They once again tried to say they are not going to honor the warranty because it was not assembled by a qualified mechanic, even though I have proved I am overly qualified. They are nothing more than the usual scammers and thieves.

My attorney is currently gathering information from many different sources, including other people that have been cheated by this company. It looks like it's going to become much more than just them having to pay for my claim.

They lied to the BBB saying my claim was denied because the warranty requires the unit be assembled by a qualified mechanic. They know I am a retired ASE certified mechanic with a bachelors degree in power technology, and that I taught automotive classes at CMSU as a grad student while earning my masters degree. They refuse to honor the warranty is because they are thieves who sell junk.

After filing a complaint with the BBB, I received a call and voicemail from someone in the company saying that since I am such an A@@hole, they wouldn't be doing anything for me and they suggested that I should go *** myself. What a group of professionals! I'm betting...

So far nothing except *** messages, and vague promises that I will eventually be getting some parts, but they are supposedly on back order for 4 months. The parts are available on eBay every day so that is BS. They think that if they can stall long enough that I will...

I purchased a go kart from them. It arrived in a damaged crate. The crate had been impacted so hard that it bent the metal cage and forced the go kart back and broke the rear hold down. It bent part of the steering rack. After assembling the go kart (I am a retired mechanic) oil leaks from the bottom of the crankcase, and when you turn the fuel valve on fuel pours from the carb overflow hose and bowl vent. I contacted them and after promises to correct the issues, they simply stopped replying. I asked for contact information for whoever handles the warranty and was told to google it. I have a worthless piece of junk and they have nearly $2000 of my money. Avoid these thieves. Next step is the BBB and then on to court.

Buyer Beware!

I bought a Trailmaster Blazer 200R before Christmas which was supposed to be a Christmas present but did not get it until January thanks to COVID. The brand new lead sealed acid battery died after the first week. Called customer support and they claim its considered wear and tear so its not covered under warranty even though its BRAND NEW! Also the choke cable does not open fully when you pull it. Not happy with this company and they DO NOT stand by the product they sell!

Horrible Customer Service

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a go kart and a motorcycle on 10/25 and they said the Go Kart was backordered until November 9-13th. I got the motorcycle but need the Go Kart for Christmas. They confirmed on 12/1 that I had nothing to worry about and it would be here before Christmas. There text updates are terrible. You sit on hold for terribly long times. When I finally got a hold of someone, they had no idea that I received the motorcycle and no idea why my order hadn't been shipped. They said they had just received the Go Kart I ordered, but 2 days later and still no update, no shipping confirmation. Here is 7 days before Christmas, I have no answers. Ridiculous! Buy somewhere else.

Falsely getting clients to order

Ordered I go cart in the middle of November and was assured it would get here before Christmas. Received an email that they needed additional information. They are very hard to get a hold of very rude when you call to try to resolve whatever theyre needing. I need this to delay your order and keep delaying and keep delaying and keep delaying with no intentions of delivery. Rarely can you get a person to talk to, then when you do theyre rude not helpful and dont care

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Quality is not good, parts are not all compatible, directions are terrible at best. Still waiting on stinger exhaust pipe. Took 4.5 weeks for a mini bike kit, which was a box of parts that might have taken 45 minutes to fill. Honda engine shaft was sticking out the side of it's box when the FedEx guy delivered it. Wheels (rims) are not true so they wobble,chrome coated cast torque converter cover does not fit., missing bolts to mount engine, wrong bolt shipped with brake lever. I'm an experienced mechanic, I know good from bad and this is bad. However it looks freaking awesome, great for photos....

Look elsewhere.

I bought a part that was specifically listed for my application. Received the grossly overpriced part and it didnt fit. They told me that i was installing it wrong. I even sent pictures. The part wasnt made right. I returned the part and was told that if it was found to be faulty that I would be reimbursed my initial shipping costs as well as my costs to send it back. It was received and the purchase price was refunded but NOT the shipping. Ive been back and forth with them, provided photos and even took a screenshot of where I was told that i would be reimbursed. Still nothing. Luckily I paid through PayPal and i will file a claim through them. Avoid these *** at all costs.

AVOID!!

