$100,000 piece of ***

Check engine light came on and put me in limp mode. I got no lights on my trailers. Hundred thousand dollar piece of crap.

Warrenty issue and the dealership Midway Chev wont return phone calls to discuss fixing the problem

had an engine rebuilt in our 5500 given a 3 year 100000 mi warranty left several call for the service adviser and even left a message for the service mgr without result. have call chev complaint dept the staff assured us we will be called back there again no results we spent over 70000 in service with this dealer because we got tired of sub standard service and other issues. Please help all we want is our warranty and for them to fix the problem Sincerely Patrick Grant Sap Industries

Because this is the 2 month and they haven’t resolved my complaint

To whom it may concern: Hows everything? I hope all is well. The purpose of this e-mail, is to hopefully, get some clarity, as to why my car isnt fixed. Ultimately, I have receipts dating from last year to current and my car still isnt fixed. My car was brought in due to the jerking, it would do, while driving. Each time the car was bought in, something else would be discovered by the technician. Based on what the technician found, we would honor is recommendation and fix the problem. Each time we would drive the car off the lot, the jerking would continue. We have receipts and printouts, of each time we bought the car, to the dealership, to correct the jerking, or whenever it needed work. At some point, we were told, the engine is the cause of the jerking and it needs to be replaced. All the work ( we have printouts/receipts), thats been administered to the car, by your technicians, still didnt stop the jerking. The jerking continued. At this time, we were told, $3,000 is the cost of the new engine. We were told, we have to pay out of our pocket for the engine. We were also told, this will fix the issue. We paid the $3,000 for the new engine. The dealership, called and told us, the car was finished. My son went to pick up his car at the dealership and before he drove off the lot, he asked the technician, if he could go inside the car and test drive the car with him. That way, itll insure the car was properly fixed. The technician agreed and we thank him for doing so, because he didnt have to do that. During the the test drive, the car continued jerking, as if, it never was fixed. The technician acknowledged the jerking still continues and now recommends, the transmission, as the new issue. Which brings us to the current. My car is still in the shop and it still has the same jerking to it. My car went from technician to technician, recommended work, to more recommended work, to $3,000 out of my pocket, for a brand engine. All this was recommended by your technicians and my car still doesnt work. I explained to David Lamb, my situation, seeking some kind of clarification, but he seemed to not care about my explanation. Instead he focused on the things, he thought I did wrong to the car, by driving it off the lot. He said, miles was driven, between the car visits, to the dealership and anything could have happened, with the car. He never acknowledged, the fact the car has been here multiple times, over a year span, for initially, the same issue. Thats ok, I respect his opinion. Where I felt disrespected, was when I asked, to be reimbursed for my $3,000, David suggested, I never mentioned the jerking, until now and the jerking was never brought up to the technicians. If you check the printout, I reported on 05/25/22 (of last year) the jerking of the car, in which the technician acknowledged and wrote it in the paperwork! That clearly debunks Davids statement, of jerking never being reported. However, currently, my car is still not done. Ive bought multiple cars, from this location and to be suggested, as if, Im lying about the condition of my car, when I have printouts and receipts, confirming everything I say. I dont think thats right and definitely not the way to treat a valuable customer. I say that, to say this, Im being told, my transmission is the issue now. To me, it seems like the Technician is recommending things on the car, to be fixed and really, the things being recommended to be fixed, by the technician, is not the issue at all. All I know, based of what he tested and recommended, Im out $3,000 and my car still isnt fixed. Not to mention the time and money I lost, dealing with trying to fix my car, through you guys. My car has been down for months and I only received 1 week for a rental car, courtesy of you guys, while my car was at the dealership for months. I need someone from the top, to see, this is how your business is being ran! Hopefully, someone can address this and we can move on. I just want my car to work again No customer, should ever experience this, level of treatment, unprofessionalism and inconsistent service.

