They discriminate

They this to the the customers who wins the money because my boyfriend won 20 dollars and it was deposited right to his account he wasnt ask for no id no utility bill no bank statements golden nugget just deposited his money without a problem. I win 100 dollars and they want pictures of me holding my identity, utility bills, and bank statements for a card. I did not use to make a deposit. Its a lotta discrimination going on. Because my boyfriend wasnt ask for none of them documents they just deposited his money in the morning they canceled my withdrawal but gave him his and I turned in requested documents a full year of bank statements utility bills in a picture of me, holding my ID like asked Im still restricted in my funds were taken from me they approved and canceled it and it was my deposit no bonus money

Horrible service

Massive complaints. No one answers the phone. 3 plus hrs of being on hold. Long distance charges are over 50 bucks at this point. They have charged me 4 separate times leading to a 648 dollars in credit card dept.

HORRIBLE ODDS

You can play their online slots FOREVER, after you've had a hit, and they will block you from getting ANYTHING, until you give it back 5 times over. Can't convince me that the odds of their slots online give you ANY fair return. The RTP is misstated on the games and I don't believe ANY ONE regulates or checks into the fairness of them!

Fraud

I've spent over a week of DAILY, corresponding emails with customer service! I have over 15 emails sent to customer service. I cannot figure out how to download them here. It's been one thing after another from beginning to even have an account. First they sent me a welcome letter stating that all my documents were approved and I could play. When I went to the website it wouldn't let me play because it said my documents were not approved. I emailed them and told them that there was a problem they said they needed my birthday. Now remember they have 48 hours to respond and believe me they take it. When I sent my birthday I still didn't get a response I emailed back and they told me they needed my birthday again!! Now mind you that my response was attached to the email that they sent me saying they needed my birthday. And they told me that I couldn't log in because my Wi-Fi was going from Wi-Fi to data which wasn't so. Then they told me to turn off my location services!! I told them that didn't make any sense how are they going to know I'm playing from West Virginia and they told me that they would know. I will try to attach all the emails there are so many the bottom line is they still owe me 200 bonus spins and I cannot access the game because it says it's down for maintenance! HOWEVER! I called and it's NOT down for maintenance! They told me it was a type of phone I had and they were sorry they could not help!

Worst casino I have ever played.

In 2021 they let me win a huge amount of money. Used my name to post how much I won. They sucked me in and I havent won since. They dont share the wealth, they would rather pay out HUGE jackpots to maybe 6 or 7 people and promote how much ppl have won and then they suck everyone dry to pay out a few big wins. Not a fun casino at all.

I Would Like My Money Back that People Keep Helping Themselves to, I Already Paid these People back on July 03, 2023! I am Still Writing to the Better Business Bureau who in return will give me to the gaming Board! Fraud and Stealing Peoples Hard Earned Money is Absurd, so, in the sense if this doesnt get taken care of, I will need to contact our attorney!

Worst online casino

My review is about online playing , when you hit a certain amount of depositing weekly it gives you money back , but boy does it take it right back with no chance at all , not even to fool someone to stay and play for a few minutes longer , but that was the end of that casino online for me , I completely deleted the account and I wont ever go on there again, crooks just take and take and make the machines do what they want them to do many times I should of been in wild and it purposely passes it , I was on wild how does it move unless you move it ? Total BS casino in the online history , but they will laugh and say we got your money till they go out of business soon cause they loosing customers left and right cause they suck

Trouble getting online reservations and info about comps. A straight anwser

Somebody stole all our valuable belongings out of our hotel room

My room was rob yesterday 6-10-2023 .we left the room about 12:00 noon and came back around 1or 2 pm to find out somebody had came in my room and stole my $500 dollar Lap top , my $3000 dollar camera , my $2000 dollar gold bracelet that had sentimental value my wife bought over 30 years ago , also a brand new pair of gym shoes worth $200 dollars. My Wife Pandura necklace worht $350 ,

Extremely disappointed

I can not tell you how many issues I had at your resort this week from Sunday 28, 2023 to June 2nd,2023. Our first room had wet water on the floor causing me to slip and hurt my hip. The sink clogged and the door *** to the adjoining room was gone. I was placed in another room which cost me another $125!!! I also had other charges from GN, that were not approved or made aware of. Then to top this all off, my so. And I came back Wednesday evening around 11;30 pm. I got up to my room and the key would t not work. I went all the way back to the lobby to have my key re-set. Went all the way back to my room and the key still does not work. I could not walk back down again!! Remember, I slipped in the first room. I called the front desk and was told I may have to wait o er 20 minutes to get security up to my room. Security came up and the door is broke!! It is 1am June 1st and I am sitting outside my door still. This is the worst service I have ever had in Las Vegas. Please take care of this , I expect compensation. Marnie Kleinfeld

Theft

I need to speak with someone from ur surveillance team in regards to an incident on January 23 2023, the inclusive answer I was given is not sitting right nor do I feel IVE been told the truth by security. Please do not have anyone from ur security team as I was informed on February 13,2023 by a head security team member that they do not work w the surveillance team. I have been dealing with this loss long enough and have yet to be spoken to like a human being the officer did not look at footage the security officer that was handling this issue pointed fingers at my boyfriend making statements such as he has Fancy Hands, also stated Now u know what i know and what u know? I flat out asked the Security officer did my boyfriend steal my money those were his answers. I went home retraced my every step knowing my boyfriend was not in the High Limits room with me when I left it. App 12:34 am I called my boyfriend to tell him Id be a few minutes I was waiting for the waitress to bring our drinks I then tipped her 5$s and that is the last time I seen my winnings we returned to the high limits room around 3:30am n that is when I seen my little black bag that had my money in it laying on the floor only w my tax form left. I have returned to the Nugget several times I noticed the entire staff in the room has changed. Security also stated NO ONE WAS IN The room. THIS IS VERY UNTRUTHFUL WHEN I EXITED THE HIGH LIMTS ROOM THE WAITRESS AND Cleaning Lady still there. security guy was very adamant. no one was in there. When the dg came I thought he would be watching the footage No SECURITY TOLD HIM INCLUSIVE. This has been unacceptable for me accept. I was not aloud to look at the footage myself. I have been repeatedly ignored by security this has brought emotional distress and financial to me the anxiety this is causing is not Ok. Ive been pushed aside long enough this matter needs attention immediately. And I would appreciate my money and truth along with an apology to my boyfriend and myself after being discriminated against by ur Head Security Officer nor did your security team show me any proof of the allegation he made against my boyfriend which should have been dealt with at that moment. Unable to collectmy winnings in wv

I have done everything you said I had to do and I am out the $10 I deposited from my PayPal. I don't know where it went. I still can't withdraw my winnings I ask golden Nugget to just send me a check but you haven't responded. Please resolve this issue I am getting very frustrated this is the hardest casino to collect my winnings

Recent visit

To whom it may concern, my name is Antoinette Walker I recently stayed at the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles La. 1-23 to 1-25. At the time of my stay I had a problem with the cleaniness of my room. Noone came from Housekeeping to clean my room. There was no replacement of towels, the bed was not changed, no amenties were replaced. I placed a call to Housekeeping at least three times and noone ever came to my room. I visit the hotel and casino at least twice a month. For not having the attention of my room clean was very upsetting.
