My feedback is ignored
A long while back I submitted a very useful suggestion to the website to help get even the lesser fortunate to use their site for fun. I gave the suggestion on the 5th of January of this year. It's been months now and instead of my suggestion being implemented, it's been ignored. Not to mention they updated the website to the name Vyond. I suggested that instead of them doing a free trial and then forcing you to pay, they make some things free while the others you have to pay for. Looks like they are still going with the "Free trial then pay" Technique. The only website that follows this is Plotagon, but in all honesty i prefer to use GoAnimate than Plotagon. As it stands, i cannot use GoAnimate at all. Don't get me wrong, they did respond fast and seemed to have received my email, and their website isn't that bad to use even without "Comedy world" which I haven't used. I am just only upset that my suggestion was received then ignored or never implemented. If you're going to have a feedback area, at least try to honor some requests or at least keep the person in closer contact so you can maybe see if their suggestions can be used. Instead what they did with me was tell it me it was received and it's currently being sent to the management and then never contacted me again about it.

they took off comedy world and all the hacks are patched grrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrra h hhh hhhh hhhhh hhh hhhhhhh hhhhh hhh hhhhh hh hhh h h hh hhh h hh hh hhh hhh hhhh hhhhhh i wish they could fix it, but i dont know if they will bring back all the old themes including comedy world, lil peepz, the stick person one, and more. now all they have to show is buisness friendly, which makes me pissed. i hope go animate will come around, and help their pissed consumers. I just really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really want comedy world back. if go animate would fix it, that would be awesome!But no, making use use those *** characters and themes from buisness friendly. plz help! also, i am using normal go animate.

I spent HOURS trying to make a presentation, and, on the very last slide, it crashed. Tried to get it back, no use. Very slow overall used to be much quicker, but is now laggy and takes a long time for things to load; hence why it crashed. I am so mad. It is also more limited than before. Way fewer options to choose from, and they got rid of a lot of characters. I attempted to make custom characters, which I needed a lot of, and each one took at 5-7 minutes because it wouldn't load. I am very disappointed, especially since I am a member of GoAnimate and have used it many times in the past. I don't see myself using it again.

Alvin Hung ruining his own website
Ugh, this is going downhill. If you keep removing things, then you might lose a lot of customers. -Removed old themes (right-click on the video maker for a surprise) -Removed voices TWO times (a call stated they decided not to renew voices) -Removed comments, and many social features -Removed GoPlus (for unknown obvious reason) -Business Friendly is better than Comedy World, but dozens of fanboys hate that. Tap Titans was cool despite that style of graphics, and many games I've played on mobile have that kind of style. -CanadianScout reported that if the VIDEO TAKES VERY LONG TO DOWNLOAD, there's a chance it might come out broken. -I wanna know GoAnimate's financial graphs since are they making more or are they making less? Not to mention, are you trying to get rid of hobbyists? If you are trying to make a hobbyists a slap in the face, you might be a risk of popularity drops. Because of this, things like HoverAnimation, FutureAnimate, IncredibleAnimate, SuperAnimate, and dozens more amazing projects like that began to rise, as attempts to bring back the old themes. "Are you trying to promote yourself for business, and step down yourself for hobbyists???"

So-called "update" deleted the most popular theme!
GoAnimate was a website where you could create your own videos and animations. I signed up for one of the themes they had, Comedy World, which looked very similar to the popular comedy show, Family Guy. I immeadiately was using this great theme to make classroom comedy shorts that taught science lessons to my classes. If you look on Google, you can see the many variations of characters that users have made using the platform. However, one day, Comedy World and the other great themes were gone, and replaced with a *** theme called "business happy" or some bull **** When I contacted GoAnimate, they gave a copypaste response that they "upgraded" to HTLM 5, which deleted all the most used themes. What the **** is the use of an update that deletes the most popular features?!?!

Themes being deleted without customer consent
I have been a loyal customer on Goanimate for Schools for many years. However, the CEO of the said website, Alvin Hung, suddenly decides to delete all of the amazing themes we have been using, so the website can "upgrade" to HTML 5. Instead, they give us a very poorly animated, poorly drawn, and poorly named theme known as "Business Friendly". Please cancel the HTML5 "upgrade", or I will sue for false advertising, as I paid for a year-long plan with ALL advertised themes. There was no mention of themes being retired at the time of my purchase.

I didnt know that old themes got removed
I liked old themes since i'm only 16 years old They're creative for anyone, now 2016 is not good year for goanimate. I think business themes are too complicated for me to create videos. Old theme are easier. I like comedy world and lil peez because it's most popular theme that i create. I use them for series such as grounded, ungrounded, drama, pg13, movies, short comics, short videos, user inspired ideas, and more excluding mature. I just think about not able to be this site anymore. I still like goanimate but just didn't want to get on this site until further notice. I wish membership don't cost too much money just like goplus.

Goanimate Graphics Software Review from Pasadena, California
GoAnimate has been deleting all of the features from their website that customers like the most, such as Comedy World, Little Peepz, Cartoon clasiccs, and more themes. Instead, they give us a bad theme called "business friendly" which sucks because you cannot move items such as the eyes and mouth in the character creator, and it looks terrible when compared to Comedy World! Stop living under a rock, Goanimate and listen to your customers!

Alvin Hung has ruined GoAnimate
The CEO of GoAnimate, Alvin Hung, is destroying his own website by removing features! In 2007 when he created GoAnimate for his wife, he was nice back then. But now he has trned greedy and is trying to kick non-business users off the site! First he removed the community library, then the Ecards theme, the old eyes in the Comedy World creator, the GoPlus subscription,and removed the old color pallet, and replaced it with a new color pallet that is buggy and hard to use! He will also be retiring the free plans on November 25, 2015! But worst of all.. HE REMOVED THE COMMENTS, FAVORITES, FOLLOWERS, AND INSTANT MESSAGING ON GOANIMATE!! This greedy CEO should be fired
