Could not give a negative rating!!

Overcharged for an order I placed. Offer was a reduced price for ordering two. They didnt honour this and charged for them singly plus two delivery charges

Refund of my money owed from non completed transaction

I have tried many times to get this matter satisfactorily completed to no avail.I now, for the last time try with the following info: Transaction: £ 14.99 for harrington jacket, light grey size XL. Bank paid this amount into your account uinder Authorisation code 06326 dated 13.07.23. Please refund ALL monies as soon as possible, otherwise i will be forced into taking further action.

Hi, I ordered my product from gogroopie from the merchant Pollyjoy. It was ordered on 01/07/23, they said delivery up to 14 days. It has been almost a month now and no delivery of my product. I have sent messages to the merchant through the gogroopie message centre, they keep sending me back the same message, wait another 1 or 2 days. I would like my money refunded so I can buy the product some place else. the product details are. sleeveless floral loose fit summer dress, voucher code 142*****, redeemed on 01/07/23,, sold by pollyjoy. I think I have waited quite enough time. I would appreciate your help with this matter. I have been a gogroopie customer for a long time and this is the first time I have had an issue, I hope this matter will be resolved and I will be refunded my very hard earned money. thank you Kind regards, Trish.

Waiting on a refund of £199 & delivery £29.99 for goods I didn't recive

I ordered 2 shelf storage units at a price of £29.89 + £10 delivery charge. Had a terrible time in ordering, kept saying address was wrong, password was wrong, and finally bank card was wrong!

Have heard nothing from go groupie, no acceptance of order, no delivery or date, no answer to letter, yet money was taken from my accounts. Totally disgusted

As yet I have received no word from go groupie, I have written to them with my complaint and after two weeks have received zilch!I'm thoroughly disgusted as this is the second time I have lost a fair amount of money from my bank account from them and received no resolve.Regards

Cancellation of order and vouchers

I have been communicating with a 'Laura' at GoGroopie customer services. At least that is what I thought i was doing but I do not believe there is a Laura, or at least, if there is, she is amazingly stupid for she fails time and again to read my emails properly. I am cancelling four - that is FOUR - vouchers : 186343**** 335208**** 214824**** 827140**** I look for a full refund to my credit card. Received door bell on Friday and unable to connect it. Tried numerous times to get code but wouldnt let me continue. Also bell is speaking in Chinese how do you change to English? Thanks Eileen Robb

Getting no response

I ordered 2 garden chairs for £39.99 this has been taken twice out of my bank account, I have had no communication from you all I keep getting is my email is not valid. I havent received any voucher, I would like my money refunded, but I cant get in touch with anyone, all I get is email not valid. I am getting very suspicious about this. I am not paying someone £5 to sort this out it is your responsibility.

I have not received my refund for ProAir LCD Handheld Tyre Pump

I have been waiting months now for a refund of a purchase that was faulty that was sent back months ago and all I have been getting back is broken promises. Resolved: Damaged fully paid item

Refunded but only after several emails. I will take this further.

This retailer had no intention of helping out until I threatened to take it to the ombudsman. The item was broken. In actual bits.

And the package was taped up with sellotape although I paid for it as new and paid another separate delivery charge. I would advertise to your clients to strongly stay away from this vendor.

Received portable heater. Not new. Repackaged with loads of tape. Remote control smashed. Tried to resolve this now over 3 contacts. No further forward.
