues, especially when they involve sensitive matters like mental health. I hope that sharing my experience on this platform will help bring attention to my case and prompt a swift and satisfactory resolution from Google Domains.

Can’t get access to my domain

Its shameful how Google is taking peoples money, yet theres no one to help. My websites DNS needs updating, but no one is available to help. Im paying $24.00 monthly for a domain that doesnt work. Shameful. I am transferring my domain to Godaddy. Google better gives me the auth or EPP code to transfer.

Set up domain

No live customer service. I was on hold for hours and finally gave up. Such completely horrible customer service. I want to use Google, but am unable to do without live help.
