Reporting manager at golds

I was harassed and embarrassed by a female manager at Cerritoss golds. I was told one thing on the phone and told another in person. I paid 2 annual fees this is ridiculous. The female manager followed me and did not leave me alone screamed and had an attitude. Worst gym experience ever.

I went with my daughter who is a member and this is her first visit to the gym And they did not allow me to enter to check the gym The lady who did that her name is shatha kafaween شذى كفوين She is the head of the ladies gym style="background-color: This is really bad I was going to register but because of her I will let my daughter cancel her membership > She was rude and not flexible style="background-c This is turnoff For new customer >Thank you

Basketball hoop net cut my finger

The ball keeps getting stuck in the metal net thats too small for the ball and I cut my hand trying to knock down the basketball. The net is still there.

Customer Service

Inadequate ventilation. Always too hot in the facility. For the past week we had temperatures around an above 60, and the gym was incredibly hot. When I spoke with the manager I didnt find her very accommodating because as she told me, she didnt feel hot. II told her the temperature in the gym had been boiling all week and as I was speaking to her someone standing at the front desk chimed in and said it is hot in here every day! Who do we have to know and what do we have to pay to go to the gym and be comfortable? The manager mentioned that they were getting estimates for the air conditioning system but I asked her in the meantime could they at least turn off the heat she said she would find areas in the gym where it was too hot and turn the heat down some. When I asked if there would be an issue with turning the heat off she did not respond. This type of customer service. Its truly unacceptable. I tried to continue my workout but devided to leave because I was too hot . Management at this gym truly have an issue with anyone complaining about anything I have complained about the equipment, being broken and taking forever to be fixed and now the inadequate ventilation in the gym and it feels again as if Im being blown off

Broken equipment

BuMy home XR 6.1 bench broke at a weld. I called the number on the equipment and it answer Golds Gym. I was on the phone for 30 minutes only to be told that my equipment was not Nordic Track so there was nothing they could do for me. Golds GYM BLOWS!!

On my credit report

Need to have human contact to get the issue resolved not some automated bull. Can not get a hold of a human being at the corporate level

I was told that for 5 months I will not pay subscription fees against the excess charge, because it is not possible to make a refund.

Injured from the gym

Dear International Golds gym, I hope this email finds you well. My name is Amer Essa Sami Madanat and I have a membership in Your gym Jordan Abdoun branch and I have a big complain about the gym branch. I was practicing in one of the hands equipment and it FULL DOWN ON MY HEAD I had to go to the hospital due the lack of equipment maintenance in your branch and the other day i was running on the treadmill and when I exceed the limit its just stopped is that your high performance gym you are taking a lot of money and your reputation is important as international gym you should check your equipment before asking people to pay a lot of money and to come to your gym you should keep your equipment's constantly maintained. what made me so mad is the guy who is responsible in the gym area said to me its your luck with no empathy and he was so careless I was blood shedding and I have a report from the hospital about my injury.

Being charged multiple times men ship fees

I had updated my card on the account and found that there ended up around 12 or 14 charges of $17.83 on my account. I talk to a clerk at the gym she said they should come off but so far five show as posted. Whats worse is I knew it would be over drawn and there looks like theres over draft fees being applied today I was told I should wait to see I they would come off automatically to call back Thursday

Charged for cancelled membership

I visited Virginia in the month of February to March 2022. Went to the Reston, VA location Golds Gym at 11674 Plaza America Dr. I wanted to get a month month membership as I was only visiting for 4 weeks. They advised it was a $20 day pass or I can sign up for a month and cancel right away assuring I would only be charged the month fee. I agreed, signed up. They made me provide my bank account information to take ACH payments from my account. After signing up I also signed up for an immediate cancellation with the Manager Mike who works at the location and Beatrice an associate there. So I signed up, signed off on it, immediately cancelled , signed off on it and the Manager performed and suggested this option assuring it would work smoothly. 2 months later i was again charged two more times so now it has cost me $120 to go to a gym 7 times, at a location 350 miles from my home. I called two weeks ago spoke to Mike about this mess, again who assured me its taken care of now . He said he put in for a refund for me and stated no more payments should be coming out. 2 more have came for $29.99 biweekly. These people are complete *** and do yourself a favor and do not join this gym. I told them I was only in Virginia for a month. I have been home for almost A month now paying for a gym not in my Living area. They also recognize my phone number and do not answer to further assist with my problem. What a nightmare. Worst gym ever
