Golden Corral Restraunt said cards are too old. From 2006

Golden Corral will not honor cards. Which are 3 each $20 and 1 each $25. Purchased at various Golden Corrals. Never told cards keep price over years. But want be honored. Even though there is not expiration dates on them. None mention when you call the Number on the back of the card. Just a amount value on the Card.

Report issue

I am writing to report an issue with the Ontario, Ohio restaurant. On July 20,2023 I had lunch with my daughter at the restaurant. It was pleasant until we went to leave and at that point is where the manager came up to us and said that he conferred with the owner. He requested that I not come back to the restaurant because of having History with one of their employees . Now at no point did my daughter or myself have any contact with this employee . I found this quite disturbing and embarrassing . I am just wondering if corporate agrees with this kind of behavior and treatment of patrons ? Being a veteran and officer of a couple private businesses. I do believe that they owe me and my daughter a formal apology. I would appreciate an answer from the corporate office. Horrible customer service

I Called to get information about prices got hung up on by the cashier.. when I called back the manager hung up on me. When I decided to go ahead and go the staff was rude. I didn't get any refills on my drink and the food was cold. I asked for a rare steak and they gave me a burnt piece that was well over what I asked for

Very bad customer service

The date this occurred July 21 10:30 in the morning and Aurora Colorado on Mississippi. I took my family of five out to eat. We stopped at Golden corral. Everybodys very excited to get in. The lady ask my kids their age I told her I have 212 year olds, which are my twins and me and my other daughter, which are adults, she looked at me and told me very rudely. Can I talk to them? I told her I am their mom I can talk for the she tells me very rudely Im talking to them then she says looks at me like she wants to hit me or something Im not sure do you have a problem Im looking at her speechless I cant believe its so early in the morning and this is what kind of customer service I get for Buffay all you can eat so I just kind of stared at her asked to speak to her manager no management will come out no management was there. She goes in the back she removed her name tag puts a face mask on and wont allow any of her employees to talk to me, Hispanic lady very bright lipstick on very rude. Ive been going to this restaurant for many years. Ive never had this issue, and very unsatisfied with her customer service and I really hope that corporate or management sees this message so they can change. I dont know if it has something to do with our race or her day .

They told me i could chill and cool off there till 4 for stake then randomly no

so i went there after donating plasma for a whole month not missing one day so i could have a electric bike conversion kit because I don't have a driver's license, it took a whole month of donating plasma Non-Stop not missing one eligible day out of the month to donate it at the end of it after I finish my goal I want to go reward myself with some stake at Golden corral knowing that the residential boarding house am staying at the lady that used to run it and passed away her brother took it over long story short there's openings to the roof causing it to be hot when the sun is in the middle of the sky overpowering the air conditioner, more or less details to that (halfway homeless) so I want to go to Golden corral and just kind of sit there for the hot hottest part of the day even at the end of it at 4:00 when of course there is steaks, from the moment I told the lady that rung me up to the moment the manager told me i couldn't even have another water after waiting for hours,, they didn't even have the comfortable couch seats,, what's messed up about this is I even tried to get figuratively a male employee to clean the bathroom, I found out there was no male employees except for one so I couldn't not come off as a *** even if I wanted to but other then that the bathroom looked like somebody took a blowtorch to the inside of it the toilet seat was melted in such a way that I thought it had *** on it which it did they cleaned and then I thought they left it still dirty after farther inspection I figured out it was burnt in a crusty manner like somebody's *** was a blowtorch or something, even then I told the employees my intentions that I intended to stay there until the stakes came about at 4 but one employee got pissed off because I asked her for some water after they already cleared the table while I was using the bathroom taking a dump freshening up etc.. regardless of the policy regardless of the homeless status regardless if it was all female employees or unisex I was led to believe that it was okay for me to stay there until they had steaks then they told me no steaks no water no service get out and no refund, I've called corporate on them before this visit too by the way, their food there is horrible I will be calling the health department next, their website is flawed I had a birthday on July 9th and I tried my damnedest to sign up everything right to get my birthday coupon I never got an email haven't even got ahold of anybody on the phone they don't return my calls trying to call the corporate offaces, at the buffet they are very rude and they talk trash in Spanish behind people's back (right now I'm outside riding this review in the hot sun I'll have to touch it up later) cigarette smoke just hit my face at the bus stop~ i lost money that i didn't realize was sent to me on cashapp from family on this bs. too, and remember i payed for this with blood being took out of me and put back in 10 times- to acstract plasma from me, 7, 8, different visits to the plasma office trying over a month to build up the money for electric bike components because I can't drive, sacrificing my birthday and all, the misery and then the end of it I get money stole from me for what I was told I could do before i even started eating, I don't thank it's funny, it would have been one thing if I explicitly mentioned my intentions and then they told me straight up for all of this took place, I really think I deserve my refund, I also really think the health department should visit the location on 1540 N Cockrell Hill Rd, Dallas, TX 75211 think of it this way everything I mentioned in the story in this review just think of how the food is handled, I know the sucks there the only thing I wanted was to stake! cool off and drink water, I stunk too by the way, sorry not sorry

