My armbar

I saw this arm bar on YouTube and the man said it came with a pocket clip when I got to ace hardware and they sold me this arm multitool and they promised me it had a pocket clip in the package will open it now this is dont have a pocket clip in it and the package says in pose write letters with the sticker on it or sticker says with pocket clip new with pocket clip upgrade your pocket so I bought it because I like the pocket clip and needed a new multi tool and I got the multi to put in your pocket clip on time to discuss now because I spent 50 something dollars on this tool and I feel it only got half of the army features on this post to get

Gerber airfoil pocket knife is unsafe

Hello; I have had to stop using my gerber airfoil pocket knife because the thumb studs protrude too far and catch the edge of the pocket and opens up when clipping it into the pocket. This has happened to me several times and also in either pocket I try right or left side. I have been carrying this style of knife of many different brands over many years without any trouble of this sort. I think the combination of indent and large studs is the cause. Please respond and or send this to whomever can. I have never owned a Gerber knife before and based on your response maybe never will. I feel strongly that the airfoil model is unsafe and considering making a product safety complaint to proper authorities. Please respond promptly

Another follow-up sent on 10-25-22. Still no response!

On August 35, I sent an email with photos, asking for information on one of their knives. The response was, approximately up to 4 weeks. I emailed a 2nd request on August 11, Still no answer and the voice mail had no direction to customer service. The sales phone number resulted in a rapid busy signal. A third request will be sent right away.

Broke one of the tools on my mulitool

I have a broken screwdriver on the center drive multitool. It poped off at the nut/rivet. Should hold up against basic use. This did not. Maybe change that design and we can replace our own nuts and bolt. Make it more repairable friendly. I'm a mester tech. I can fix my own tools if fixable. Not a big deal. But customer service is non-existent.. whatever ext you press.. that or those people are not available.. ive called about 8 times.

Never replied to me via email or to the voice mail I left- a company that doesn’t care bout it’s cuatomers onece they made a sale- HORRIBLE!

Bought a Gerber knife from Amazon lost a screw within a month. Any emails and got auto response wait 3-4 weeks! Thats a joke in itself. Four weeks later nothing!! Horrible service crap product. How do they stay in business! Buy Benchmark!!!
