My tank broke
I was at home in my bed sleeping I heard a loud sound then I heard my dog start barking so I got out of the room to see what was happening and I saw the tank broke with water all over the bathroom

The *** dual flush toilet valve socks. It just keeps running water. Every plumber says they can't find gerber parts. Drove to three plumbing wholesalers/distributors and they said they'd have to order it special. The number on the toilet is illegible and the guy confirmed its a gerber toilet but no idea what part. Called both Gerber phone numbers to speak directly with someone and it auto disconnected each time I made a selection. Absolutely ridiculous. *** Gerber.

Broken dual flush toilet
Dual flush toilet cistern is broken and needs to be replaced. It’s only from 2017 no one answered even though I called in the operation hours. I’m so annoyed.

Bolt issue
I need to know if the bolts are truly made out of brass, two of my neighbors have had their bolts sheared off in the tank and have ended up with a leak onto their first floor. One family had severe damage and the other family caught it in time. We all built at the same time so needless to say everyone is a little on edge about a leakage

After 50 years, no problem
i have a gerber k50 toilet dated june 18,1969. finally after 50 years, the seal from tank to bowl is leaking. since there are about 100 different kinds out there, i'd like to know which i should get. can i get a repair kit with the bolts/rubber washes and spud gasket?

Toilet flapper replacement
Purchase our home in June 2014. I have three Ferber toilets and all are leaking water after flushing... the flappers seems to have bent or disfigured and needs replacement as per a plumber. Reaching out for a replacement flappers

The part number I have for this single lever cartridge is 46-0712. Notice the part that holds the cartridge in place is cracked and is leaking. I need the actual nut holding that piece.

Need different handles for 43-431 lav faucet.
Installed an older (still in the box, I have had it for years) lav faucet 43-431. My client had arthritic hands and wants different handles. Her preference is porcelain but will settle for spade or handicap style. I haven't found them online. Can you help? Steve suchasme@***.com
