Haven’t been able to resolve unemployment stopped payment
Every time I call Im on hold for at least a hour and a half and when I finally talk to someone they told me that I have to call another number or buy again Im on hold for at least an hour 50 minutes thats been a long as Ive been on hold but they keep sending me on the run around to no resolve they definitely need to fix their issues because people out here like me a taxpayer worked hard for my money and I cant even receive unemployment because Im not able to talk to the correct person Im in another state now so I cant go to the office which makes it more burdensome if you can help now I would greatly appreciate it thanks

I was awarded ui payments and received back pay. But on one Sunday while trying to certify for the weeks Payment and was locked out of the system I called and called I even contacted 1 800 Atlanta and spoke to someone there out of state everywhere I could. I e en reported for them that I was back working for the same company , making sure I wasn't committing any fraud by not reporting my work had began again picked up.

Can’t get a hold of customer service agent.

Georgia Department of Labor deposited $303 into my account by direct deposit on 04/25/2023 and that deposit still haven't been deposited into my account and my bank don't see it

I was approved for unemployment back in 2022 and even got the letter from the state stating the amount. I’ve done everything they asked me to. Jumping through hoop after hoop.
As a homeless vet serving a tour of duty and fighting for this country. Im extremely hurt and disappointed and BEYOND FRUSTRATED. The Ga dept of labor has done nothing to help me. Each person is eager to pass the buck and blame someone else. They havent done what they were hired to do. They are there for a govt pay check NOT TO SERVE THE ones who really need help

Hello I would like to report the outrageous wait time for GA unemployment. I applied for benefits in August of 2022 and it is now a new year and still nobody has contacted me concerning my appeal. As a tax payer I do not think this is fair. Please have someone contact me to get this process over. Thanks

I am inquiring on my ui claim that I put in for in 2021 I am owed 14 weeks of unemployment and I never received them all for thirty dollars plus the extra money they where giving at that time which was 600 dollars weekly.
