Customer service won’t answer

I have spent a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting on the phone to talk to a representative on 3 phone calls. 2 on a Saturday and one on a Wednesday. I was not given hours to call on the beginning of my phone call. All I want to do is get a refund because of bad weather but this is turning into a process. I will talk to the chat tomorrow but i am definetly not impressed on getting ahold of someone from this website.

I’ve spend over 2.5 hours on hold

No one will answer the phone Ive spend over 2.5 hours on hold over the last few days I just need a simple refund

Terrible Weather

why does an offer pop up for 20% off and it says valid anytime monday thru sunday then you try to book it and it says its not available? why?

Impossible to get a hold of someone if you're having an issue with something. Its a shame theirs no real customer support

Canadians also want to be included in some promotions and special deals But only Americans can enjoy them

Gift certificate

My mother-in-law purchase a gift certificate through golf now website for $200. I have tried to get the gift certificate transferred to my golf now app several different ways and have yet to get it to work correctly and keep saying error check numbers, try again.

Cancelation

Did cancel 2hours prior to our tee time. The weather is pouring down rain with chances of thunderstorms. Not asking for money back but a credit. Not budging on anything. Very disappointing as it's a ligit cancellation as well as money lost. I will no longer use this service.

Refund

Golf course call and said there was no carts today so I had to cancel. Took over 20 mins to reach customer Servive to get me refund. Other than that I have no complaints. When I got through service man was nice and refunded me while I waited.

Continually having problems with gift card balance

Gift card balance keeps disappearing. Gift card was purchased for me on Father's Day. It has been an ongoing nightmare since then. My balance has disappeared on four occasions, and I have had to make numerous phone calls to customer service all of which have been frustrating and take far too long to resolve, my current situation as I have a $34 balance still that is disappeared yet again I have contacted customer support they say they can see the balance but they are unable to put it back to my account at this point and if it's not there within seven days, I get to call back in and waste more time contacting customer service I would never purchase a golf and I'll gift card ever again I would tell all of my friends never to purchase a GolfNow. It's a gift card and I will not renew my golf pass when this expires. At this point, I have spent several hours of my valuable time on the phone dealing with unnecessary things.

Cant seem to change my old email to my new email on my profile on GolfNow, is there anyone out there that can help me out cause Im not getting deals from GolfNow, I think its better to just cancel and re start

Golf course only has 9 holes open

Booked tee time but course only has 9 holes open, no where did the site say that the course only has 9 holes available to play. bS

To get a refund

I booked Forrest little in swords Dublin Ireland for , Tuesday the 4th of July at 8.20 but was told on site that there was a lady's competition on and we shouldn't have been given the slot, in turn I had travelled over 2 hours to play and got turned away after securing a booking, I'd like my money back number for registration 37751**** Dylan coleman

Cannot cancel auto-renewed subscription

I got notice from Golf Now that you charged my credit card for autorenewal on June 13. My membership expired today, June 15. I have been trying to cancel the subscription through your customer service phone and via the website. There is no way to do so.

I have a 66.00 credit that they have now informed me that there are only a select few courses in each state you can use them in. I have to drive at least 2 to 3 hours away. I have 60 days to use it

Why after payment for playing but having to cancel because my Son had Covid and couldnt play, plus hes out of town are there only a select few that will take the payment I already made. Why is that? Its the same payment, the money is there and I have nothing to show for it unless I drive for hours
