He's horrible
please do not fall for his great mouth service that he provides at initial consulation. your case will be handled with one of his minions who are absolute horrible and have no concept of customer service and follow up!!! if you want your case and your questions to be answered every few months, then find someone else more reliable!!! he absolutely sucks!!! dont waste your hard earned money!!! please!!!

About 8 years ago I had same story as every disappointed client
I have nothing to gain from this but premise is same as every person who came to him. My work was done over 8 yrs ago but my story is same as others: He scares you especially if he senses you are vulnerable He takes your money up front, almost thinks up a number he makes up on the spot after phishing to see if you have a good job or are willing to produce a large sum; so you are stuck with their firm which is made up of gehi, maybe 2 junior associates, and 4 to 6 underage girls working at his office. After the very first conversation, you will never get to speak to him His associates although nice on the outside are incompetent, they have zero customer service skills, don't know how to follow up, even after you ask them to numerous times, they are following some dead end instructions from gehi which ends up you having to do everything you paid them for up front. I believe every complaint about him because its the same exact complaint every dissatisfied client had,every person said the same exact thing: gehi is rude, greedy, pounces on vulnerable folks, greedy, did I say greedy? I am indian and completely embarrassed to know this punk is doing the same for so many years still. I get it that some of his clients gave him positive reviews but I wonder if they would have if they knew the devil in the sheep's clothing or if the positive reviews are even real?

Poor customer service
When u call no one answers. If they do answer they abrupt. Also when I go to the office I can never get to see Mr.Gehi. Also they keep turning over my case to someone new because no one stays long there to work.

Unprofessional, Greedy and Rude
Drawn by his play of words on Immigration channel, his expert know how (yes he does have knowledge), I hired this guy. Yes he knows his job, but he is very greedy for your money. He is rude, arrogant and dismissive of your concerns and questions and unprofessional (he loves to "chat" with women, passing weird comments). I had little choice or so I thought because he already had my money, I was desperate to resolve my immigration situation. I had paid him for my case plus also for filing of citizenship. Then months later, I had forgotten I had paid him for citizenship and I applied for my own citizenship. Realizing this, I went to him requesting HIS Fees of citizenship (not citizenship application fee), he rudely refused. I was shocked and hurt. Also please note that throughout the whole procedure, it was I who made sure all my paperwork was uptodate and organized, each document as required by immigration and gave to his staff. All they did was type in the info electronically and send it! Sometimes we know how, we are just scared to do it ourselves because you are dealing with immigration! This guy was very rude every time. He hardly listens to your questions and concerns and if you do ask something he brushes it off. But he is nosy about your personal life! If I've to do it all over again, I will not choose this guy. I felt stuck. Also I had to put up with his insecure and nasty wife (at that time she too was at times working in his office occasionally) and she would give me *** because during my procedure I had to relocate and she was rude about it because she had to resend paperwork!!!!! As if my own immigration issue wasn't stressful enough, she gave me added stress. Please stay away from him. I'm sure there are better, more humble, sensitive, knowledgeable and professional lawyers out there. Initially, he will be very polite and sweet but once he has your money, it's different story.

Free initial consulation
I meet with the Gehi and Associates for a free initial Consultation. It went well without a monetary charge because I did the following: 1. Prelimanary reasearch of the issue on the internet. ( Did Northen Ireland regonizes USA irrevocable trust?) I could not find any info regarding this info except it was under common law. 2. I prepared a concise list of questions for the consultation . Mr Gehi step into the office and explained the same info as a other lawyer. I will need to have a trust created also in Northern. A pervious lawyer said the same thing. He suggested I use my fiance's Ireland lawyer and do the process online to avoid travelling to Northen Ireland. I can't comment on any long term performance because I did not need to retain Mr. Gehi for long term services.

Unprofessional and Liar
I saw Gehi about 8 years ago he lured me in a very polite way into believing that he can process my case and it's an easy process and hurried me to pay advance fee like if that's the only thing in between me and solving my issues. However, after paying him his attitude changed 360 degrees. He became rude, loud and even ridiculing me on my arguments. I saw similar reviews for this attorney and would like to substantiate what happened to me so people don't get trapped into his marketing and advertisements. This is full of crap

