Customer service

My experience has been terrible! Ive worked at the same location for 11 months and had access to my pay stubs on the global cash card website, but for some reason they recently denied me access to the site. It said they couldnt verify my information all of a sudden and I wasnt able to access my paystubs. I called them/wisely about 10 times, wasted about 2-3 hours total, and kept getting the same run around of talk to your employer to get your pay stubs or go to this website and do this and when that didnt work it was always you need to get that from your employer which was a straight up lie because Ive had access to all of my information on their site for almost a year. NO ONE. I repeat NO ONE at their call center/customer service number has a clue what they are doing or how to solve problems and will ONLY talk over you and try to shut you up!!! HOWEVER I finally called and said I was a manager from my work and calling for an employee (myself) and needed to speak with one of their managers, and MIGUEL whom I spoke with for a mere 10 minutes, solved my issue no problem. So if you HAVE to contact them, ask for MIGUEL, or ask to speak with a manager from the very start!!! I cannot say enough amazing things about Miguel though; hes the freaking real MVP and needs a raise/to be the president of the company, because whatever theyre doing over there right now is trash!!! THANK YOU MIGUEL!!!

Can't get into my account

Can’t get into my time sheets!!!

Trying to check my time sheets and my husbands for proof of income and I CANT GET ANY HELP!!! If Another Day or global cash card work with THE ADP APP WHY NOT MAKE IT EASY TO CHECK TIME SHEETS OR PROOF OF INCOME?!?!?!?!? Idiots!!!

Forgot username AND password

Hello, I am inquiring about how to log in to see my pay stubs for my job when I can not remember my username therefore, it wont let me change my password and then when I try to act like Im creating an account it says that there is an account already created Im frustrated. What do I do?

Terrible Customer Service

I forgot my password for my account and have it hooked up to direct deposit to my bank card. I called all three numbers that I can find for their customer service and they all link to the same system. They ask me for a card number, when mine isn't valid due to it being linked through direct deposit, or it gives you the option to actually talk to someone to verify a check. I checked with the second option after trying the first multiple times and they just hang up on me in the middle of me explaining my predicament. I just need a paystub.

Lost old card, password says its invalid

I have had an account with global cash card since 2017 and I don't have the debit card for this account anymore. I don't remember if it got lost, if it expired or if i threw it away because i stopped working at the temp service that payed me through this card. I am trying to login to my account now but it says my password is invalid and will not let me reset it unless I have the card number, which I do not have anymore. I never got any notification about my account being changed to wiselypay or mywisely, so I am assuming I still have this account. Also my credit monitoring service says I have money in this account that I was not aware was in there. I cannot figure out how to log back in, and now I locked my account trying to login.
