*** poor communication and service

Ordered my glasses on August. 7th. No update until I called on August 17th(took over 20 minutes before I was able to get a "LIVE" Agent on the chat line. (Their Chat Bot is the worst I have ever experienced) They stated that their was a production issue that caused the delay and they would prioritize my order and ship it out EXPRESS as a courtesy. They also offered $20 coupon on my next purchase (No Thank You) I should have received it today but when I checked they sent it out on "STANDARD" shipping method, 7-10 days! I will NEVER purchase any glasses from them again!

Poor product and service

I wasn't going to complain about the first issue, which is that the glasses took 4 weeks longer then had originally been stated. Fine things happen. Now just over a month after receiving the glasses the lens is popping out. OK there is a year warranty right? What that means is they offer a store credit for another pair of glasses. They are not standing behind the product that is only a month old. Don't buy any product from this company.

It is nearly impossible to talk to a human.

I was charged for contacts that were not received due to an expired prescription. Was not notified of this.

Broken frames and lense

Dear Glasses USA Im not upset I lost my lense and my frame is broken all I lost my acct number I just wanted to know if my glasses were still under warranty, I personally enjoy talking to real person so if that could happen I really appreciate it. Leila Mattox

I did not receive my glasses. They were returned to the company from the post office. I would like them sent to my po box

I’m pissed off

I just typed a message,,now I have to do it again?! This is the type of useless incompetent inconvenient BS that Im sick of from this company. I have spent several hours trying to return the glasses you sent. I dont have a printer. The post office needs a QR code to scan. The image from my phone is too blurry to be used. I cant access my return request because your system wont let me select the glasses because a return request is already in your screwed up system. Im thinking of canceling my replacement order because you screwed up my prescription and now Im wasting time trying to return these glasses to you. A simple process that youve made unbelievably frustrating. I JUST NEED A QR CODE FOR THE POST OFFICE TO SCAN. Otherwise, you wont be receiving your glasses. Im not spending any more time trying to deal with this incompetent company.

Wrong lenses

Cant reach them on phonekeeps saying your call can not connect at this time (Verizon recording). I paid extra $$$ for ultra thin lenses but received coke bottle lenses.

Poor service/No service

I have been waiting over a month for a exchange. I can't get any info beyond the prompt of the phone which is not helpful at all. Website sucks as well. I should have read the reviews first.

They suck

Had to put script on hold to verify. Called to say script was right please process. Said they were sending to return dept. I said no I want it processed. Someone will email in 24/48 hours. Never happened. This went on for 3 weeks with the same comment that unfortunately they cant help me and it was sent with priority to return dept. finally lost it and told the guy what do you mean you just cant say we are sorry. We will place your order right now??? Horrible customer service. He hung up on me. Three emails of please confirm your script they still havent processed it!!! *** I dont need to see!!!

Ordered glasses never received them

Never recieved my glasses, never herd anything back about them. Miss eye appointment two times, still no glasses. Where are my glasses!!!

My order has not shipped. It has been almost a month and no one will answer my emails

This company sucks. Zero customer service. They will not ship your items. They will not answer emails. They have no live people to talk to. They just steal your money and dont ship your product.

Extremely slow shipping, unreachable and incompetent customer service

Extremely slow delivery, poor customer service. Its been more than two weeks since I ordered my glasses and theres still no ETA for delivery. They use this incompetent company called OSM worldwide for deliveries and that company is worse than glasses USA. My glasses have been stuck in Grand Prairie Texas which is half an hour from my place for over four days now. their customer service is unreachable by phone or email and their chat service representatives just repeat whatever is on their website like mindless robots. Never purchasing from them again.

I keep calling and not able to get a live person to handle any issues. My glasses have a tint to them that I did not order and do not like.

I bought glasses

I had used usaglasses the 1st paid I bought Sat, Dec 24 order 10401**** I provided the prescription no problem. Bought my second pair Jan 11,23, and I waited for them, I ordered another pair Jan 20,23. No problem. I received the ones I had ordered Jan 11, I was so mad the prescription was wrong on the main pair. The also put the script in the sunglasses. I put in a return for them. And there was a response from a Liz Waxler my order 10395**** on 2/9/23 asking for Frame name: Frame Color Frame Size. I called after I sent 3 response emails. And never got an answer. As I talk to a rep who was very helpful. But she lied, stating that they were working on the order. I get an email 2/15/223 from Alexander Wood stating that there was going to be a refund do to the ones I have chosen was higher than the original ones. Instead, we are providing you with 110% store credit for you to use towards glasses on our website. So I order a new paid of glasses with my script and just sunglasses the sunglasses were fine, however the glasses were once again wrong. This time there is no way to send to fix these. The amount of these glasses were 309.00 that have black tint on them. The script is not right. I asked when I go outside I want a tint to slowly appear to help with the sun, like the 1st pair were perfect. Plus I had to pay 54.69 extra.