HE TRIES TO BLACK MAIL & HARASS CLIENTS AND EXTORTS FEES THAT ARE NOT DUE
I WENT TO HIM FOR HIS INITIAL NO CHARGE CONSULTATIONS WHEREIN HE TRAPPED ME FOR PAYING ADVANCE MONEY AND ASSURED IT'S REFUND IN MAXIMUM 3WEEKS TIME. IT'S NOW BEEN OVER 6WEEKS AND THE AMOUNT IS STILL TO BE RETURNED. IT'S REALLY A TORTURE MAKING REPEATED CALLS FOR THE REFUND WITH STANDARD REPLY OF "PLEASE GIVE US ONE MORE DAY, WE ARE WORKING ON IT". HE IS VERY NOISY IN HIS COMMUNICATIONS AND STARTS GIVING YOU A BIG GENERAL LECTURE ON THE SUBJECT OF YOUR CASE AND SHUTS YOU DOWN EVERY TIME YOU START EXPLAING THE INDIVIDUALITY OF YOUR CASE. IN HIS EVERY OTHER SENTENCE HE USES THE SENTENCE "YOU SHUT DOWN AND LISTEN TO ME", HE LOOKS VERY UNCULTURED IN TALKING WITH HIS CLIENTS. MAKES YOU FEEL MISERABLE AND TRAPS YOU FOR HURRYING YOU UP FOR PAYING HIM SOME ADVANCE MONEY, RIGHT THERE AND THEN. RAKESH ANAND

Avoid at all cost
This Lawyer and the entire firm is nasty. Just pay them money and be ready to hear lies, face carelessness, take insults and horrible things you can possibly imagine. If don't know anything then her can easily make you fool but if you know something then it will be a life changing experience for you. You will NEVER EVER go to a lawyer after dealing with him. I SWEAR, I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ON THE INTERNET ABOUT HIM AND HIS FIRM ARE EITHER POSTED BY HIM OR BY THE EMPLOYEES AT HIS FIRM OR SOMEONE WHO HE PAID TO DO SO. I saw the good reviews about this guy and fell for it. What started out as something great turned into a nightmare. If for some reason things don't go right when you file your case, good luck getting your money back. Your best chance at retrieving the money back is walking in their with a gun. Then they'll say you're the bad guy and you should be in prison for the rest of your life. No one ever sees both sides of the story. This guy is a heartless *** who scams people and then uses his position as a lawyer to get away with it. This *** needs to stop once and for all, people like Gehi shouldn't exist.

Disgusting! The behavior of the Manager Angie is deplorable!! This law dirm charges more than double for their service and is veey slow to process documents. If you complain you're rold that you are harassing and transfeed to Agie who yells at you and then hangs up the phone aa if she is the Attorney in charge. Don't go here, save yourself time and money. I wil report them and this law practice.

The worst
The worst lawyer ever, so rude and thinks he's some sort of celebrity. He doesn't have time to listen to people, and always interupts, what a wise guy. No one should go to him, save your money and time. Save your money and go to a better lawyer. Stay away from this arrogant ***. Instead of listening to you, he starts yelling out of nowhere, acting like he knows everything. Very bad experiences going to him, and I've heard similar people with the same experiences as myself with this foul lawyer. How did he even become one? So rude, and disrespectful no manners whatsoever.

The best law firm I have ever wored with - Gehi & Associates
I was reading a terrible review by someone about Naresh Gehi's law firm. I am shocked to read the kind of rubbish is being spread. I came to Naresh Gehi with my I-140 in a precarious state which another leading NY law firm said won't be approved. Gehi worked for me and he got the I-140 approved which stunned everyone including my employers and the other law firm. I have referred all my cases and my known people's cases to him and every one was successful. He has more knowledge than any other lawyer whom I know. His office has decent, professional and qualified people working, and not minors, and they do a very good job with the cases since almost all the cases get approved - at least in my case. He is the best law firm to hire for any of your legal needs.

Exceptional service from Law Firm of Naresh Gehi
Hi, I have engaged Naresh Gehi and his law firm on several occasions - especially when I was applying for Green Card for my parents and also when I applied for US citizenship for my mother. On both these occasions - Naresh went out of his way to help us not only in the various filing procedures related to the applications here in the US, but also very important advice on how to arrange for documentation in India. Both he and his staff were very nice and helpful and responded very quickly to my questions - whether over email or the phone. Naresh was instrumental in my parents getting their green card and citizenship.

AVOID THIS SCAM ARTIST
Went to this lawyer Naresh Ghei for him to do my citizenship application. At the day of the consultation he was so in a rush,don't have the time to answer my questions. I decide to take use this company anyways, WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I MADE. His Company took more than a month to send out my application. I had to constantly call and beg his staff to do the job I paid them to do, but when it comes to the Money part Naresh Gehi calls price like money grows on a tree. At Least he should have experience people that is working for him, instead he have some young girls that dresses like they are working a bar or night club. This company sucks, I wonder how many people got scamed by them.