Worst Chevrolet I have ever owned

We bought a Chevy Colorado 4x4 on September 4th 2021 from Jih Hall. It's a 2021 Colorado 4x4. The first thing that broke wash the lid on the center console. But even though it was under warranty they wanted usto pay for half of the cost. So we never had it replaced. Now it's back in the shop withthe engine check light coming off and on. Plus our keys are getting stuff in the ignition and not turning off the truck. This is the worst vehicle I have ever bought for General Motors. My father worked for them for over 36 years. I am also a veteran and they won't give me a discount unless I just got out. So when I need a new automobile I am going back to Kia, Toyota, or Ram Trucks. General Motors is giving me a bad taste.

Parts issue

I have a 2011 Corvette Grand Sport. It is sitting at Gamblin Motors in Enumclaw Washington. It has been there since May 22, 2023 due to lack of parts (i.e.; body control module). This is not acceptable by any standard. Please advise when GM will make this customer a priority.

Missing parts from an order from JMC accessories

After March of countless calls to ratified the mistake from GMC accessory department they eat text me that theyre going to refund my money so that I want entitled to the front door sales if you go to their website order a part number 849-3**** states front door steel plate with Canyon Scripps 125 they said I wasnt entitled to the front door steel plates so they refunded my money all they had to do was look on the website their own website and pull up the part number and it shows $125 for door sales and Scripps for 2023

Faulty Sun Gear in the Transmission and GM has no fix and has no loaner

I have a 2023 Cadillac XT6 with a recall and no fix from GM. They say just wait because we are working on getting a resolution. So bottom line is you have a very nice car and all you can do is let it sit in the garage and look at it or maybe just pretend to drive it. If you drive it you could be in an accident or maybe be killed. It seems like a company as big as GM, they would give me a car that I can drive while they figure out what to do. I love the car but only wish I could drive it without worry.

2012 Volt Recycle

COOLANT leak in main battery resulted in battery failure. Want to recycle Volt You want $28,000 for a replacement battery module in a car that would resale for between $4,000 - 13000 Want to recycle car but do not know how! Please inform me as to how this can be done Mike Draughn

My chevy is at the dealership and its a 2022 **** cost me over 100,000 i live my truck but it has 17,000 miles and still under warrenty and the dealership will not warrenty the parts said my truck of idle time has 2 many hours that equal to 36,000 miles but the part is for my exhaust and thats emission and the warrenty is 50,000 miles so where in my contract when i bought this expensive truck does it say its goes off idle hours and not milage?

No parts for my Chevy trax

HIT A DEER IN NOVEMBER . GM CAN NOT GET A SEATBELT TENIONER FOR MY 2017 Chevy trax . Called put in a complaint early February. Been calling weekly . Gm making alot of promise but not come thru . They don't have no idea about where my parts are . It's April 17th and still no answers from anybody . Did BBB also . Attorney General is next .

Dear GMC, I had the pleasure to have a GMC YUKON 2023 lately which I feel that I have made the wrong decision, i had it 0 mileage from GMC showroom and after driving it i started notice the problems started to occur. - I have the 2 bumpers are totally different colors that the original body paint which is disasters. - FORWARD COLLISON ALERT AND AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING ( Not working ) in all aspects of when its enabled or not ( tried all aspects) - LANE CHANGE ALERT WITH SIDE BLIND ZONE ALERT - Auto Stop ( Not working ) in all aspects of when its enabled or not ( tried all aspects) - LANE KEEP ASSIST WITH LANE DEPARTURE WARNING - FOLLOWING DISTANCE INDICATOR - FRONT PEDESTRIAN BRAKING Most of the options are not functioning properly i returned it back to the service center, they said that they fixed it however after taking it, its still doing back the same problems , but now they no longer respond on my phone calls and claims. i feel very sorry for this irrational decision for buying GMC Yukon and i feel that its was best for me to buy a Chinese car with all do my respect to Chinese brand, we are confident of buying GMC as an American brand but for bad luck i don't see the value.
