Websites are disappearing! No one is helping.

I've called, chatted, requested supervisors, etc. for months and NO ONE has helped me. Websites are disappearing and no one can help me troubleshoot. I get a constant run around and LOTS of empty promises and hours and hours of trying to explain the issue to people who don't understand me. So many tears with this company...

Worst hosting site ever

I can't even list all of the problems I have with them and all of the tears I've experienced over the years. It is just too expensive for me to switch all of my domains over at the moment. If they would actually help and resolve issues, but their customer service is horrendous. I literally just got off the phone with an agent and she said to call the tech support. I asked her what was the phone number and she said she didn't have it. I asked her how was I supposed to call them if I didn't have their number? She said I suggest calling them.

GoDaddy card reader used and now GoDaddy refusing to transfer my funds

I used my new card reader with a client over a week ago. The credit card was accepted and her bank approved the transaction and it went through for $839.61, they took out their fees immediately and have had my money of $820.30 sitting in their upcoming transfers for over a week. Customer service is not only unable to help but actually argumentative with me saying it is protocol to be in review. They will not put me through to their "risk management" team and said I simply had to wait. No explanation. Their "team" sent me an email requesting pictures inside and out of my business, the invoice, my client's name and billing address, phone, and email and exact services rendered etc. I have given them all of that and more and they are still holding my money. I would NEVER EVER recommend this card reader to anyone. They will not even reply to me. Do

Changes

Like most suppliers in the world GoDaddy has fallen into the, less service, longer waits, in short less for more. No contact available for security questions, if there is the 2 agents I spoke with were unwilling or unable to supply contact information. Bigger is not best all the time. Shame on you GoDaddy

Completely stole my money!

I wanted to have Godaddy help me to design my website. When I spoke to the developer about what I was looking to create he said, ok I got it and I will send you an email requesting more information. I asked him about how many times they would edit for me until its right. He said I would have a couple of edits. So I emailed them the information they requested. When I saw the email and draft of my website, it wasnt even what I told him I wanted! They didnt do ANYTHING that I asked for! So when I spoke to him on the phone he said that I will have to make the edits and that is it for them! I was appalled! He didnt waste anymore time and hung up the phone! When I called customer service to get help and a refund they said I would have to talk to the website team! So I paid this company over $400 and have nothing that I can use! I was completely lied to and defrauded!

Email stopped working

LeaVe..Godaddy imposed unwanted changes to email. They purposely destroyed existing email functions to force Microsoft exchange into our system. Now no emails to or from our accounts. 3 weeks asking for help. Finally the genius support admitted the system broken on purpose to force customers to buy mocosoft exchange. 1. This is unethical 2. CEO should be fired for allowing this obscene greed and subsequent damages 3 Microsoft exchange is a huge step backwards. We cannot access nor respond to emails u less we open 4new Microsoft accounts that all STEAL OUR DATA. VIOLATE PRIVACY AND IMPOSE HUGE BURDENS TO MANAGE EMAILS. All email managing functions wiped out destroyed by Microsoft. Eg. Cannot foreword nor manage emails by this is the most aggregious act of stupid greedy actions by any large Copany in my 4o years of it consulting . The support people best answer... "phone google... They fully knew that the damages were permanent and nothing could be done. Hugely deceptive well beyond false information. They carried on this campaign of deceit. Un professional tech team, not trained

Pethetic service no tech team supports have shifted and get no help or support, its like the believe in self service but please buy their products and keep running after them and they don't care as it is not their work, everytime u speak the team its only interest is to up sell, their products this or by that no u r using a third party product can't support it, just excuses, or by saying i r not using their products, boss in 1982, were u selling domains in India, not at all, and your company goes not care for the last 2 years, email not working but who cares, once we get the money you forget as sale is finally done, speaking to ur team does not help, as my email raina.co.in still not able to use the service, seems u have realised that in India, good business but all idiots, please stop it's itsaying world service

Worst Ever Customer service.

1. Ability to manage Delegating Access - IMPOSSIBLE 2. Godaddy website returns unusable replies 3. Customer service reps are ARGUMENTATIVE 4. Customer service reps are INSULTING 5. Customer service reps are UNHELPFUL Godaddy used to be the BEST by all means company for Customer Service (24 / 7/ 365 availability) PRIOR to buyout some years ago. Now they are the example of the WORST

They sent me an email that I woud have to uograde to Exchange if I wanted to recieve my email on my apple phone or on my laptop and desktop using Outlook.

They sent me this with less that 2 weeks to either upgraade to Exchange or only use webmail for my email. I called for support at GoDaddy and their rep seemed like they were reading from a script. I was informed that I had to contact Microsoft and GoDaddy had no support for their email service. Even though my subscription was from GoDaddy, I paid GoDaddy, I still had 3 months remaining on my paid subscription, and the email notice that was sent to me cae from GoDaddy. I have been with GoDaddy for years but their support today is the absolutely deplorable! Since GoDaddy was bought by a private equity corporation a few years ago their service has been dropping and now they have hit rock Bottom. This company is nothing but a shadow of what Bob Parsons founded

To renew hosting

I was placed on hold for 70 minutes so I left the line, called again and the same hold music which appears to be the New Orleans funeral Mach for go daddy, because they died. If customer service says this call may be recorded for *** BOB PARSON SOLD THIS TITANIC as it is looking for a restinplace. I uploaded a new Credit Card, that but theres no one attending to the clients. Maurice It is so CORNEY to hear the recorded message of how they serve their clients. So, being with this No Daddy firm thevfirst year they went live, I am just another number. This is the biggest wannabe internet web hosting firm that is destined to lose everything.

They have gone way downhill

I've been a GoDaddy customer since November 2004. I've watched prices rise and customer service decline. Their reps used to answer the phones and make sure your issues were resolved. Now you shuttled off from one uninformed Bozo to the next. Big Whoop that they are supposedly open 24-7. You can't get anyone during the day or night.FF

Lost revenue

My customers hosted exchange solution was compromised. We were moved to o365 but needed to update the MX records inside GoDaddy. We do not have the password and the email address used for a password reset is the same email that was compromised and we can no longer access. I contacted GoDaddy support on 12/6 and they directed me to the account recovery team ticketing system. I followed instructions and uploaded the information requested. I was told 24-72 hours. It has now been a week (12/13). I have had a single response which was wait longer. This was after the 72 hours I was told. Leaving a business without email for a week is catastrophic. GoDaddy should be ashamed of their level of support and failure to meet their SLA's. It looks like they should be spending less money on Super Bowl commercials and more on staffing. I included chat transcripts to show the empty escalation promises.