Ordered a go kart and asked them to hold off shipping for a week. In the mean time they sold it to someone else (which they admitted) and put it on backorder. I called the company to discuss. I was hung up on once, disconnected during transfer another, and now they have blocked every number I try to contact them. And they still have my money!! Go somewhere else.

Refusal to refund my money

As I live local, I went to their facility on 6/17/2019 to purchase a scooter. At time of purchase I was told by sales clerk, Zach, that the scooter should be ready for pickup on 6/20/2019 and that I should call to be sure it was available. Called on that day, then I was told it would be delayed. Called again on 6/26/2019 and once again I was told delivery was delayed as scooter was out of stock. At time of purchase I was never told scooter was out of stock or that it was a special order item nor was it annotated on my invoice as such. Went to store on 6/27/2019 to get a refund. Refund was supposed to be returned to my debit card. On 7/1/2019 I was texted a refund transaction that turned out to be no good as they never funded the return. Since then I have been given the run around on receiving my refund. Every time I called got a different response/excuse on the phone. Company sent me a text on 7/31/2019 stating that refund check was mailed. As of yet I have not received a refund.

Buyer Beware

Worst customer service ever!!!! Do not buy from these guys at all. Don’t get me wrong I know we are buying Chinese made product but mine broke before we put a tank of gas through it. I contacted them months ago and still no word back. Buyer beware you will never get any sort of help with parts for your *** cart

Pure Junk

ow Do not buy from Go Karts USA. Bought a youth go kart as a joint bday gift for our kids and we got a lemon... have had less than a month and from day 3 on, parts keep breaking. Customer service people have you send video and pictures of the problems, tell you new parts coming out right away for free, that they will send tracking number and no email, no parts and we have made multiple calls from day 3 on and going on week 4 post purchase. After filing a review with the BBB that company promises new parts and never sends, the company responded that we should take it somewhere to get serviced where they service golf carts. Obviously they had no intentions of sending the parts. Day 3, gas tank leaking at seam. Removed gas tank and demonstrated in a video to this company that when gas tank tipped, you could clearly see gas leaking. Now on BBB response, since they never sent replacement tank, they are saying their tanks never leak and it is probably a fuel line. Also problems with smoking wires at back light and broken muffler, all with 2 weeks. Pretty sad that when you invest in something for your kids and get suckered.

Poor customer service

Ordered clutch package upgrade kit one month ago. Called to ask about status. Email to a third party wasn't received, so no kit shipment. My credit card was billed a month ago though. They followed up after I prompted this action. When asking about some compensation for the delay was told there was nothing they could do. They got me this time, but not next time. Done.

Worst customer service ever

Bought a Trailmaster 300 XRX for a Christmas gift for my kids which arrived with damaged parts. I filled out the required help request and sent it in. Have dealt with Niles, Ace and the supervisor Alex with absolutely horrible results. Given Alex's demonstrated attitude on the phone I can see why his department is dysfunctional. It is now 1/18 and the unit arrived on 12/18. First request for parts support was on 12/18. No communication from the company as to when parts will arrive. If you value customer support at all, buy from someone else.

Go Karts USA - Awesome Customer Service

Bought parts for an196cc clone engine. Talked to a couple salesmen over the course of a week before I pulled the trigger. Got a great deal. All technical questions were answered. Discount codes provided. Parts arrived in three days. Kart runs like a champ. They never hurried me off the phone. Earned my business for all my karting needs. Compared to another company, BMI Karts, who were rude. Lost my package in the mail. Refused to send aknowledge the lost three day priority mail package after ten days of no scans via tracking. I begged them to resend the parts. They did, under threat that should both packages arrive and I did not send the latter back, I would be charged again. Fair enough, except for the fact that the total order was under $25. 1/3 of which was shipping for two main Jets and a set of valve springs. Rude. Like I would steal, let alone care about $16 in parts. The lost package arrived 12 days late with the replacement arriving the next day. Second package returned to sender immediately. Stay away from BMI Karts and use Go Karts USA. For the negative reviews for GK USA. High dollar items such as a multi-thousand dollar kart. The delays are for your own consumer protection to prevent fraud. SOP for any mail order company be it car parts, electronics, etc. You want it now, pay the premium and buy from a local retailer. Go Karts USA has been nothing but a great experience with knowledgeable, friendly staff in my recent experience.
