When you call there 100 customer service number. The automated person says that hours.
And even though there were supposed to be over on the hours that I called they.
They have no place in lines. Nothing, they just hang up on you.

They charged my account 49.99 when it was suppose To be free for the 1st month or a dollar for the 1st month. And then I called them the day they charged my account and they still took my money. After I tell them I didn't want their service anymore. They canceled my service.

Taking money off my card without permission
You are still taking money out of my bank account when I do not even have an account with you. All you could say is we cant find an account with you. No *** I dont have an account with you.

i signed up and paid the $1 fee and couldnt ever access the website so i called to cancel the subscription before i got charged the $49.99 charge. I was told I didnt have an account. Fine but now my cc statement is here and I was charged the fee so apparently I have an account. I called and said I wanted to cancel and the agent offered me all types of lower rates even though i kept saying I cant even access the website and I want a refund. Finally he said he would email me a document to fill out to request a refund but i have yet to receive that form. I need this cancelled asap.

I have to save money and a 50 dollar fee was charged to my account without my knowledge from GetRentToOwn.com.
