Somebody has my card info is using all my my money please help I can't log into my account because you're doing maintenance I stopped my card but I can't you know there's like six charges on there tha

Somebody has my card information put a bunch of charges on my account and I have my card stopped but all these charges before I stopped it I didn't do so I mean that's my social security check pay my rent I mean I don't know what's going on but it kept ringing on my phone all night charging from this charger from that and I didn't do it so I need to speak to some of the immediately you're doing maintenance on your on the things I can't even get on my on my bank app please somebody call me back 479-274-**** my name is Daniel Bolton I just got this card I don't understand b o u l t o n damn it please respond

I was scammmed

I thought that I was doing the right thing but I did not realize it was a scram .I call to go bank to stop but took their on sweet time and now I am out of 400 dollar which is still 95.50 is still on the card which togo bank did not see. All they did kept giving me the run around. I ask them too cut the card off . They kept giving me difference case no.

Issues with card and customer service

I had an issue where my card kept getting declined. I chatted with an agent in the app and it seemed like things were going to be resolved. They said they would send me a new card and I should receive it within 7-10 business days. Well, that time frame passed and I never received the card. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and chatted again. The second agent said they would send me a new card that should arrive in 3-5 business days. Again, no card. When I asked again the third agent told me that it was actually 7-10 days not 3-5. That time has now gone by as well. I have been without a working card for a month now. I cannot access my money. I have tried calling the customer service number on the back of the card three times today. The first person listened to me and said sorry I can't help you and hung up. The second person seems to have butt answered the call and there was a bunch of background noise but never answered. The third time I just didn't get through. Needless to say, I am beyond mad. This is the worst customer service ever. I have actually had this account for several years and this is the first time I have had an issue, that being said, this issue has made me decide that once I can get to my money I am closing my account.

Pissed Uber Driver

Go Bank has accepted and deposited money from Uber into what was an account back in October 2022, but GoBank closed my account. In April of 2023 I drive for Uber again and earned money that was deposited into a closed account. Now they wont issue me a check for money earned driving for Uber. They are refusing to issue my money that was earned. Worst of all I cant get anyone on the phone because my account was closed and I have no debit card, or 3-digit pin to access my account to speak to a live person except some freaking recording.

They took my money. Now they are saying they can not find my card and the system.Need my money. What are you going to do about this? My card is on file. It is activated. I used it last month. To book a greyhound to go to Milwaukee Wisconsin for a funeral.I need my card activated it my money returned back to me.

The bank was pulled through turn my money to Uber went out of the middle.
