Can not get hold of any one fix brand new fridge

Fridge will not cool ruined 1000 dollars in meet. And tried on line schedule and register fridge say out of wasnt it is three days old

You figure a big company like this would have people answering the phone who live in the age of technology and you can’t have a 24 hour answering service

All I need is a quick answer to try to fix my damn dishwasher. I bought the control power board. I bought the control board and installed them and are still the control board does not light up now theres a possibility that the control board being brand new, not a re-done a brand new one does not light up I do have a green light at the power board and my question was, does the dishwasher have to be I have it laying down? Does it have to be leaning up and doesnt have to have water plugged up to it because I dont I didnt wanna install it and then I have to remove it again. I will call back tomorrow. Maybe Ill have somebody there.

AC stop working

AC stop working after 1 year I called a tech and was told they do not work on my unit because he cant get the parts I am still paying for a unit that cannot be repaired he serial is VR009468A. Model is A11Y1ZW1 I need some assistance with this delicate matter I have been without air for 30 days

Washer performance

I purchased a home and a GE washer and dryer were included. The appliances work, but poorly. The washer often stops before finished because of not very heavy loads. The worst thing is how tangled the sheets come out after a regular wash. I cant remember this ever happening to me before. The spin cycle is way too fast and long, causing terrible wrinkles in all my clothes. If there is a solution, I would like to hear it.

ELECTRICAL FIRE IN WALL OVEN

Preheating oven to 225degF, saw bright flash inside oven. Smoke afterwards, upon opening oven door, saw 1/2 in diameter hole on base of oven. Turned oven circuit breaker off. Suspect manufacturing defect.

Shoddy customer service

My wife recently purchased a GE washer/dryer set. After delivery we discovered some issues with the washer and my wife contacted Appliance Service to address issue. After 1 week of phone calls they told her to find her own repair person, pay for that out of pocket and they would refund her money. Is this really what you call Service? We will never buy another GE product of any kind, NEVER!! And I will share this nightmare with everyone I know. What a lousy way to run your business.

Two Months and counting Without a Range

I have a GE Profile Induction Range, PHS930YP5FS, Serial #: HT047705Q delivered 6/22/22 after a 6 month wait. In early May the display and oven stopped working, but the burners operated. A repair man came May 11th and said at least one new board was needed, possibly two. They had to be ordered. On May 24th he returned. After installing the two boards, the display worked and he left. That night Neither the Cooktop NOR the Oven worked. I was now reduced to a Microwave, small toaster oven and an Instant pot. He reurned the following day to check wiring, but that was okay so he ordered two more new boards. They had to be back-ordered. He once again returned on June 29th and installed the two new boards. The range still did not work. He called your technical support but "everyone was at a meeting". There was none. He decided to order a wiring harness. It came in last week, but the company would not give an appointment until yesterday, July 19th. Things still did not function and he called your engineers. They trouble shooted a bad thermostat, which has to be ordered before anything else can be diagnosed. How long must I live without a range? At this point I want a new stove, am telling everyone and writing reviews to warn what a lousy product and poor repair service you have. I just at least have some payment for all the problems I've had cooking and meals eaten out in the last two months.

Brand new machine does not work

All of my major appliances are GE. I bought a brand new GE clothes dryer about a month ago. It does not work. They were finally able to schedule me for a technician for today. No one called the day before to give us a window. I tried calling them this morning and was told that, the visit was canceled by the technician. He claims that no one was home and left a tag on my door. That is all BS! I have dogs and a car parked in the driveway and one in front of the house. There is no tag on my door either! How could he say no one was home? I believe he didnt even come here. All I want to do is return this piece of crap and get some thing else that works. I dont need to spend over $1000 for a piece of junk. And then they dont even try to help you. Buyer beware GE is not what it once was!

I bought all GE appliances when I moved into my new home. The refrigerator had major issues within two years. Now my GE dishwasher Model # GDT 6955MJ2ES has no power and I have made many attempts to resolve. It is NOT a power problem but seems a "bad motherboard" from extensive internet research. This has been distressing as I have had a lot of company and cooking recently. GE seems to be throw away appliances and I am not willing to pay for either parts or service this time. When my refrigerator went down, I paid for service and GE paid for parts. Well not happening this time. I am very angry about these unreliable appliances.

$900 dishwasher that does not work

I paid right at $900 before taxes and delivery and yada yada yada for a GE dishwasher on September the 26th 2022. My first problem I had was in November the door would not close I called them up two weeks later I finally got someone out there to fix it in May it quit working I have been trying to get someone to fix it every since it is now as of today July the 14th 2023 and they are telling me it is not under warranty it's going to cost over $100 just for a service call from GE and so far they've missed two appointments to come out to fix it well less than a year all together well over $1,000 for a dishwasher and I've been washing dishes by hand for 6 weeks now. Buyer beware run run run from GE !!

Unable to get installation linstructions on GE Microwave Grille

I have GE Microwave Oven PNM187ISMISS. User Manual advise that the charcoal filter must be changed every six months. In order to change the filter the grille must be uninstalled and reinstalled. The instructions for removing the Grille to not pertain to my Grille. I attempted to remove the Grille but damaged it. Purchased another Grille (WBOX11385) but was unable to install it. I called the GE help and was informed that there were no written instructions for removing or replacing the grille and was told the best alternative was to have a service call. The second suggestion was to check you tube. I had no luck you tube. So GE is selling an oven and grille assembly that needs to be removed and reinstalled every six months but can only be reinstalled through a service call.

Fridge continues to freeze vegis fruits etc

After numerous attempts and service calls and parts replacement our Fridge a GE Cafe about once a month continues to freeze all vegis, fruits etc. i would like a replacement fridge as this is supposed to be the top of line fridge for GE we have been fighting this since we purchased it. My advantium microwave just quit working in late February or early March. It was 3/20/23 before a repairman from Greenville Appliances in Greenville, NC came to check it out. They called back to say it would be early May before they got the part WB27X32847 main board in for the repair. I thought this was a very long time to be without an appliance I use constantly but wed try to adapt. When we called to check on this part we were told it would be July before it was available. Im TIRED of adapting!!! This microwave costs way more than a regular microwave. Its going to be SIX MONTHS even if a part is really here in July. You should put a new one in if its going to take that long to get a part. This service from GE is unacceptable.

Backordered for forever

I ordered a stove through Home Depot in January and had an initial delivery date of February for it. GE called me a week before the delivery to let me know the item is on back order so the new delivery date would be March. Then we got a call in March that it would be April, then May, then June. Now I just got another call that its July. GE always says I have to talk to Home Depot about it if I have any issues with my order yet its GE that cant tell me if theyre ever getting this stove in or not. They are extremely rude on the phone and dont care that its been 7 months and theres still no sign of a sure date. They just keep giving new dates and refuse to take any type of responsibility. Its not Home Depots job to provide the item, its GE that cant get their crap together and provide it to Home Depot. Super rude staff and Ill NEVER purchase another GE product in my life.

My stove has never worked properly

My ceramic cooktop, if you turn it to low continues to boil on low. It has caused me so much grief. My stove is not even a year old yet. They have sent out repairman nobody seems to be able to understand the problem for me.
