Good Sam’s membership would not link to CAMPING WORLD.com
My Good Sams membership would not link to CAMPING WORLD.com. I called the number on the back of the good Sams membership card and I got no one but spam. I ended up having to get the companys number off of the website called pissedconsumer.com. I have a five year membership in which my membership would not enter, or go into campingworld.com. This is happened more than one time, so I finally got a hold of the correct customer service number and I spoke to Amber who was absolutely a blessing. She was very good and made sure everything was correct. Thank you Amber from good sams.com.

Terrible Roadside Service
We blew one of our inside tandem tires on our RV about 6 miles from Heber, AZ. We lucked out because a mile up the road was a turn off to the state police building. They were so nice and was ok with us parking there until we could get it fixed. Good Sam told us they couldnt help us out because there wasnt a tire company my they deal with in the area. I will be sure to pass on the *** service Good Sams provides.

Package not received
I ordered two items from currmost and I have not received anything. They send tracking numbers but nothing ever shows up. This has been going on since March. This was charged on my Good Sam Visa rewards card.

Did not do what they claim to do
Been with G/S for 5 yrs Broke down on I 15 in Utah 9mi south of Ceder City last week around 3:00pm . Dead in water . Called G/S for help ( I had Platinum Road side service for 5 yrs) The phone conversations went back and forth for 3-4 hrs then texting. A manager came on the phone saying I needed to make a twenty dollar co-pay to be towed.Made the co-pay. At 10:00 pm still nobody. 11:00 a good samaritian stopped to help. We backed up down to a on ramp a quarter of a mile to a Shell service station .where we spent the night RV would not drive forward .24 hrs later the Shell station fix the RV. GOOD SAM HAD THE GAL TO SEND ME A TEXT ASKING WAS I SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE! Needless to say I'm canceling all 3 policies I have with G/S G/S you are not who you claim to be Need to watch the movie THE RAINMAKER that's what you are. You will Never ever get a recomendation from me again

Poor service
Good Sam is a complete failure. Tried to get my motorhome towed and they repeatedly sent companies that were not able to tow the bigger vehicle. 4 times in one day. They do not deliver on their promises. Very poor service. A waste of money.

They are horrible to deal with
They have a web site but almost everything is required to make a physical call. There verification process is egregious and insulting. If you refuse to give them all the information and tell them they have enough, they will hang up on you. They flood you with spam and snail mail Everything is auto renew unless you physically call them

A Sam's club customer, with an account card, can let any relative, friend or an acquaintance, or anyone, use their card to shop at Sam's club. Great News!!! One Sam's club membership can let Hundreds, or Thousands of different unauthorized users shop and pay for the merchandise, and Sam's club is OK with this. Let your friends, relatives, neighbors be a part of your account and save them the yearly club account fee!! I experienced this today at Sam's Club and the management at Sam's Club did not seem concerned about this at all. Andreas, a manager at the Burleson Sam's Club, said "You could get me fired if I helped you." That statement relates to this info. But, it would take to long to explain why this comment surfaced and why it is so important to this issue. And, this is how I found out about this incredible new savings system, and anyone can use anyone's account...Just show them the Sam's Club card, shop and pay for the goods! Does not matter whose account name is on the card!!! Please spread the great News!!

Warning....stay away from this company. Paid extra for pickup coverage and tire coverage with roadside assist. Air in our truck tire was low and needed more air. Only raodside coverage they provide

Only raodside coverage they provide is towing to the closest 'Camping World' and guess what...they are closed on weekends/ holidays. Have AAA and at least they showed up with an air pump to pump in enough air to get us home. They also called Road Rangers if we needed more help. Must check if I can cancel and get a refund on remaining contract. Either way... will be looking for better company!!!tayss

Removed membership funds although i cancelled menbership
I informed Good Sam that we had sold our motorhome and therefore cancelled membership.The cancellation was prior to the membership renewal date HOWEVER they took the annual funds via my Visa account and despite requests for the funds to be returned have failed to do so...Is is a scam or what ??? Looks as if we will have to sue these folks...ForgetN

Terrible Customer Service

Had a speciality car towed and towing company caused damage. Has been a nightmare trying to get the claim completed. Numerous calls to both Good Sam and towing company with no results. Put on hold for an hour and never came back on line, voice-mail boxes full so unable to leave message, claimed they called me back but never received a call, etc. Still trying to deal with them to get the car repaired but will cancel Good Sam when it is. They are terrible!!

Cannot get in to website
I have tried to get in using three different emails and the stupid thing goes back to the original sign in blank page. Have tried to get my password reset at least 5 times, never get the email. Please cancel my subscription for ANYTHING you sell . Its just not worth the frustration.

The price of fuel for diesel is way higher so you don't save any money at and they over charged us twice will never do it again

Deserves each mark horrible service
All I can say is NEVER purchase anything from Good Sams or from Camping World! We were only shown 2 Class C campers. We were told that we couldnt look in a fifth wheel because it was out of our price range

No Customer Service Good Sam took the money and failed to supply what I paid for.
Paid for a 3 year membership with a $30 merchandise Certificate, and after 3 calls and 6 months finally got the certificate, but still no membership. Rep offer to cancel membership but no refund at all.

I guess the next step is to hire a lawyer.
What a horrible service. Please find someone that actually will help you in an emergency.

RV broke down 2:30PM on a Friday. Called for assistance from our Good Sam Roadside Service. After talking to several agents throughout the night, we realized we would be sleeping on the side of the highway that night. No one was able or willing to help. Saturday, the calls resumed. Still no help. The final call from Good Sam was to inform us, "You are on your own (exact words)". Fortunately, a State Employee happened by about noon and stopped to help. He rounded up a mobile mechanic and got us temporarily back on the road. We submitted a claim and were told that Good Sam would cover no part of the claim. Again, we were on our own. Not sure what you pay for with the "Roadside Service". Not any service at all. If you plan to travel anywhere besides large metro areas, find a service that actually cares. Camping World should be ashamed of partnering with this shoddy company. Zero stars to both.
