Need customer service. Urgent

Need to talk with live person about statement

Paid receipt request

I called to get apaid in full receipt. I was assured it would be marked. Waited a week. No reciept. I called 8 times in 1 day and kept getting hung up on d/t their phone issues. I finally get a rep and request a fax gave ther number and was dosconnected. I then called again and got a rep that told me that not only was my fax not requested but my letter was never requested. She stated she would request both. Sheer then said I could call her tomorrow to follow up. I again got disconnected before that number was given. Hopefully it will be faxed as promised.

Excessively RUDE REPS & MANAGEMENT!!!

I was paying and I'm they stopped calling I forgot about the bill they called me now 6 months later hung up the phone so I called back was passed around and finally hung up on got to a manager advised her the reps kept talking over me and she did the exact same thing then dumped me on the rep I used to do with she was rude I cannot believe the way they talk to customers!!! she advised me this is not customer service this is collections!! I am fully aware of where my account is but being a collection supervisor myself you have to implement customer service in collections you don't talk down to the customers and tell him how they're behaving and tell them what they're saying and get mad because they said a cuss word I'm saying a cuss word because your company is frustrating the absolute crap out of meMy reps woukd gave either been put on a FINAL WRITE UP or FIRED!!! I do NOT allow that behavior at all. GET SOME HAMANITY TRAINING!!!

Unauthorized payment

I paid my bill once over phone last month and this month money was taken out of my account that i did not authorized a payment to be taken out the following month. I dont get paid same time every month. Had caused overdraft fees on my account.

They have wrong number

While I get phone numbers are passed along, this company can't get the hint they are calling the wrong people. Every day I get several calls from 407-979-****, Saint Cloud Florida and every call I tell them there is no Maria Medina here. Sadly we were given a old number for our Domino's business. They don't hire the brightest of people. As I explain every call no person here by that name. They hang up. STOP calling. In this day and age with technology you would be able to track the person down. You can't fix or retrain those that are as smart as a box of rocks at this company.

Annoyance

Today is Saturday, my mom is 85 years old. I asked what is global recievables and he did not want to tell me. So you call my home, i live with my mom, then put on hold only yo have somebody tell me he cant say what Global Recievable means?...i hung up.

Extremely upsetting

Received a letter from Global Receivables Solutions approximately 4-8-2018 concerning a hospital bill for my father in law. I called so I could find out the company name and they refused to give it to me. Insisted on talking to my father in law. I told them he had passed away and they demanded the DOD. I refused to give it to them since I still had no idea who the collection was from. They got rude and I gave it right back to them. I've called his insurance and the hospital to get this straightened out. After the conversations with both I was advised to call Global back and relay to them that this bill is on hold for 45-60 days with the insurance and the hospital. This woman actually told me I can't give you information on the account. Just kept repeating it. I asked her where in this conversation did I ask for any info. No answer. I relayed the message and she started up again about the account. I told her that I was doing what the insurance and hospital told me to do since they can't legally call them. Smarts off again about the account. I stated I've given you the information, if you choose not to make notes then it's all on you. And here we go with the account again. I stated I did as requested and hung up. Their complaint line that they say you will get a person immediately just rings. No answer or voice mail. -5 on any the rating.

Hire *** that attempt to bully

An attempt to collect. A bill never rec as full payment of a much greater value was paid. Incredibly antogonistuc when I asked for her to send me said bill. Kept repeating I will mark you disputed send in payment or proof. I yold them to send me proof and I am happy to pay so they said have a good day and hung up in me. ***

Harrassment and I dont have any account

people from Global continue calling my phone number looking for people I don't know. I have asked them to cease-desist. Stop Harrasing me. I dont Why I should be harrased when I dont have an account. I am not responsible for people who have gotten stuff from them or their clients. If it continue I will sue, I have told them over and over to stop. Stop the calls. {{Redacted}} Marietta, Georgia

Terrible customer service - St. Lukes Medical Centers

Had over 6k in medical was told by St Lukes Medical Ctr Boise that I had 12 months to pay was making monthly payments to St Lukes received a call from GRSolutions demanding payment of balance was unaware St Lukes turned us in to this place - GRS refusing to remove from credit report even after paying in full stating they are a non- removal company!!!

