I have not received any of my TAX REFUNDS since flying home from PARIS on July 17, 2023. I

I have not received my reimbursement of $284.00 from a purchase I made in Florence, Italy in June 30,2023 from a purchase in Euros for 2125.00 EUR it was paid by my AMEX card. Another reimbursement is for $21.00 from PINKO for a purchase made in Paris for 175.00 EUROS also purchased by my AMEX card. I called Switzerland the headquarters for Global Blue and no one answers only they give an 800 ******** number and it is a phony number. I am quite furious because this never happened the last time I traveled overseas five years ago Thank you Jayne Firtell Jfirt419@***.com

Tax refund

I have three credit card refunds need help , do I need to post these. I had them scanned at the air port however not sure whats happened . Please help me have this sorted as its only within a 21 day period

Nobody comes on call, I was just waiting a ne waiting. Call gets drop automatically

Nobody is there to listen and talk on customer care. There is no reply to emails and there is nobody availble to take calls. You keep waiting and waiting . Not a customer friendly customer care . Its like there is no human availble with whom you can discuss your issue and solution . Just keep writing mails and posting feedback but no revert

Worst customer experience

Three weeks I hav been waiting for somebody to reply to may emails . There is just nobody whom we can talk or get reply on mails. Its like banging urself on the wall . Contact number which has been given on sites that does not work. Just keep on holding international calls and after few seconds call gets dropped on its own. Disaster experience . Can anybody reply to my mails or contact me +919810****02 ???

GLOBAL BLUE = THIEVES

I went to the global blue office on the second floor of the Geneva airport to get the custom stamps on 4 of my purchases totalling 21 000 CHF. The person at the desk told me that 1)" all the documents are in order" and 2) "the officer who does the stamping is not in today but he will be in tomorrow and therefore, you can put the 4 forms in the mailbox nearby. When he comes in tomorrow, he will do all the stampings." I wasnt the only who followed the directives. A few of us did exactly the same thing. After 4 weeks, there is still no refund, and now Globale Blue is telling me that there is no stamp. I did what the officer instructs me to do. I am shocked that this kind of things happen in Switzerland / Geneva where apparently, human rights and civil rights are a priority.

TAX REFUND CLAIM

This is with reference to my Vat refund. My flight -AI 138 19TH July got delayed. Original flight time was 9pm however it got changed to 20th July 12.20am. on boarding pass date was 20th July & boarding time 23:20pm due to which customs team was unable to get the data while scanning the boarding pass. Due to flight delay , airline was unable to change date on boarding pass as it was system generated. My vat refund could not happen. I was there at counter for than a hour requesting to officer however they could not help me as system was not allowing them. Now I have reached India, I would need my vat refund of euros 275 in my credit card. Kindy advise the process for the same. For your reference, I am enclosing my : -Boarding pass -Tax refund document -Invoice copy Look forward for your help & support.

Tax refund issues

My friend bought a bag of Louis Vuitton in Amsterdam Schiphol International Airport on June 12th,2023. She was already follow the guidiance to make taxfree progress, posted all tax forms in the globe blue box in the airport. But now her credicard was charged for hundreds euro currency. Please help and check what the problem is.Thank you very much.

Reminder received

Hi, I received now an email remainder thta I have to return my tax-free forms. My son and I went, before boarding to German Customs (as we always do) - the forms were stamped and right next of their office on the left side is a special Letter Box that is clearly marked Global Blue. Now - for the first time I get this type of email that the purchases at a shop Alsterhaus are not stamped?!? The Customs official stamps all while I am in front of him - in order to be sure that every receipt gets the stamp. There can only be one reason - the GlobalBlue letter box at the Hamburg Airport has still not been emptied ? We - my son and I - did put all stamped receipts in this letter box in the morning the day we left Germany in order to fly back to Mexico - June 26th, 2023. What can be done now to solve this?

Rude customer service

Iam extremely dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your office (in Sabiha airport, Istanbul , turkey) when I visited to stamp my invoices. I must say that it was the worst experience I have ever encountered in a tax office. Upon entering your office, I was greeted by a girl who exhibited a complete lack of professionalism and rudeness. She seemed convinced that she had done her job perfectly and nothing was missing. However, to my surprise, one of my invoices was missing from the stack, even though I had only presented four invoices. This should not have been a significant issue for her to rectify and complete her job efficiently. Instead, she started shouting and displaying anger as if she were the one providing me with money. Her behavior was completely uncalled-for and unprofessional. Furthermore, she proceeded to stamp all the papers in front of her in a frenzied manner, which only added to the chaotic atmosphere. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your organization's commitment to customer service. To make matters worse, when I left your office in frustration, I discovered that the customer validation office was closed from 2:30 pm until 3 pm due to a shift change. This lack of proper communication or signage regarding the closure further added to my disappointment and inconvenience. Realizing that time was of the essence, I returned to the Global Blue office at approximately 3pm. To my dismay, the attendant asked me to come back in 20 minutes. I tried explaining to her that I had a flight scheduled for 4pm, and waiting any longer would cause me to miss it. However, instead of showing understanding or empathy, she resorted to screaming, shouting, and even insulting me. Her behavior was completely uncalled-for and utterly disrespectful. It is important to note that throughout this interaction, I remained calm and polite, only seeking assistance in a timely manner. The attendant's unprofessional conduct not only added unnecessary stress to an already tense situation, but also demonstrated a complete disregard for customer service standards

Refund sent on an expired card

Please check this case ID 00560764. The refund took so long that I closed the card that I chosed for the refund. I updated a new one in my global blue app but yor colleagues still sent in my old, expired card. I keep writing to global blue and everyone tells me refund was successful and there is nothing they can do. I went to the bank so many times and they told me I can't receive anything because I don't have account and card anymore. And the money from the sender for sure was returned already. But no one from blue is willing to search this information. It is a lot of money and I am waiting for so long. Please check and help me with this

How to return money that I only have invoices (I was charged taxes in Austria, for buying over 100 euros in a clothing store)

Hello how are you? I was last month in Vienna, Austria. I made a purchase in a clothing store, I was charged taxes on the purchase. I want to get a refund, but I don't understand how it works, I only have the invoices. The cost of the purchase is 101 euros, of which they took taxes from me and I am not an Austrian citizen.

Tax refund is deducted

I previously received a tax refund, but it was later deducted because it did not pass customs verification within the required time frame. But in fact, I had already obtained the customs stamp and dropped it in the Budapest airport mailbox when I left for home on January 29, 2023.Here are some of my photos to prove my customs verification and delivery.
