No follow up on return policy
In spite of very clear language in their refund policy ( which is why i decided to look into it) I have been waiting more than a month for a refund. They say refunds are decided on a case by case basis but according to their refund policy there should be no problem with refunding me. Each time I ask I am assured it is being processed ...still waiting

PREMIUM BLAST KETO+ ACV GUMMIES is a SCAM!
Back in April I watched a video on Facebook regarding these "As Seen On Shark Tank" PREMIUM BLAST KETO+ ACV Gummies and if you buy today, you'll get 6 bottles for the price of 3 for $59.99! What a deal! The advertisement showed this was the greatest new weight management product available, and all of their HAPPY and SATISFIED CUSTOMERS showed how they lost SERIOUS weight in NO TIME! They couldn't believe how fantastically well this product worked! OH MY GOD! So my dumb *** ordered them. 6 bottles for the price of 3. I honestly don't remember them being over $100.00. 2 weeks later, I receive a bag of 6 bottles of gummies and some sort of digestive cleanser product that I did not order. So I thought, what the heck, I'll give this a try. So supposedly I saw the video, you take 1 a day and the fat melts off. The bottle shows 30 gummies, the directions say "Take 12 gummies 3 times a day". So essentially, if you take 2 gummies 3-times a day, the one bottle will last less than a week. Do the math. I've gone through 3 of the 6 bottles of gummies, no change in mental clarity or hunger, and I haven't lost a single pound. Today I'm notified by my credit card company, this outfit (Who is this company? Why aren't you listed on the label?? Any other OTC diet or vitamin supplement company puts ALL of their contact info on their label!) is trying to charge my card for $199.88. WHAT?!? Oh, *** NO! So I checked my credit card statement (which I should have done immediately) and it appears that I was billed $59.99 initially AND $199.88 on May 3, 2023, and they are trying to bill me again for $199.88! No email contact, nothing! I got no receipt with the order, the phone number listed on the $199.88 charge of (888) 518-**** redirects me to another # 610-555-**** which is no longer in service. The initial charge of $59.99 has a customer service phone number of (844) 978-**** which does answer and the agent (obviously sourced overseas) stated that she would "Cancel my subscription" which I never agreed to and since I filed a dispute with my credit card company, they would allow my CC company to handle the refund. Beware! If it seems "Too Good To Be True" it is. I have received 6 bottles of Apple Cider Vinegar "CANDY" and other bottles of some sort of cleanser that have done absolutely nothing in regard to weight loss or otherwise. So, I will monitor my credit card account to make sure this gets fully resolved and warn all of my Facebook friends that this Premium BLAST product is garbage.

I paid for the product have not received it. I'm upset. It was confirmed my payment went through, no product. On may 25 the at 130 or 200 I made a purchase of 3 bottles of gummies paid 64 dollars for the total. The rillvillo brandm happy just concerned I
