Adding card

I made a order and I added my debit card but its saying my card its invalid or unsupported. I dont understand, I even called my bank because I thought it might be the problem, and I sort it out but it still saying my card is invalid and unsupported.

Discrimination statement when complain about my order

I have problem of drop order in process

The problem was solved

My account was blocked and is still block due to technical issues and I tried to reach glovo customer service which I couldnt get in touch with them except i contacted them through email. Most importantly the experience is horrible.

My account was suspended without explanation. The platform has been contacted several times asking for an explanation, and none was never given except for automated copy-pasted messages of Terms and Conditions infringement. Quite ironically, the only Terms and Conditions infringement I recall of had happened in the past from Glovo's side, and to the extent of requiring external intervention of PayPal: they luckily reimbursed a canceled order, after all relative documentation was presented - and after I was multiple times told by Glovo costumer care to keep waiting for that reimbursement. Is Glovo capable of abiding by at least their own rules?

My glovo courier account blocked

my id is blocked I request you to open my ID. I message you again and again to open my ID, Berry had said. The hair has really been blocked. Because Uno had a location and a place. We were standing at the location of the place. He called me. My phone is also switched off because I am busy with the phone all day. I used to talk on the phone so that no one else would be missed. I have lost my phone that's why I message you again and again to open my ID.

CHEATED BY GLOVO

The day before yesterday I placed an order to Carrefour Cinecitta through Glovo. When the order arrived I realized that all hair products and fruit items were missing. I contacted Glovo assistance but the only thing they did not do was to assist me. The order arrived without a receipt but since they sent me a receipt vise mail I wasn't worried. Also Carrefour must have had a copy of the receipt. They asked me takephotos . Ridiculous. If I were a cheater couldn't I just remove the items and then take pictures??? Theyasked me for a receipt and I forwarded the receipt they sent me through email. Then they sent me an email saying that they cannot compensate. I seriously doubt that they contacted Carrefour. They did NOTHING. I go on the social media only to find out that there were hundreds of people complaining that they had the same experience as I had. SHAME ON YOU GLOVO. EITHER YOUR CONTROL PRACTICES ARE POOR OR YOU ARE DOING IT ON PURPOSE TO INCREASE YOUR PROFITS THE EASY WAY. BTW NOT EVERYBODY WHO PLACES AN ORDER IS A CHEATER. HAVE IN MIND THAT ONE DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER SENDS AWAY ANOTHER 7 CUSTOMERS. BASIC MARKETING LAW.

English translation problem in app

Hello myself Shahrukh,I live in Georgia, I would like to have your attention towards the glovo app functioning problem,like me so many people are facing problem in placing the order because of the Georgian language issue, their is an option of changing the language to English, but yet after choosing the English language the content of the page is not translated to English, because of this problem a large number of foreigners in Georgia are not able to use your app and place order and we are using other apps like wolt etc. Would request you to fix this issue so that more orders can be placed through glovo app,and customers get app friendly.

Wrong order second time in one hour

primero pedimos pizza burrata, la pizza venía con jamón, luego explicamos que no la habíamos pedido y que la carne la botaran porque no comemos puerco. Llegaron nuevamente las mismas pizzas con carne en un nuevo pedido y en el segundo pedido hasta enviamos foto de la pizza que queremos sin jamon

Meal not edible - refund promised & then denied

My grandson is traveling alone in Rome right now. Hes taken a trip with money that hes earned working in landscaping and automobile detailing, after college graduation, to explore other cultures before he begins adulthood in earnest. Stretching his money as far and as long as he can - by sleeping in hostels and eating McDonalds - hes at the end of his savings and leaving for home today. His final splurge was spending his last 16 to have McDonalds delivered by GLOVO - a food delivery service (much like Uber eats I would imagine). When the food arrived the drink that was placed inside the bag and had spilled across his entire meal. At that time assurances were made that he would be reimbursed since he couldnt eat the meal at all and couldnt have it re-delivered as he was about ready to board his flight. However when reporting the mishap on the app the refund was reneged (see screenshot). With no explanation GLOVO customer service had the audacity to ask him to use their service again, promising a much better outcome next time. NEXT TIME??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW??? Previous promises had been broken. New promises are made. Do they honestly believe customers are so gullible? NO, this was simply a total disrespect and brush off. Proof positive that GLOVO is not worth your money. It certainly is not worth your trust!!
