Don't buy with out reading the term
I just tried canceling due to terms and conditions of health problems and customer serves said it's all natural and won't hurt you but in terms and conditions in health it said don't take if you have high blood pressure liver or kidney problems ect: I told them to cancel I had just ordered it but didn't see terms till after I hit button. They said they already had it in shipping and it was to late that I couldn't cancel it till the 21st of march after my trial. I'm mailing them back no matter what !!!not opened plus canceling . I knew better and fell in the advertisement trap . The last time I lucked out why didn't I learn from that. I'm freaking out cause I know they are going to hit me for two orders of 95 bucks each. I'm feeling so sick my blood pressure is up just thinking about it Don't fall into this trap don't buy this stuff . You may have to talk to a lawyer or cancel your accounts.

Do not be a victim
The seller send email as if it is from Amazon. I filled the online order form & put all my card info. & address. immediately I learnt that was not from Amazon. I called the customer service and asked if it is from Amazon. The lady said it is not from Amazon, but the company works together. She talk a lot and said that I need to pay only the shipment fee and no more extra charges. After a couple of weeks, they took about $90.00. I called and asked for a return, but denied. Tried through my bank, but not succeeded. They are using multiple email domain, the physical address is address of a house / home..... If they dare to cheat your money, how come you trust the pill they offered you? They are not responsible, no credibility, just taking advantages using the loophole of the online transaction / purchase. TAKE CARE! Folks

I purchased the trial product and three months later was charged 79.95 after I cancelled.I started the product and it didn't work.by the time they charged me is when I saw it was to late for a refund.so I lost 79.95 plus shipping for a product that never worked can you imagine how many people they do this to.

This is a complete scam.
I ordered the free trial bottle and paid the $4.95 for it. Very quickly my account was charged for $89.27. I contacted the seller and was advised that I would be credited for the charge. they did cancel my subscription, but still charged me for the second month supply which I never received. they also promised to credit my charge card for the $89.27. the charge was never refunded back to my account and after 4 months of struggling with this I finally pay the charge this month. None of the product has been used and I would still like my refund

Ordered free trial,paid shipping,2 weeks later got hit with a $95 fee then an $89 fee!So much for a free trial,I️ complained,what a racket,can’t believe Dr Oz and Oprah endorsed this produce deception

Read terms and conditions before ordering please
I am glad im one of those people who always read terms and conditions before ordering. Says my trial starts the day i order. Waited for the product to come home and when it arrived i started using. Right on my 13th day of ordering i called 187*-373-**** and canceled but i asked to be transfered to a custumer service rep to make shure both were cancelled. Only garcinia was cancelled but then they cancelled african mango. They wanted to offer me a discount but i said no i want to cancel. To keep the remaining product they said my final charge was going to be 5.95 for garcinia and 4.95 for african mango. Ill keep track on my card that only that gets charged. This is my experience

Scam and not even FDA APPROVED according to the bottle they sent me!
It is bull and a scam, it never said anything but receive a 14 day trial and just pay shipping. What it doesn't say is at 14 days they charge you $90 and I only had $5 in my bank account and now am at -119 in my bank due to this bull *** and I haven't even gotten to try the product yet as I am 9 months pregnant and planned on trying it after I have the baby then if I liked it purchasing the product! So I called customer service where the transaction was still pending and was assured it was cancelled and not to worry ONLY AFTER OFFERING ME 50% off to keep it, a few hours later I check and it's still a pending charge so I call two more times and they refuse to let you speak with a supervisor, tell you that one is not available and hang up on you after stating it's cancelled so no further FUTURE charges will be made, and that not only am I still being charged $90 for the product but I will not even receive the product they are now charging me the $90 JUST TO CANCEL the trial!!!! Guarantee every single time you call and ask to speak to a supervisor they all give you the same exact script then immediately disconnect the line on you. I work as a Logistics Service Representative and what they are full of *** when they say there is nothing they can do and that they do not have a supervisor! Unless of course it's just a fraud and rip off which clearly it is or it would be a lot more professional, and every time they answer they will give you a I'm locked out of my computer I need to reset my password.

