They have refused to respond since my follow up email. I have reported them to the BBB and they have not responded. I also contacted my local news.

They advertised a deal for a $45 gift card for Sam's Club with a new membership. I signed up for the membership, but when I went to the store, the clerk said they weren't running a promotion for gift cards with new memberships. I contacted miles the same day while the deal was still active, and they contacted my days later saying it was no longer active. I contacted them again and told them it was at the time. They offered useless points that can only be used on their app. I want what was advertised to me!
