This is first time owning a pontoon and I did y get get any books or anything with it and bought brand new! Im needing to know how to put on the cover? I have contacted extreme boats and they havent contacted me back! I would really like to cover it!

Bimini top
I will n ver perches a Godfrey product again. We all know a Bimini top will not last as the boat. You discontinue perching a top after 2018. Thats not right. Now I have to have one made for double the cost.

Stain on seats cushions from canvas top
Black canvas top bleed into the seats leaving a dark stain. I contacted Godfrey and I did receive a call from Godfrey. I sent pictures of the stain but I have not heard back from them to see if they received the pictures or if there is a resolution. In the meantime, we sold the pontoon, and I told the new owner if I got any word from Godfrey, I would pass it on to him.

Poor quality control
The Aqua Patio 275 CBE pontoon is beautifully designed, comfortable and powerful vessel. With the $130K price tag, it is expected to be a true luxury boat. However, at only 20 hours, this brand-new pontoon experiencing a long list of defects, mainly with the electrical system. Some of those problems could be only fixed by the Godfrey / Yamaha dealer, which is 90 miles away by land. The Godfrey quality control is inferior. I would not look for the two-engine model as I was thinking initially.

Changing the heart
Dear Sir/Madam, I am the owner of the brand-new Aqua Patio 275CBE. I intended to ride this boat for a season or two and then upgrade it to the two-engine model. Never mind; as it only accumulated 20 hours, the list of defects is growing up and up. I would never expect such poor quality control from a luxury brand. I should buy the Bennington instead and save all the trouble. I am based on Lake Travis; my nearest Godfrey dealer is about 90 miles away; the warranty service is unpractical. I love my new Hurricane 2200 DC
I took delivery from Lakeside Marina in Oshkosh WI. So many new improvements from my old 2004 model. I really love it. I only have one suggestion for improvement. The boarding ladders front and rear could be a little wider. it's a little hard to put both feet on the rung when boarding and the rung itself could be a little wider. Other than that it's a beautiful boat on the water. Thank you!

The factory rep has called me and told me that I would have it by the end of JULY, then he called and said the middle of August MAYBE. In NJ our boating season ends a little after labor day so this does me no good.

Boat not delivered as promissed
I ordered a boat on 9-1-2021 and was promised it by 4-1-2022. It is STILL NOT IN. There is also no way to get in touch with the factory to check on status. Only the dealer can E MAIL for status and gets the run around as well. Very unprofessional company. Refund of deposit is also NOT a option even though they did not perform.

Put deposit down for pontoon which was promised Delivery by April and still haven’t received it. Cannot get Godfrey to call me back to answer questions concerning delivery. Promised all-delivered not
Godfrey will not return my call as to exact delivery date. Purchaser beware! They promised the world and did not live up to our agreement. Very poor management.

Beautiful boats, cheaply made, same parts break over and over
If you purchase a boat new and the same parts have to be replaced year after year, the company should make sure the problem has been fixed even if the warranty expires! Godfrey boat is a LEMON. Covers destroyed seats, replaced both, still happening. Stereo lights and electrical, have to be fixed or replaced each year! Dash came apart, lounger stopped working, So if you want a boat that stays in he shop instead of the water.Godfrey Marine is for you! If you want something dependable.Buy something else!

Trying to fix hard steering problem in my '22 Godfrey Sweetwater 2186 C4 with Yamaha 115HPLB engine. Another pontoon boat buyer said he had his longer than required steering cable replaced and it made a world of difference.

SUGGESTION FOR A DASH/COMPARTMENT STORAGE
DEAR GODFREY COMPANY, PLEASE ADD A DASH/STORAGE CHAMBER IN FRONT OF THE CAPTAIN SEAT. PLENTY OF WASTED SPACE THERE. BOATERS NEED A COMPARTMENT TO STORE THEIR REGISTRATION, WALLET, CELL PHONE, KEYS, ETC. OLDER MODELS OFFER THIS OPTION. IT SHOULD STILL BE PART OF THE LAYOUT.
