Pay on my surcharge
After almost 2yrs of paying $150 a month it went up to $183.00. I think this is very unfair...I've tried to contact several people with no answer. Then I'm told to contact you here and I received this. I would like a legitimate answer to my question please.

Scam snail mail saying I owe $$ to QVC then QVC says I owe nothing
I received a scary letter from GC Services who appear to be debt collectors, If I sent them the balance they CLAIM I owe to QVC, they would have just kept the money as I called QVC and they said I owe nothing and my account is in good standing. Somebody better shut down this fraudulent company. Dirty business.

I had an interview yesterday but wasnt able to get on zoom it kept telling me my passcode was wrong so I ended up calling ms Tara and letting her know what happened she said she was going to let the company know so they could reschedule my interview .

Did not get paid. GC payroll stating i have 2 bank accounts and the paycheck went to previous account. I have only ever had one account with my bank and they have no pending deposits showing

I recieved 2 letters that said that they took my state taxes in the amount of $900.00. The cases were closed and paid for in 2003 2014, 2015. They wouldn't have closed them if there was still money owed.

I have a collection past due that keeps me from getting my license back
I do not have ticket number. It was directed to Chatsworth courthouse, whose automated system says it has gone to collection, contact GC Services. Their system says it is no longer in their system, call back the courthouse. I finally reached an operator who said, nobody there can reach my info. Call someone else.

Good place to work
Often time a person things that GC is calling them to bill them, when it is a fraud that is placing the call or GC calls because someone has stolen that person identity and made an account in their name. This can be resolved, but the person has to talk to us first. If they dont answer the call, GC can only assume that they owe the debt. I love working at GC to catch people who are hurting and using others for their own gain.

They lose documentation, incompetence
I am looking for an attorney to help me fight this collection company that keeps losing my documentation for application to repay based on income. they have lost from FED EX, uploaded documents do not go through because "we are experiencing a glitch" BUT they continue to push garnishment of my wages even though I have complied with everything they requested,..other than drive the 1400 miles to new Hampshire and hand carry the stubs I don't know what else I can do. the fact that they voluntarily stopped taking the agreed upon payment from my account 18 months ago is beyond understanding. What is happening is this collection company has added on collection fees, interest, penalties and is attempting to do a 25% garnishment VS payment plan based on living expenses and wages not to mention my exhaustive medical expenses from child with cancer. HOW can they do this to me??? I paid for 15 years without missing a payment and they stopped withdrawing, I did not change banks, did not change accounts. I believe it is all planned to raise my payment and penalize me with MORE interest and collection costs. have had several financial gurus try and figure out what is going on and everyone comes out more confused. ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated, the company I am dealing with is : Credit Adjustments out of Manchester NH how does their incompetence become MY penalty?? I have recorded their incompetence stating "we have a glitch in our system and the uploads are not coming through, may be on a delay". this is a delay tactic they are using to garnish not work with me. ANY attorneys out there??

Student loan amount of interest paid for this year
I made the exact same monthly payments in 2018 that i did for2017 but the interest paid for 2017 was$1193.13 for 2018 they are telling me i only paid $346.68 why if I paid the same amount for both years is there so much. Of a huge difference something is very wrong here it just don't add up right please help me to clarify i have receipts for payments made

Company calls for a third paty debt collector for someone else, they wont stop calling they dont leave messages (bill collectors aboiding lawsiit) instead they constantly call hoping i will give a message to someome they clsim they are trying to reach. Harrassment, even if i knew the person i would not say oh gc services is looking for you, bevause im not in the jabit of supporting shady bussiness practices.

DL Issues
My license has been suspended for an unpaid parking ticket in 2017 I believe. GC services has said that I can pay $419.00 and they will lift the hold off of my license within 5 days and I have to continue making payments until my ticket is paid in full. I guess I want to understand the validity of this. Will they release the hold once I make the initial payment? Has anyone else dealt with GC services on a D.L reinstatement?
