I visited 2401 Hwy 22 West Union, NJ, 07083 location. The staff named Adam was peaking around the isle like I was stealing. I asked him if he thought that was appropriate he stated he has to protect the store and it's property. I go This is the only staff person who behaved in this manner.

I ordered this GNC creatine monohydrate from healthkart. I used creatine monohydrate from last 5 years. I know the exact taste of unflavoured creatine monohydrate. But this GNC creatine monohydrate taste is different, just as same as Glucon-d. I think it's a fake product. So I want, please take return this product & refund my money, as soon as possible. On July 10th 2022 the sales associate was talking and dosed off in mid sentence. And after that it was all down hill attempting to make my purchase she falls asleep at the register so I walk off turn around and she was asleep didnt even notice I walked off what is going on and add insult to injury she was supposed to be a manager please someone look into this I spend too much money and so do a lot of my friends that shop there

Poor and ugly customer service
I believe my order goes into effect every month on the 21st. I did not receive my order until March 1 which left me quite a few days without my vitamins. I actually exercise, eat right and Im very health conscious and when I called Your store the guy there was an idiot and very rude. This guy was at the Castleton Mall store. If Im going to have issues and when my order arrives, then I will have to make other decisions

Fraudulent Sales Tactics at Corp.Store Loctn.
I am overwhelmed with disappointment and disgust regarding the manner of which my purchase of GNC.'s Mega-Man vitamins turned into a miss-leading and under-handed 'sell' on your so called 'Pro' program. I must insist on a refund of this amount, regardless that it has been almost year, the point is I never received a single benefit nor any shipments or package of anything promised. I was also told that I could access the Pro Member website and make changes to the items for each 'free shipment' prior to delivery(this was anther fable, as the website could not be accessed, and did not accept any of my attempts to do so. I have wasted a lot of time on the phone back and fourth with so-called 'Pro' account representatives, and to no avail, nor satisfaction. I say again - Please refund the amount originally billed for this Pro Account, Asap - Thank you.

Did not receive the order
My name is Thanh Hong , email address: Thanh34@***.net . The issue is I dont have my order for 2 times. The first time on 08/2021 and the second time is auto-delivery without my authorization . I did called for Customer Service and they said just wait for 24-48 hours. I am unexpected the GNC run the business like this.