Didn't get my full check

I put in 60hrs but got paid 6. Management did say they didn't put the 0 bye mitake but i didn't get a answer on the wait time or process that will happen to fix my pay

Extremely sad for the employees

This is the Manchester New Hampshire location My husband and I have not been to a Golden Corral since we left Florida 5 years ago. We found one and were excited about getting breakfast. Our waitress Dimond was having a very nice conversation with us and we can hear some voices raising. Everyone looking over. Let me start with when we walked in and Alexis was all smiles and so nice even in this rain yucky day. Sitting down, eating and the raising voices started. The costumer who came in was being rude to Alexis and just not necessary at all. She asked him to stop, and he kept going being rude this is the point where The OWRNER came out, the owner whom I was just joking at the food counter was being just mean, and it was in front of everyone. You could tell he was just being MEAN!!! You could not hear exactly what he was saying, but you could tell her was being just plain MEAN!!! Alexis just was in shock, and she asked several times if he was serious, to the point of where she swore at him again asking if he was serious. This again all being done in front of customers. He sent her out in the pouring rain she had no car, no one to pick her up yet, and he didn't care. Then he went as far as to go and sit with the customer who was just so mean and rude to Alexis, he went and sat and was joking with him and his friends. Poor poor poor way to take care of your employees if $11 is worth disrespecting your employees, I do not think I will be returning to this or any golfer corral again. I would like a call back to be sure this will be handled and something will be done. This is a sad situation. So many ppl nowadays don't want to work, and to have a person come to work and be that peppy and happy and greet customers that way and then to be treated the way she was is extremely sad. Then for the customers to watch the OWNER go very to the guy and laugh and joke makes it look like it is ok to be disrespectful to your employees and he doesn't care about his employees at all!! Minus 5 stars, so sad. 5 star service to diamond for her service for us!!! Thank you, Diamond, for your service, and I am so sorry to Alexis that you were treated that way you were super sad Also Alexis I personally want to send my condolences to you for losing your grandmother and still coming in to work that day to cover a shift from someone else even though you didnt have too!!! Treat the employee

Rude cursing waitress

She ask how many in party we said 8 she said you cant put these f### tables together and then turned and looked at dale and said I am not dealing with this *** slammed the receipt down in from of him. She went over to two different tables she was waiting on and told them some lies we didnt say and discussed the situation with them. Please find someone to take care of the people just coming in to eat with peace and quit and not a smart mouth!

I have dinner on line order on Friday. Calls back to cancel the order that night. Spoke to a manager stated that he would take care of it but I never receive my money.

Issue with app after uninstalling it then installed , but no response no resolution to app. No technical response after about a month and emails.

Badd service

Our party was 15, granddaughter arrived ahead of us and was going to pay but was told to pay only for herself and the rest would have to wait in line. Another party ahead of us paid and had some people walk in through the exit, the manger said he didnt see them. We all expressed our concerns. Were Natives and the party ahead of us were WHITE CHAD -handled this very bad. Im going to call the police, I told him go ahead. Discrimination against us Natives.

Reward points for early bird

My golden Corral is in Abilene Texas. They refused to take Reward Points off our Early Bird purchase. My points are suppose to be an REWARD, not a coupon or other discount. They did this before but then started taking them for Early Bird, but now they don't. REWARDS are a Golden Corral program and it should apply at a franchise also. If I can collect points during early bird I should be able to use them for early bird. I have the receipt from Tuesday May 9, 2023 that I could have saved $10 or even my entire $20

COMPLAINT: HARASSED BY CASHIER "Imma"

Location: Store #2498 Hanover, MD WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Took my parents who are seniors to this location for lunch. Assisted by Cashier "Imma" who asked 5 times if it's for 3 people or 2 people. I repeatedly confirm only for 2 people "my parents." After being seated I went and got my father's food for him because he has a hard time holding the tray and plate. The Cashier "Imma" ran behind me at the Buffet like the Police and indicated I have to pay for the food. I STATED for the 6th TIME I was getting my father food because the can't hold the tray and plate. I asked to speak to the manager due to the harassment. Spoke with " Mr. Lobby" who indicated he was one of the Managers. I immediately told Mr. Lobby (Mgr) about the harassment I experienced with "Imma". He responded, "She's just doing her job." He didn't apologize; He didn't care about her harassing me. He was being sarcastic and really didn't care about "Imma" rude behavior. I would like corporate to contact me regarding this matter. If I don't hear back in a timely manner I will reach out to consumers affairs.
