AWFUL DELIVERY TIME

Okay so I wanted to get my mother something nice and make it comfortable for her to read off of her tablet. I go on to the gogo pillow website and after I placed my order it sent me straight back to the home screen, so I got no verification that the order was even sent in. The website is a complete scam. If you want to order a gogo pillow please just go to Amazon or something. Like honestly, I am pretty positive they set up their website that way just to confuse people into buying way more gogo pillows than wanted. ALSO, the fact that they have a $19.00 shipping and handling for a pillow.....and then again you wouldn't know that because they don't tell you what you are charged until 3 days later, oh btw my pillow wasn't delivered until 2 and a half weeks later.

Ipad doesn't fit well with ipad case on

I love the gogo pillow except for a few things. I have a hard time getting my ipad on gogo pillow with the ipad case on. Also the neck pillow does not fit that well around your neck. I did get it for $10 at kohls but they did not have a good variety of colors. I would still Reccomend the gogo pillow. But I think $20 is a rip off especially if you have to pay shipping on top of that. I have heard that they break easily. I hope mine stays in shape for our vacation. 12 hours in a car each way would love the gogo pillows to still work after our vacation.

Strangest sizes

i have mini ipad few days ago which I brought it from Home Hardware store in Toronto Scarbrough and at first I love it when I saw on tv promot and when I got it the pink gogo pillow I realize it didn't even fit at all and keep fall out ... shocking because the box said its fits most tablets including ipad mini ipad others.. .. when I see it it looks like it only can fit it bigger ipad Not Mini Ipad... so im taking it back and not buying again shopping the company would able to fixed the problem ... hope give us better deal later in life

Poorly constructed product- gogo explosion

First of all this is an awesome product idea. Its multifunctional and kids are drawn to them because of the colors the company chose to mass product. Well, a good idea doesnt necessarily mean it is quality. I bought one and the tiny foam beads starting coming out of the pillow. I figured it was just a bad one so i returned for another. Within a day my 10 yr. Old daughter yelled for me. I found her with the foam in her hair, all over the bed, stuck to the dog and in the dogs eyes. I will be returning this product. I only paid 10 bucks but something that makes a mess basically propping it up with a mini pad only to view isnt worth 1 dollar.

My go go pillow stitching all came out

The threads were. Not set right put my iPad in and it starts to fall apart on the seams not stitched tight enough very disappointed threw receipt out and box suffering from multiple sclorsis can't hold iPad . Go go tablet wad the way to go it's all stretched out iPad won't stay in place.and I suffer from this disease today I thought the go go tablet would be a great big hit for me I can't hold anything in this hand.i am sorry had to put in this complaint. I am sure u get a lot of people with this complaint.

I order 2 pillows from this company

their ordering process was horrific, i ordered 2 pillows and received 4, i called customer service and they told me i had to pay to ship 2 of them back to them for refund. i explained to them the mistake was not mine and they were to send me shipping label, they told me customer service would call 24 to 48 hours of course no one called. when i did reach them they told me they dont send out shipping labels. i told them you have 2 choices either send label and i will send 2 pillows back to you or if you dont you will get 4 pillows back and i will have my credit card company dispute the charges. i repeatedly called them again and they said they sent out shipping label, if no label arrives i will send the whole order back for a refund this place is bad news and would not order this product again

Same problem...ordered 19.95 pillow and paid over 40.00

My daughter wanted me to have this pillow badly because i'm bedridden and she thought it help me. We have a 0 budget but i thought 19.95 was ok for something that would help me. There are so many questions and places to click that before you realize it you are charged 19.95 for the pillow...1.99 insurance i didnt want on the pillow....and 19.90 shipping. Yes, the free pillow is included but the invoice you are shown says 14.95 pillow + 4.95 shipping. And 9.95 shipping on the second free pillow. How does 14.95 +9.95+4:95+1.99=41.84. . Where I went to school that equals 31.84. I do not understand...I have written a letter to the company asking to cancel and just return my money in full.

Ordering process is a nightmare - bait and switch

Tried ordering the buy one get one free online for the holidays. After hitting submit order absolutely nothing happened. So I tried again and nothing happened. Found a number for customer service and indeed two orders had been place for $80, yes that is right $80, each. They were charging shipping on each item, although all were going to the same address - which made the price $20 per pillow - no buy one get one FREE here. Then was told it was a “live” order and I wouldn’t receive a confirmation for 24-48 hours. Told them to cancel but they couldn’t because the order “wasn’t in the system yet”. Put a hold on my credit card in order for the charge not to go through. They tried - said it was “preauthorization”. Got an email with order number 3 days later and they could not find it, the order by name or zip code in the system. It is a scam - BEWARE. Bought the pillow at Target and mailed them myself. Still have my account closed. They are a nightmare to deal with and should be reported to the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Placed order on their website. I went back to try and change it, tried all their methods of finding my order, but no order was found. I went through the process again, still no email confirming my order. After placing the order a second time, I was still unable to track my order. But low and behold I then had 2 emails confirming 2 orders. You cannot reach a live person at their customer service number. Luckily the authorization had not yet went to my credit card. I had to call and have my card blocked or wind up paying a total of $191.29!

