Why are my fund miss of my card? Just vanished been doing that for sometime now
Look someone is taking money out my account $15.00 There at the time I'm getting paid when I by something and I got thirty dollars left and I spend $15.00 it just leaves my card like really quick!!! I dont know how it's being done but it is really quick been happening for sometime now wasnt sure until this week!!! When I knew I should've had aleast fifteen dollars on my card!!

They won't allow me to have my payroll even after verification of my id....
My boss accidentally deposited a payroll check or his accountant I should say into an account that I had long stopped using because I never could get a hard card cuz I have a PO box well long story short my payroll check was in an account that I couldn't get a card for they told me what we can't send a card to a PO box I said well then how in the *** am I supposed to receive my money if I can't get a card well we can send you a refund check but we can't send it to appeal box I said well that's bunch of b*****why can't I do a cardless pickup at Walmart you say that it's an option I'm just trying to close the account I just want the money and I'm closing and I'm not trying to keep it open I'm not trying to fraudulate nothing I've proven my identity you know it's me so why can't I have my money you don't qualify for money pick up I said well I'm closing the account I don't think that would qualify pretty much as a you can hear have your money but no so they said well we can issue you a refund check we just can't issue it to appeal box said well so you're saying I'm *** so they said well do a change of address to another physical address that you can send it to and we can do that so apply for a transfer or change of address then they tell me you need a utility bill also at that address with your name on it I don't receive mail at a physical address I never have probably never will always been a PO box so that means now that I've requested an address change they've locked my account again now they're telling me that I'm required to prove another piece of mail that has me at this physical address when they had told me well just find a friend that you know you can send it to well guess what even if you do that you can't use the address cuz you don't have a bill or a f*****or any kind of mail going to an address that doesn't you know exist there's no such mail I've always had an appeal box so they're like well get a utility in your name at that address that makes no f*****did I got to go and get a utility in my name at an address that doesn't exist so I can pick it up at someone else's house that I don't have to do I don't know anyone that will do that ***

I can not get my card to be active and down load the go2appto my phone
I was purchasing some stuff after I used the ATM before I used the ATM and it said declined so I said let me go use the ATM and it said declined that's when I found out that it was declined so that's when I called the company so all right email me back if I got the right things thank you

Won't provide overdraft protection on my PAYROLL DIRECT DEPOSIT because it doesn't say payroll but it says where I work.
My phone was stolen so I needed to get into all my apps with a new device. I only tried 2x on Go2bank app and I got a note saying I had to wait a few minutes to try again. I couldn't call customer service because I had no phone I am using my laptop and ipad. It was giving me an option to get a code on my phone when I said I couldn't it said I had to wait again. 12 TWELVE HOURS LATER I got in. I just switched to Go2 but I am going back to CHIME!!! ANYONE WANTS TO GO TO CHIME for directr deposit hit me up I'll send you a link you get your direcr deposit there and we both get $$100.00 I've done it 4x already it's instant. tmr24g@***.com

They did not addressed the problem promptly . The account was flagged for suspicion activities when I called them which was minutes before I called them The Scammers posing as Budget & Enterprise Rental Agency As convincing as they were, I followed the process very closely. I left feeling like I was being Scammed by them as well

Gave bank tracking number they claimed no records company that wrote the check said it was cashed.

Offer good interestraight never paid because you haven't have it in a special account in their bank cashed $129 check never got posted lost that $129 they say they have no record of it closed The account is a terrible bank. Do not open account. Had $3000 there for 3 months cost me $15 in fees plus they stole my $129 check. Stay away.

I got emails and text messages and people then use homophobic Reddick and then not able to answer questions and slandering and black ball people are in the LGBTQ and much better then then show support to LGBTQ but then later on left cut off the LGBT and help kill *** behavior desires and move forward then political it then when someone else gets a card or whatever then not allowed to activate or whatever then falsely claim then there not verified then threatening them and now being sued and then why did they allow it to keep happening because of the money they made and refuse to open to all then stand behind the constitution and then misrepresented themselves and cut all off illegally

I lost my debit card 2 weeks ago so I called go to bank for a replacement card because we were disconnected at the end of our call my card request was never processed after waiting two weeks and realizing my card wasn't coming I called back this previous Saturday and spoke with someone that go to bank they asked me for security questions one of which I answered none of the above but they told me that was incorrect there was an address in question that they say I lived at but it was my ex-wife who occasionally got my mail as a result of this my account is locked I did ask for my account to be locked their question for security was totally wrong I've sent copies of my driver's license four times now and here 72 almost 96 hours into my account being locked it's still locked for no reason I will lose access to my direct deposit which is going to cripple me financially everybody wants to pass the buck nobody wants to accept responsibility and help they refer you to the back room people whoever the *** that is do not bank with go to bank if you value your finances this place is most unreliable and unfortunately I made the bad choice of opening an account there it will be closed very soon I can't even get a hold of their corporate office to make a complaint this place is unprofessional and ignorance is rampant in that office

Go2bank took over $7,000 from me
I received my taxes on my go2bank card and all of a sudden I started to see a reoccurrence of charges that I made previous day before so once I did a dispute it totaled to be over $7,000 worth of duplicated charges. So afterward, Im waiting on my response about getting my money back I get a email saying my account closes with over $2,000 still in it!
