I have used gas buddy twice and both times Ive used the service Ive had to question the discount that I received yesterday I was supposed to get gas for $3.54 a gallon and ended up paying $3.67 a gallon I drove across town to find a gas station to get the discount and once the receipt came back oh my gas buddy card it didnt give me the discount that it showed. Ive only had the service for two purchases. This is my second one and I am canceling the card Im not calling customer service its not worth the hassle. This is a dishonest company and I do not Recommend this company to anybody else. Thats actually looking for a good company with actual integrity.

Can’t get help when needed
Cant get help when needed , have been trying to get to some one for over an hour. Chatting is a waste of time. Thanks for the for the promised help NEVER redivided.

Card expired
I have requested a replacement card at least 10 times. I still haven't received it. Customer support is terrible! I like using the app and loved it while I could, but now it's useless.

Cancel my membership
Tried to cancel but the app would not let me so I deleted my account and cut up my card. So cancel it please. They billed be again for my membership

Gas Buddy card
I have 2 gas buddy cards. I don't know which card is associated with my current email on file. The other was on my old email address. So I have not been getting the deal alerts on my receipts. And it shows expired when I check the station on recent purchases. Not sure which card to use. Thanks, David

I love Gas Buddy and want to stay..thanks! It's such an easy way to find gas and especially at a good price!! :) So I could highly recommend Gas Buddy!

Gas card
I am on my second card and it still does not work. I have inserted every which way and all it tells me is to remove card and card cannot be read. And when you try to contact gas buddy, you cannot talk to a live agent and they put a robot on that is not worth of *** to answer your questions. Support Sucks

My card doesn't work
You've failed miserably to help me get my card working. My app is up to date but has no option said in your auto service reply. This is unacceptable customer service. All I want is a new card or mine working. You blame me and my bank yet sit on your hands.

Activate card
Hello, I keep getting messages & it says in my app to activate card but i never received a card and i did this like i think 2 or 3 yrs ago. Please issue me a card as you took out the .01 cents twice so i can activate it. You took it out just this past week. Please let me know when a card will be sent out. Thankss, Renee Richardson
