Refund

I canceled my gold membership last year!! And somehow they are still charging my bank account even though neither of my emails are showing Im a good rx prescriber anymore. I asked them to refund my money. They responded and asked for specific information about the charges and I never heard anything after that. Literally the worst customer service. Impossible to get ahold of anyone and just mysteriously charging my bank account when I do not have an account anymore. Complete joke

Price quote of $37.74, charged $80.26. I want me $42.52 refund

Get this. They claim because I went for my medicine the day after the script was called in and therefore not joining their "special club" until the day after when I picked up the medicine that I didn't qualify for the discount.

Just be careful. They will try to screw you 6 ways from Sunday as they did me.

I did, however, file a complaint with the Attorney General of Texas. This isn't over.

I will NEVER use good rx again

Went to Tom Thumb on Belt line and Preston in Dallas to pick up a prep kit. Was told I would have to join Good RX gold club to get that discount. I went off to the side and completed joining so I could pay $37.74. Pharmacist could not get that price and when we called the 800 number from my cell phone the rep for Good RX said there was nothing she could do. After close to 30 minutes I paid m $80.26 and left. Good RX clearly does not abide by the truth in advertising rule. The bottom line is that they seem to get away with simply telling the customer "there's nothing I can do." Must be wonderful. Please, if I can get one person to not deal with that company it wouSreld be worth it.

I signed up again on or about May 1st, 2023. I was unable to copy or download my temporary gold card as it's information disappeared only seconds after appearing on your site. Last week 2 ACH deductions for $00.00 showed up on my "pending withdrawals" screen while logged into my account at Collins Community Credit Union, Cedar Rapids Iowa. GoodRx was listed as the party attempting the withdrawals (perhaps it was you checking my account for funds available?) The two withdrawal attempts remained on my account for three days then disappeared. There were sufficient funds available at the time of the inquiry as there is now. There have been some technical issues with the banks on line banking system, perhaps this was the case. In any event, please follow up. I fill eleven prescriptions monthly, and need my card. Would you kindly provide me with a temporary card, or follow through and send my regular card? I will supply the banking info again if you no longer have it; however it has not changed. Charging to my checking account number and using the banks routing number would be a more reliable method of payment rather than using debit cards. I was a Gold member last year as well. If you're not the party to take care of this, Kindly forward this memo to the correct support personnel. Cannot cancel account!!

I call the customers service number and it is a constant circle. If you press you have questions it goes right back to the beginning of choicesI have been completely UNABLE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP Had a regular membership for my dogs medication. Was upgraded to Gold status without me asking to and am being charged monthly MY DOG NO LONGER NEEDS THE MEDICATION!! Will I be charged for the rest of my life for your damn service because it is impossible to contact you?? Am contacting the BBB and FTC about this problem. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!

Cant use gift cards. Scammers!!!!

Horrible company. I have been doing their rewards program and then they issue a gift card you can't use. I have 2 cards and have contacted 2 servicing companies for these cards and get no where. Call the GoodRx number it just takes you in circles. Waste of time!!!

Compare drugs prices

I am so glad that I had contacted Good RX about my prescription. I would not be able to pay for it . It was so expensive. Good RX bring the price down low enough that I was able to get my Prescription . Thank you a million. I will recommend others that are having a hard time with their prescriptions due to the price. Thank you

Access

No customer service unable to access website. advertisement said they would have a doctor call between four and eight hours after signing up after three days I got an email to contact them tried to access several times unable . Tried to explain this to customer service and they wanted me to get back on the website with two different windows open so they could access it. Thats not what they said in the ad didnt know Id have to have multiple computers going to talk to multiple computers.

As I previously stated, I tried for 3 days to get my points redeemed, finally was told the case would be escalated by a GoodRX representative and also on this website. Its now been another 4 days and no word from them! I was told they would let me know something asap! I can't believe its taken this amount of time to resolve this issue??? Very disappointed in GoodRX!!

Redeeming points

I've been trying for 3 days to redeem my points. System won't let me. Customer service has told me to contact Tango, Tango representative said it wasn't there issue, Just got off phone with another representative from good rx .I was told they are now escalating my issue to HQ??? Im ready to switch to another discount company.

Cancel membership/ refund

Well, it's definitely unfortunate that it took a little over a week trying to contact Good Rx before having to use. The pissed consumer service to finally make contact. But, I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the account was closed, and II was informed my money would be refunded. Hopefully the refund shows up in my account just as quick, I will update the review with a time frame on how long that took when it does show up. As for the turn around time at this point, immediately after sending an email to their legal department, I went make to my email message and there were 2 emails from Good Rx already in my inbox. 1 saying the account was closed and giving me the date service would end, and the other saying my money has been refunded. I had to go back and send another email saying to disregard the previous email. That the issue was being resolved.

Rewards account / points

I do NOT own a smart phone (I have an "ancient" flip phone, one I purchase minutes for to use)...therefore I cannot access "apps". So...how do I access and use my GoodRX "points" (and my rewards acct)?? Please don't tell me that the only ones with smart phones are able to take advantage of the points they've earned and receive the digital gift cards when eligible!!! That would be a horribly unfair program for those of us who use GoodRX regularly but do not have smart phones/access to "apps". Please respond asap with instructions on how I gain access to my rewards account, and also access to my points status. Thank you. Vicki K. Marsh

Coupon

They would not let me use a coupon that was available. Instead I had to pay 14.64 LIMITED TIME OFFER Save $7.50 the first time you use this coupon $7.20 $14.70 BIN 015995 PON GDC Group DR33 Member ID DDU731325 SHE TOLD ME THEY didnt HAVE TO honor THE COUPON. This was my Hy-bee store in Jefferson City mo I want to know why she was said to tell me that. I pay gif your service.

Customer service unable to contact

ALL the numbers listed for this company are disconnected, and I could not find any email addresses for help with my problem. It's ridiculous
