Request refund or at least partial refund

Called for desktop maintenance and laptop to be cleaned and loaded with desktop info. Told tech Desktop was slow and thought hard drive was dying but he said no it was viruses which he removed. Laptop was cleaned and some info transferred. After leaving, desktop was worse and hard drive died, Would not return calls. He transferred some files from desktop to laptop but not everything, Ive had to hire another tech to confirm what he did/ didnt do and finish work on laptop.

Never showed up for appointment

They wanted to take my money ahead of time, but thank God I didn't because they never showed up for the appointment. When I called to find out what was happening, customer service wouldn't even pick up and then they began doxing me.

Untruthfl and Incompetent

I had a 4 TB ssd that was only formatted to 2 TB. I wanted to recover the unallocated space. I tried everything but couldn't recover it so I used GOS. Big mistake. The technician that showed up was obviously teaching himself HOW to recover unallocatted space WHILE he was doing it. He spent about 2.75 hours and after that it STILL was not corrected. I voiced a complaint to GOS about the service. The rep from GOS said that they were going to credit my account 1 hour since they did not fix the problem. I received a call back today and they said that they WOULD NOT credit my account because the technician spent approx. 3 hours on the work, which BTW was NEVER completed or CORRECTED. AVOID GOS but if you do use them take it for granted that everything they is probably a lie

I've been scammed

I had a problem with my computer so I looked in the San Francisco Yellow Pages under "Computer Repair" and found Geeks on Site. I called the number, 415-275-****, and the guy told me to go to my computer and follow his instructions which I did. Next thing I know is my computer is locked and I am required to pay $299. to get it unlocked. I failed to notice their display ad did not have an address so they may be pulling this scam nationwide.

I signed up for your service and was charged 3 times.

Why have I not received any confirmation, detailing what these three charges are? And what the services are that I purchased. The only thing I received is a welcome email what does not say anything. I was told by Walter that I would receive this information when I signed up on 5-28-19
