Shoes, falling apart for no reason
I paid $365 for a pair of Jordan wool12s I am a sneaker head and I buy expensive shoes as you can see on my profile Ive never paid for a pair of Jordans from anywhere that have not lasted for whatever reason these shoes are coming apart and thats unacceptable. Being I pay the type of money that I pay for top quality sneakers I would like a read placement being that it hasnt even been two years since I paid for the shoes and I havent even wore them more than 20 times since Ive had them they seem to look like they are still in great condition however, upon a closer look, you can see that the soles are starting to come apart from the shoe I will send pictures. I spent too much money with this company for my shoes to the fallen apart like this this is unacceptable. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Product not as advertised
I purchased a product from this company that was advertised as no smell no taste. The first time I purchased it no problem. Second time terrible taste and smell. Have not received any help at all from my online request to the company regarding the product not being as advertised. The response I got was generic, sorry that you had a problem with your purchase. But basically that's all the response I got.

Just because GOAT'S Customer Support is lazy and doesn't care about me, a Seller who's been using them for a while now, I can't Cash-Out my $ that I made selling my sneaker inventory. Why? Because the site sends verification messages to an OLD # that I don't have anymore and I'M RELIANT ON THEM TO CHANGE IT FOR ME. They don't even allow people to contact them by phone. Everything is left up in the air until THEY feel like doing anything via email.

This is the Worst Experience I have EVER had with online Shopping
The generic response and No sense of urgency. The choice of Courier services. The bogus virtual phone numbers. This is not where you go to shop. I just lost all interest in ever shopping with this company. I ordered shoes on 4/26/2023 and still no response or package, and they got their money. Not only that, but I still have no shoes. ECMS is the worst courier service.