I received my order tried it for a couple of days made my stomachache hurt. C alled to cancelled before they start charging me. Bit have to return product and pay a 9.95 stock fee. I think thats dumb. My question is will i still get charged even if i return product.

I inquired online but decided against it,Something felt a bit odd when I received a phone call from them and should have known better,because my sister was visiting at the time of the call and I said well id like to get that free trial for my sister ...to my amazement the man said well I cant sent that to you unless she has her own credit card. I said no and then the nightmare begins 135.00 dollars a month first month Im trying to return a email that says THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER..I tried there goes another 135.00 it says that is not a correct Email .I called it rang and rang and rang...12 months later and 135.00 x 12 =1,610.00 dollars later the only reason they stopped was because my boyfriends visa was exspired and they couldn't use it. I sent numerous emails which came back Wrong domain or bad address....WHAT CAN I DO NOW?? IM literaly sick to my stomach....Bernie C.

Garcinium - Free Trial Review
I ordered the product and read the agreement as I normally do not. I don't know if I missed the part about the 14 from ordered or was just so confused. But they took the $89 out of my account two days after I received the bottle. When I called them they were rude. Said they couldn't help me. It wasn't their problem that I wasn't seeing results. So now. I am almost $200 in the hole with my bank becuase I got slammed with overdraft fees. I hadn't even opened the bottle. Now I can't even log in to the account to cancel my subscription and I am worried I'll get charged again on the 20th of December. Btw. Still haven't seen any results.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!
Ordered the free trial as well, received the products and didn't care for them. When I tried to cancel, it seems as though I was one day too late as there was a $185.96 (total for the two) charge pending on my bank account. They cancelled the subscription, and sent emails which specifically states that "any ongoing and future payments have been cancelled per your request", yet a week later (today) they said we were too late and would not refund the $185.96. It was beyond there terms and conditions for refunds (which I cannot find either). Got a little heated with them and told them we would have our lawyer contact them if they didn't refund the money and hung up. A few minutes later, received a call back saying they would refund a portion ($65.07 TOTAL) and that was "the best they could do". Customer service is definitely a joke. They can't understand you. You can't understand them. They talk a mile a minute and it's so loud in the background, you do actually have to raise your voice. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS!!!!! IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

Ordered garcinium for $4.95, but was charged $99.99
Can not contact or find a return address for this product. Do you have any advise.i can not find where I ordered this product. It seems to have vanished. Also no web site or return a address anywhere. My credit card company says I will have to pay for this product unless I can return it. I don't think this is right. If they make it impossible to return that shouldn't fall on the consumers lap. Also it clearly stated $4.95 trial offer. How can this be legal to have no way to return this product? Please advise.

I ordered a 14 day free trial offer and it started the day I ordered it not the day I actually received the product.
I ordered Pure Garcinia Cambogia by Berry Thin on the 8th of October and paid $4.95 for S/H. I received the product on the 17th of October and started my free 14 day trial period. Then on 10/23/13 I found an $89.97 charge on my account for the product that had already been sent to me so I called the company and the woman said if I had called the day before they could have extended my trial period, but since I didn't I was being charged for the full 30 day period. I explained that I had been taking it for only a week and had not felt any changes yet. She told me that it was very clear on the order form online that it starts the day you order. I did not see anywhere on my order form where it expressed that and on the return policy it did not say the bottle had to be unopened either. I expressed that it made no sense as that is not enough time to see any results. The customer service lady she was sorry but couldn't do anything about it now. I said I want to return the whole product and not be charged the $89.97 and she said it was not a money back guarantee. She then offered me $35.00 off my order. I said yes figuring it would be best to get some of my money back at that point and I was frustrated. I still haven't seen it deducted from my bank account but know it can take up to 3 days to reflect. I called the next day and spoke to another rep. She read me word for word their version at customer service for the return policy but it was not what it stated online so I read word for word the return policy online and it did not state that the bottle had to be unopened. She acted like she did not know how to react to that and said that since the lady yesterday was taking off $35.00 of the $89.97 that the account is settled and I cant get my money back. Free trial offer should mean free trial offer. Also this product has done nothing so far for me. I haven't noticed any improvement in energy which is one thing she asked me about when I called. I will be more careful next time. If the product was good they would have a money back guarantee that they honor.