Insurance Dedutible

Sandra Day, was the rudest collection agent I’ve experienced in a long lifetime of speaking with agents. I retuned the call after she hung up on me and spoke to her manger and she agreed with her rudeness insisting they’re paid hourly no commission. When an individual complaint and instruct you of their insurance plans you only have to collect as I wasn’t calling for Methodist information but mine. Now I can understand the STRUGGLE IS REAL with agents as I CAN SEE FROM reviews it is the company training practices on customer service that’s lacking.

Horrible

I sent all canceled checks paid in full to hospital STILL IN COLLECTIONS !!!! Tried to communicated and keep being asked to call back later. I've called multiple times and still going around in circles. Paid the radiology bill in full as well still went into collections and contacted them and said I still have a balance and will have to pay or I will remain in collections that is currently causing and dredfull impact on my credited score so I end up paying them as well $120.00 so that can remove it out of collections . I've contacted the hospital via mail with all my canceled checks as well to no avail. that's said how theses collection agencies hold that power to ruin your credit knowing that the account has been satisfied !!!

The worst

This company calls every few hours from 8am to 8pm. When I answer, no one says anything and there’s no auto message. It’s frustrating because I don’t even know what it’s regarding or if they have the right person. When I pick up and say hello, there should be someone on the other end. I’ve worked telemarketing and dent resolution. It’s auto calling, but when you hear hello, that’s your cue to talk. Make your workers do the job they’re being paid and stop harassing me throughout the day. I’m am self employed and you are tying up my time and phone for me to y’all to myself....

Exactly whom are you trying to reach?!?

When it comes to my name, I demand that my full name and middle initial be used on EVERYTHING from my medical chart, records and especially my mailing address. I also make it very clear to anyone I do business with of my policy as well as the fact that should this not occur, they will not be paid. I refuse to sign any bill, invoice or statement that does not have my full name printed on it either. My health insurance company will not pay a bill submitted by a health care provider that does not have my full name on it. I will not divulge my social security number either and will not use the last four numbers as an ID because I have had it stolen three times by wetbacks. Why do I require all this? It's due to both my father and grandfather having the same first and last name BUT having a different middle name/initial. My medical records have been mixed up with my father's, my grandfather's bill have been sent to me and to make matters worse there are two individuals with the same first and last names within 45 miles of myself and my father. One of those people is an ordained minister and my parents still get phone calls for him. Back to my point though; I started getting calls from these people about two weeks ago, the first person asked for my first and last name, to which I said "which one?" He replied with, the born in (19__). I again said "Which one?" giving him all the options including junior, senior, the Reverend, etc. He repeated with the year and I asked him who was calling, and he stated Global Receivable Accounts. I told him that I wasn't going to play games with him and told him NOT to call my number again. These people have called 3 more times, always without sufficient information to determine whom they are trying reach. Only one of them actually divulged that they are debt collectors and each time I have told them to stop calling my number. When they left a voice mail, the called id noted a different number and when I called them back they refused to give me any information, saying it was personal and that I had to give them the phone number I had received the voice mail on as well as my name and address before anyone would talk to me. I am NOT going to do your job for you! I will not be manipulated into admitting to be someone I'm not and I do not owe anything to anyone. I pay my bills and I know my rights, especially when it comes to something medically related. ALL medical bills MUST include an itemized medical statement. That is both federal law as well as state law. It is NOT up to the patient to request a statement from the health care provider or hospital after being turned over to collections. If they don't have it or won't send a copy then it is NOT a legitimate debt. If the post office, the wrong recipient or someone else returns, forwards or refuses correspondence it doesn't make me responsible for the bill. Get both the name and address correct before harassing people with similar names! Do YOUR job and don't expect me to do it for you. Lastly, collection agencies are bound by law to conduct themselves professionally and follow the rules. Calling at 8:03 am on a Saturday morning, not identifying themselves as a collection agency as well as continuing to call AFTER receiving a written notice to cease and desist contacting someone is illegal and should result in immediate punishment!

Calling me to confirm who I am but wont confirm who they are?

Got this call a few hours ago... I answered the phone and they asked me to confirm if I was so and so and if my birthday is _____ and I asked what this was pertaining to and they said that was confidential information and they couldn't tell me. I hung up and called back and spoke with someone asking what kind of company they were. They said "Well we are Global Receivables Solutions" I told them yes I know but what kind of company is this? They said they couldn't tell me. I said "If you're going to call someone and ask them to confirm they are this said person and not tell you what kind of company you are that's shady business". I don't owe anyone anything so if you receive this call its probably fraud. Do not give out personal info if people cant provide you with information.
