I have emails showing I am owed 3 devices, yet my emails go ignored, they sent me one that cost half the price of mine and she Blair refuses to contact me and now I have another defective device and she is doing nothing. I have 7 Obelisk that have torn up and I have only had 1 replaced with a much cheaper device. In my experience I wouldnt recommend the company to anyone.

Cannot get in touch with live rep, waiting more than two weeks for replacement vape
Ordered a vape, defective lock for batteries. Still waiting going on almost a month for a new one. Hard to get an answer. No live representatives at all. Horrible quality compared to what they used to be. Safety lock also slides down by itself. Not at all what they used to be.

I can't even give your company a rate. First off I got no help. Couldn't call, I emailed and no reply, the went on that customer chat and that really no help. I am so upset the vice is new.

My new geek vape wont work and ive tried to contact you guys to no avail. Please give me a reply. Im not happy. Why do you present 2 phone numbers that doesn't work. You service is terrible. I would not recommend this device or any geek product. I am livid.

Problems with customer service and hacking into m
I have many Geek Vape products, I from box mods to RDAs, and I made the mistake of buying the Geek Vape Agus Boost (not once but 3 times);yetmy worst mistake was the one Geek Vape Aegis! I hand bought 4 of the these monstrosities (2 were 115$ @ my local vape shop, I which closed 2 months after my last purchase) and have done everything from using fine sandpaper on the battery connections to make better conduction after they turned black, cleaning the top terminals with you q-tips to get the black off them which was interrupting the current. Furthermore, I am so upset because not only have I lost money, and I'm on a fixed income since I'm retired; but I am out of 6 mods and only have two Left. An old Kangertech Dropbox 2 I and a Target. I tried to call the company but gr21ot the run around, and it's sad because I initially loved the boost and the Aegis but to have FOUR Aegis go out and then two boosts is a great deal for me: *** it would for most people in this economy. I doubt this complaint will get me anywhere, but I can hope someone is listening. I remember when Geek Vape started as a company and I still have every atomizer they ever made up until 2 years ago when I was spoken to so rudely by a person at their company. Not only that, but I believe without customers like me who once believed in your products, your brand will suffer greatly and you won't be a company of much value in the future if you keep this up. I never expected my money back; I just wanted my product replaced (1 boost kit, and 2 Aegis kits seemed fair). I can even send back the products I have because I saved all the boxes. I hope someone responds to this.

My Vape isn't working
After a month or so my vape unit stopped working I have gone online with their site I provided all videos that they asked and it's been weeks I even talked to the warranty department they said they would get back to me and never did I spent about $80 on the unit it has not been misused or dropped it is in perfect condition but doesn't work anymore I have the receipt the box etc and I feel ripped off because no one will deal with the issue these people need to be held accountable and respect their own policies and warranty

B60 - Horrible customer service
Customer chat is a joke. Got disconnected multiple times after sending receipts and videos of everything you requested. Then get kicked off chat and I resend and your company is telling me it's a duplicate and fraud?? Really?? That is not good customer service. I was simply looking for a replacement of your defective item.

My Vape won't turn up more than eight degrees or down 8
Nothing I opened up the box and it wouldn't work right, it is supposed to turn all the way down to 5 and turn all the way up to 60.0 it only turns to 50.0 and only turns up to 58.0 therefore not working correctly at all so I would like my device either replace or refunded

i bought the geek vape and i payed over 120$ for it i use it for 3 dayes only and the charge socket is broke down i sed it to the warranty the wanna replace it for cheaper one after i payed 25$ shipping thy stealing my money i need T200 the same value my damaged device

Not working
It is not turning on and when it is on says power is on but the fire is not on and it says it's not on when it's not. Smoking and it went smoking everywhere and I am trying to get a new one. Please thank you.

Geek vape aegis, 100 W 6ML I would just like a new one. It was black
I bought the geek vape age is 100 W 6ML it does not work the button will not make it turn on. Its glitchy it turns off all the time the top piece keeps breaking off in the front where the *** is the just the air and I bought. I only had it for like five months and I already bought four tops for it already because I keep breaking in the whole top piece is good. Its just a slit where it goes in and it locks down that needs to be thicker, Im just really disappointed in this but therefore I love your products and I only use geek vape but itll be nice if you just send me a new one I bought a lot of your products my name is Donald Burns I live in Dubuque, IA 52001 my address is 13 97 1/2 Washington Street apartment C Id really appreciate a new one because it sucks buying something so nice and then it not working as you see I have black tape wrapped around it to keep the top piece down because I bought too many top pieces in there all need to be upgraded to be a little stronger

After several and then some attempts to warranty out my mod i still don’t have it
I tried to submit my warranty claim in December, when I had not relieved it 30 days later I called again to be told it had not shipped yet. I informed them of my new address at that time. Yet geekvape sent my replacement to my old address anyway. Which I didnt get. I moved 2 hours away. I called back and was told Id have to wait out another 30 day period. I did and contacted them again only to hear that it had not shipped again. Its been almost 4 months since I submitted a claim. And still no answers. Im feeling like the warranty is bogus!
