Ads Approved but Not Runing

Respected Sir/Madam, I want to tell you that my Google Ads has been approved since the last 3/4 days but it is not running. Please solve this problem.

Stop subscription

I've read that my card would not be charged but it were. Try stop service and get refund back.could not get in touch with anyone.

Bad customer service and misleading info in Google ad.

After purchasing network unlock for android phone, I discovered that my phone doesn't prompt to enter unlock code. Contacted support and was advised that this info is highlighted at point of purchase- NOT TRUE. Google ad says one off payment, also NOT TRUE. Was just told by support that they're not responsible but no suggestions of how to overcome this problem

Worst place to spend money

Google ads, takes your credit card, don't tell you where the charges are coming from, doesn't send an invoice BUT CHARGES 1000's of dollars. Try to ask. no phone number. No response on email. And try to cancel your account. Looking for others to file class action.

Suspension of account with unknown reason

My google Adv account was suspended and I dont get the reason .No staff in Hk tell me how to fix it . The Adv normally run for several years and the most recent campaign was set up with the guide from your Hk staff . Pls help to fix it . Thanks !

Unauthorized charges

I begin to get notifications from my bank of a charge attempt in the amount of $350.00 while I had my bank block the attempt because I did not authorize it, google customer service was of no help. 3 more times today there was an attempt of this fraudulent activity and still no help from Google.

Unauthorized Charges On My Credit Union

I registered for Google ans was told I need to have a card on file so I did and the next month they charged my card $277.28 for a campaign ad that that I didn't ask for and I want my money refunded to me... tried calling several numbers that were non working numbers and finally got a working only to speak to someone in another country that didn't understand what I was saying

I've been randomly suspended

So someone at Google Ads has just decided to take down my Ad campaign for "circumventing systems" without providing any proof about which content tried to evade their policies. They take up to 72 hs. to reply and refuse to provide any reasonable explanation as to why I'm suspended or in which way did I break the rules. Terrible customer experience. The screenshots are in Spanish, feel free to use a translation service if necessary.

My account remains suspended for no good reason

Google ads suspended my account on the 25th August 2021, and although I have begged &; pleaded with them via email more than a dozen times just to let me know what the problem is so that I can fix it, my questions remain unanswered. It is shocking to be treated in this manner, as I have been a loyal client for the past 8 or 9 years. All I want is for Google to point out what the problem is, so that I can resolve the issue. resolve the issue

Customer -NO SERVICE

Anyone ever try to contact Google Support? They could care less about their customers. I was charged twice for the same ad and there is no way to contact CS for a refund.

Google ad is charging my card

Google ad is oftenly deducting from my credit card, i don't for which reason it is been deducted, once probably i used my card for trial, after that some times they deduct from my card, i am unable to contact them.

Rejected and blocked without explanation

Received a message saying my account was suspended for violation of policy (sending product data from a print-on-demand Shopify store). Google Ads Support at first told me to fix one thing, then when it was still rejected, they refused to give any more support. They claim they escalated it to another account manager, but that led to nothing. Over the course of 3 weeks I spent countless hours in touch with Support, but they point blank refused to tell me what the violation was, or how to fix it. Eventually, I closed the shop and shut down the brand. There were other external problems too (e.g. Facebook), but without Google Ads, the business was a non-starter. 4 months of my business life and thousands of dollars wasted, because of an unwillingness to help fix an issue that bots flagged, and humans declined to investigate.

They signed me up for this site

Because I so accidentally hung up on Google, my own customer service representative on the regular- signed me up for this website. Honestly feel like we both have stuck up tendencies and emotional issues. So I guess thats it. Getting out a well needed ventilated exhalation on a typing spree. Thank you Google.

Support runaround

Tried to log in to Google password manager. Saw a list of sites I had passwords to. Asked me to log in to my Google account. Now all I see is a page that tells me I'm logged in. Click on it and it shows me I'm linked to all my devices. No passwords anywhere. Try to contact support, the number I got from the web I get a prerecorded message saying they do not respond to support questions. It directs me to go to a website. FAQ are not good enough. I need answers, not some generalized info that isn't even close to what I'm looking for. I have been looking for 15 minutes to try go find somebody to talk to - an actual human being - and cannot find a way to do so. I got a message about a security breach and would like to change my passwords but Google is no help.
