Treated very rude by the Westchester California location

Woman at this location is very rude. Is disrespectful, and if she hates her jo. That much, she should not be there

Overpriced for stuff that’s donated!

The employees are very nice but the store is always hot. My biggest complaint is how much they charge for donated goods. I have seen some of these items at the dollar stores and they charge 3 dollars. I find this absurd! They have taken the fun out of thrifting. This is a no for profit! Not everyone who shops here is a reseller!

Homeless after begging for help

Was in school but was losing my place begged for a car no one even answered me. So now I'm homeless and lost everything. I used to help people all the time but now that I really needed to to better myself. Basically ignored. So my box I live in is quite big. Doesn't hold to wind but duct tape I had to steal holds it down . Thanks for your help. Next time I'll pretend not to be American when beggin

No response. Hard to contact. Waste of my time!!!!

Broken items I paid for and received, No place to turn for receiving a refund! Extremely poorly packed for a set of glass bowls, relatively no packing materials, literally thrown into a box with some paper and a couple sheets of bubble wrap. Extremely, extremely disappointed. Now there is no one to help with a refund or even anyone to call or talk to about this.

Price changing bad attitude of store managers

I went to store on Tamiami Trail Naples Florida the $1.49 tags for Sunday and Monday was blue. I went to pay for a dress blue tag it rang up 50% instead cashier got store manager she said no it was yellow price I showed her it was blue tag she pulled it out of my hand and said NO. I took pictures the plastic tag was intact.

Different employees have different rules

Well first I pulled up in a pu truck completely full, the whole backseat, frintseat and back of truck and I got treated rudely as if I was causing an inconvenience. Then I went inside and saw new mattress and I asked for the 55 plus discount, since it was Tuesday, and I was denied. When I asked why the cashier said because it's new?? I said I buy new and used items every week and I always get the discount on Tuesdays. So, after dropping off 2000 worth of merchandise, and when I really needed help, that was the treatment I received. In NC I use to get 25% discount. Now I'm in FL and it's 15%. Makes no sense to me, but in any case, I'll never shop there again, employees either don't care, or make up answers, that never make sense..t

People are awful rude that work here????

Hi, I live in Rutland city and I just wanted to make a complaint about the employees that work for that company in Rutland every time me and my mother go in that place theyre very snarky and theyre rude and they have a personality like a rattlesnake they dont for some reason like their job so they think that they have to blame it on the customers and be rude to them. Everything for this company is donated and given to them, and they charge twice as much as it would be for a new clothing item And every time I tried to say something to the manager at the store shes always sticking up for her employees. Theres quite a few young girls there that are very extremely rude to my mother, which is an elderly woman and theyre always rude about when you ask about discounts, they act like nobodys entitled to it And I really think that this place should be cleaned out because I know quite a few people that are refusing to go there because people are so disgustingly rude. Please do something about it so me and my mother can continue shopping in there and theyre even rude to children to the point where Im not gonna put my business in there anymore , I dont feel the need that I should have to go in there and be treated like dog *** . Do something about it . Its not legal or right. Its like they dont really want to bring business in. The head honcho needs to go over there and straighten everybody else supposed to be about the customers if they dont like their job, then they should probably go find another one. Dont blame it on the customers are used to shop here probably four or five times a week now Im lucky if I go in there once a month because theyre that awful.

Treated wrong by the manager at the Marine Drive location.

I just recently moved into the neighborhood and went to the goodwill on marine drive. I'd never been there before. It was my first time and I got there about 30 min before they closed but I had to take the bus and I was trying to get a fan and a TV. Because I didn't have either one and it was hot and I lived alone. So I needed a TV. But prior to that, I had gotten robbed and they took my backpack. My purse and my phone, my wallet everything and I just gotten my wallet replaced and wasent sure witch pin number went to witch one .my anxiety levels were far to high and i was about to have a panic attack i was the last person in line and the manager lady said to the worker who was ringing me up only swipe it once i thought it was odd to say but i got my stuff all rang up and swiped my bank card but i Accidentally put in the Pin number for my Visa. Gift Card I tried to explain. To the lady that All I had to do was swipe my bank card and everything would go threw at this point i am on the *** of a full blown attack because she wasent going to let me get my stuff i had no tv at home no fan no nothing ? and it was soo hot and when i realized that she wasn't going to let me purchase the fan and the tv i was begging her to please please just let me get the.fan and the tv i never once said any curse words or anything remotly threatening . The woman looked at meas i made one last plea for the stuff and said for no reason at all that i was banned i dident do anything wrong i dont steal ive never been in trouble in my life minor nor adult and i just moved in down the street and was extremely excited about being able to go there for everything i need for my apartment i dont have anyone and i live alone when i had chosen the apartments i live in i picked them so i could hafe easy access to and from the bins im on disability and im sick so i dont go out that much but i do well i did go to the bins and when she said i was banned i became even more of a recluse because i dident have any where to go . i just want to be able to go to the bins and have my social interaction time so i dont loose my mind . stephanie lynn chandler WHAT SHOULD I DO ? HOW CAN I RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM?

Complaint manager

I couldn't get my senior friend a discount card that i got and it was done at that very store. 3101 greenmount ave Baltimore city maryland happened on monday so i told the cashier that mine was done at the store so i then ask if the manager knew how to do it then the manager came up and was wondering why the cashier called her just to been clear the store was not busy and i was not rude i told the cashier at the register that if she couldn't register the goodwill card then she should just ask for help from the manager so my senior friend never got the card and the manager was rude then right after i get on my bus i see the manager and the cashier smoking a cigarette right in front of the store i have been coming here for years i tried to call today but they just hung up trying to reach not the manager but the store owner because the manager was rude to me but i rude back to her in fact she was talking when she came up front saying to the cashier i told u to stop bothering me the cashier needed help

I ordered and paid $110.83 for an item I never received. Goodwill will not give me a refund.

Never got money back-$110.83-never got picture from FedEx showing package at my door Very slow in trying to resolve This has been on going since the end of March.

Horrible experience at your store

Goodwill in Minneapolis (I go there often) is one my favorites. Today I had an employee treat me disrespectful to the point I was in tears. She would not give me her name. She was annoyed by the simple fact I was trying to ask questions. The management almost tried to make it my fault. I was completely ignored by the end of it all. I have never i my life been treated this way. So sad and disappointed

Not like the good old days.

Goodwill has become a regular price store,they forget they got it for free to help people in need,for a dollar more you can buy it new.I bought a pair of of flip flops that were from a store with a 98c price she asked for$5 when I showed her the tag she charged me$1 what a deal

Restrooms not accessible

Told out of order and was not Manager had hallway blocked with merchandise and table to prevent customers from entering. Moved table and personally entered, flushed all 3 , they were working fine along with the faucet . This was at the Metairie LA location 70006. Visited several times while on vacation from Texas

Failed to pack my serger properly. Now delivered broken

I could send you a Pictures showing how this was wrapped the surgery they took the Serger and put it inside the cloth bag put it inside of a box with bubble wrap on the bottom of the Serger and then put bubble wrap on the top of the Serger there was absolutely nothing protecting the sides of the Serger. I have a hard time understanding people wrapping this like that and expecting it not to get broken. I have received mini boxes from the Goodwill always always always wrapped very nice very protective but not this one. Ive had it looked at it is not fixable the air jet button is jammed from the impact of the box getting hit on the side crack and the top plate. And even if it was run and you cannot run fabric across the top plate and expect it to not snag it is badly damaged beyond repair. I want a full refund. Knowing me I will use that refund to buy something else from your site. Please dont leave me hanging let me know what you plan on doing FedEx was not responsible for this thank you
