Fully not refunded and coustmer care not supporting
Hi sir, I book my ticket from Hyderabad to Washington with connecting flights and I did the cancellation because of transit visa required for airport changes in Landon . So I cancelled my ticket on 15 Aug 2023 , time of cancellation coustmer care people said me that you will get from indigo airline 22540 rupees indian rupees from emirates / Virgin Atlantic you will get 51000 thousand rupes and they did cancellation. But, yesterday I got email only refundable 20440 rupees and other ticket is non refundable . So my question is time of cancellation they said me you will get this mach refundable now sending email you will not get its non refundable without proof . Kindly help for my refundable amount and its not a small amount , really loose my entire amount and your coustmer care people why they doing like this . Please process my refundable amount . Couldn't avail to travel in flight
This is to inform you that i have to travel from kolkata to bangalore on 11th of july 2023 booked through your app in Air Asaia flight bearing PNR no U6EHYT & flight no 15-991, but unfortunately my son health got seriously bad & we have to admit in Apollo hospital in kolkata. For that reason we couldn't fligh. Kimdly do the needdul & arrange to reimburse the flight fare as early as possible. Looking forward to get your kind action & quick service from your end .

A month passed, still didn’t received refund
My bus booking was canceled by the bus operator on 8th June 2023. Its 10th july today, I still didnt get my refund. As the cancellation was made by the operator, I was promised to get 100% refund. But didnt get any.

Poor services of Goibibo
On the date of 2 july 2023 I used goibibo app for booking rail ticket under tatkal quota from badshahnagar to yesvantpur but during ticket booking I got 3128/- deducted from my account after paying through google pay se aur ticket bhi book nanhi hua . The funniest thing is that Google Pay people say that 3128/- rupees have gone to Goibibo (Merchant) and Goibibo people are saying that no ticket has been booked today. Where was Rs.3128/-? Til now no reply of Goibibo.

Cheating and harrsement
A classic example of cheating for online travel booking agents .. I booked my multiple international flying tickets through Goibibo my tickets were booked on call through their registered number. Some one in the call center used some name while some agents in the same call center used different brand names which at first site creates confusion. Anyways, I went ahead to book my tickets. The agent seems to be polite by later on other side of the face turned onpost all discussions and documentation, I was issued travel document which I confirmed and then payment link has been issued which I made the secure payments. It has been 3 tickets in same airline. After 3 hours, I got the call that 2 tickets have been booked and one ticket has not been confirmed / booked and now you are required to make an additional payment by INR ****which has been against the rules as the rates have already been agreed and concurrence provided, rather payment also made. But after 3 hours I was forced to make additional charges, with the fear of getting non-availability and further increase in fares as 2 tickets have already been booked one remained pending. I spoke to the supervisors of the company, Mr Abhishek and Mr Rajat but they also expressed their un willingness and compelled me to pay extra amount. I told them that this is unethical and against the guidelines as I have already made the payment post concurrence but they were adamant and did not support, rather shamelessly kept of persuading for the extra amount wherein I did not have any fault. They were very reluctant and did not bother that such callous and unfriendly approach will defoliate the image of the company, inspite of my reiteration on reputational loss and threat not to do business in future, they were not bothered and remained unchanged. They were least concerned about reputational loss and creditability of Make My Trip and Goibibo. The incidence created no trust in such good brands and I feel cheated and harassed. The learning from the case has been donot trust such companies which make you harassed and cheated that if you are booking multiple tickets, they will agree for one rate but at the time of booking, they will book the ticketd at different rates and one or two tickets, they will demand for extra amount and will put blame on airline inspite of holding tickets at the same price while confirming travel documents..this creates bad brand image for airline also.. Please think before trusting and booking tickets through Make My Trip and Goibibo with insensitive executives and supervisors If no appropriate action is being taken, I will post the care of all social media platforms. even the mentioned supervisors agreed to post the case on social media, the same could be checked through recorded call Complainant, Deepak Gupta 935220**** / 701455****

Refund not credited (even after two weeks)
Booking ID - HTLDMAZ2FXRD9GAD I had cancelled the booking and is eligible for full refund. Even after two weeks, the Refund of 5,745 with RRN number order_LoDMqrncLGXT73 is still not credited. After spending 30 min on two different customer care numbers, the company is not able to provide any satisfactory solution to my issue. AND THE WORST THING IS THAT THE COMPANY DOES NOT GIVE ANY CONTACT NUMBER OR MAIL ID IN THEIR WEBPAGE TO POST A COMPLAINT.