I Never Even Ordered But Paid $40!

I thought this was a pretty cool product so I went on their website. They wouldn't tell me how much Shipping & Handling was so I had no choice but to put an item in my cart and get to the payment screen to see how much the total was. When I found out shipping was even more than the pillow itself, I immediately closed my Internet browser, thinking nothing of it. Three days later, I receive an email from Gogo pillow stating that my $40 order has shipped! I immediately wrote back telling them I never confirmed the order and to cancel. They stated they won't let me cancel, I can only return the item and I'll be refunded MINUS my shipping fees (which were $20!). I tried calling customer service but they only offered the same thing. My credit card company also won't let me dispute charges since the company is offering a refund - even though it's only half. So, basically, I just paid $40 for one *** pillow that you can get at Bed Bath for like $15. What a scam! Do not even VISIT this website! If anyone has dealt with them and got a refund, please let me know how you navigated their defunct system!! Thanks!

Overcharged! Fell for a scam!

I ordered 1 pillow and thought I would take advantage of the buy one get one free. When I picked out the 2nd (free) pillow, I didn't know it was charging me for 4 pillows until after the order was already placed! I immediately called the company to cancel the order. They never cancelled the order and charged me $80 for 4 *** pillows I never even wanted! I am so furious because I have called them several times and a supervisor is supposed to call me back and never does. I got and email from the company saying they would refund shipping only on the second set of pillows but when I returned them, no shipping was refunded! I only received a refund for $39 I have been dealing with this for over a month. I hate this company! They are such scammers!

Rip off :) not happy customer:(

Ok here it goes! I ordered 1 Go go pillow & I was suppose to be charged for 1 pillow and postage and handling for that and also postage and handling for second the free pillow. I get 4 pillows and I get charged for 2 pillows worth $19.95 and $9.95 for each pillow as postage and handling... They took $80 dollar from my credit card. Didn't provide me with emAil confirmation, and when I get the pillow And ask to return they say I have to bear the postage and handling :( which will cost me additional 20 dollars haha Such a money making bad sales service of Go Go pillow . Now I have 4 pillows and one ipad .... Will never do online business ever again, nothing is for free .. They r charging 9.99 for postage and that's their trick to receive the money . Thank you for the imperfect service .

Unresponsive Company, Really Unethical

On Sunday, August 4, my wife ordered what she thought were two pillows. The form is ambiguous as to what constitutes an order and it was not until she paid did she realize that the language resulted in her purchasing four pillows and that THE MAILING AND HANDLING COST EXCEEDED THE COST OF THE PILLOWS. She wrote on Sunday canceling the order within moments after she recognized what had happened. The response from the company on Monday was: Thank you for your purchase of the Go Go Pillow. Unfortunately, with the information provided, we are unable to locate an order. Normally, orders may take 24 - 48 business hours to download into our customer service database. It seems that your order hasn't downloaded yet. Please reply to this email with your shipping zip code and last name that was placed on your order so that we may submit a Hold Order Request in the system. We value your business and look forward to assisting you. If you have any questions please reply directly to this email. Thank you and have a wonderful day. We provided the information they requested, then today, we received the following message: Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for your purchase of the Go Go Pillow. We regret to inform you that your order has already processed and is on its way to you. We apologize that we were unable to cancel your order. If you have any questions or for proper return instructions please contact customer service or please reply directly to this email. If you have any questions please reply directly to this email. Thank you and have a wonderful day. The only thing "valued" is that they are taking our money. This is clearly an unethical company that has no interest in customer service.

GoGo Pillow is a rip off -- liars

My daughter purchased on June 11, 2013. one gogo pillow for $9.99, on the website. When she selected one it took her to the credit card information. We put in the cc info. and it took her straight to a page that thanked her for her order of 4 pillows instead of one and charged her $81.69 There was not confirmation of the order or any way for her to even confirm her order. We immediately emailed the company and received am email, but we did not have a response back from them to cancel the order, nor could we find a phone number. Of course, one week later, they sent us 4 gogo pillows and charged our cc for $81.69. On the receipt it states we can return the pillow that was $9.99 a piece, but we will be out the $39.80 they charged in shipping. I immediately phoned them the day we received the items and complained and requested a full refund. They promised a full refund and that someone would call us within 24 hours. Well, they never called! We returned the items and to this day, July 15, 2013, have not received any refund what so ever. This company is a fraud -- rip off! BE AWARE!

GoGo Pillows placed order without customer confirmation

I have never dealt with an online order in which the order is not reviewed and confirmed by the purchaser prior to being placed. My first order was incorrect and going back to the home page to place a correct order resulted in TWO orders being placed. I did not confirm either order. First order is incorrect and not what I wanted. Second order includes an outrageous S&H cost ---- which I do not approve. I want to CANCEL both orders. I am very disappointed that HGTV has this company as one of their sponsors. The product looks great which is why it is very disappointing that the web page for ordering is basically a scam.
