T12 maint. fee charged without being informed

Purchased three used collector guns. They had minor grip damage and were very dirty. No complaint there as I liked them and cleaned them up .Sales person gave me a 5% military discount too.Upon returning home I noticed a T12 charge of over $30 for each gun. I was not informed of such a plan and do not want it as guns will never be fired. Need refund---inform them of the T12 plan before purchase.

Scammed by Gander Mountain, Summit Protection Plan and Gander Outdoors

As anyone who bought at Gander Mountain, and then fell stupid in buying a 'Protection Plan' which they issued under the name Summit Protection Plan and who were then either needing to make a claim and or who held an actual Summit Gift Card with money loaded on it . . . we have all been scammed. Gander Mountain went out of business, but sold their assets and liabilities to Gander Outdoors. Gander Outdoors is for the most part, operating out of the old facilities of the original Gander Mountain. Gander Outdoors has their joker of a CEO saying very charismatically that they 'want to make any problem right, just call him' and you do immediately get to a human in the jokers office. Problem from there is that they listen to you and then in a followup email simply tell you to F_ck Off, the Original Gander Mountain is not them and they won't honor those 'worthless' gift cards. So, guess what, NO ONE SHOULD SHOP Gander Outdoor and they should be put out of business their joker of a loser of a CEO can go F_ck Himself or grease up his butt whole with my $31 of ripped off money.

Expect the worst possible service

After vowing to never spend money again with the company I received gift cards from a previous debacle of a situation. I against my better judgment did it half my order was received other half after more than a month is in limbo the product I wasnt is in a store thats a hour away from me

Don't by gift cards

What kind of laws on gift cards what kind of company turns away people who gift cards to use at a later date It should not matter if a store is going at of business that person should have the right to use that gift card before their stock of stores are sold off I been waiting for all most Three years for a refund from gander mountain wrote the judge about gift cards still no answers to questions I asked some ask me if I filed a claim the answer is yes you know you can not write it off on your taxes maybe I should sell gift card like gander mountain and walk away with the money see that is what kind of court system as have

Stay away

Ordered pistol on Black Friday I've been lied to from everything down to being able to pick up purchase(which was paid for in full), then tried to get a refund. The process started in the second week of dec6now here it is the end of December and after being lied to and apologized to I have yet to rece6my property or refund. I have posted this to all my social media sites and I hope everyone sees and shares to show how deceptive your store is. If I as a regular person did what you did to me it would be considered theft.

Coupons

Rothschild gander outdoors has a coupon 30 percent off. Brought it into the store and manager wouldnt honor it. Said it ended 2 days before the expired date on the coupon. Ill never step in that store again. No wonder there going out of business!

Complaint

I bought an RV back in July and I am still waiting for parts and service. I have talked to several people over past several months and each time I been told the parts have not been ordered due to staff turnover. You have actually have had the unit for two months and not all the parts are in. This has been going on for 6 months.

Poor customer service

I purchased a can of fix a flat from gander mountain a day later a friend of mine came over the house to pick my son up for a playdate with his daughter and he said he had a nail in his tire. I told him he walked out because I literally just bought a can of Fix-It I went to use it and it did not work properly I read all the instructions and did everything correctly and the whole can of fix a flat leaked all over my driveway me and my clothes. After he left to take his car to a shop to have it fixed and I cleaned everything up I took a closer look at the bottle and realized that the nozzle had a crack all the way down to the can That's why I did not work and employee or another customer must have dropped it or however happened I did not know but I was sold a faulty product. I went to return it at that time there was a 3-day return policy the manager was not friendly at all and told me that there's nothing that she can do about it that it cannot be returned and that I need to call the manufacturer that makes the product.

GoodSamClub 1 year contract

Hello On July 17th I purchased a Fugi Mountain Bike from your store in Dickson City PA. As part of the transaction I purchased the annual maintenance agreement at $29.99. Two weeks ago I took my bike to the store for routine maintenance, and learned the store no longer sells or services bikes. I asked the store associate since they were no longer servicing bikes could I get a refund. He told me he could not do that and I would have to call Gander Mountain. I asked for the number and he told me to look it up on the internet. I found a number on the internet, called today, at the person told me she can only help me with on-line sales. (the number is listed as Gander Mountain Customer Service). I insisted she put me in touch with someone, and she transferred me to a call queue that was never answered. So now I am writing for guidance on whom I can speak to get this refund for a service I paid for and your company cannot provide. Fishing poles

We purchased fishing poles that had lifetime warranty for breakage. Have 2 that broke and when i called Gander Outdoors, they told me Gander Mountain no longer exists so we are out of luck. Very unhappy.

Fraud and Lies

My complaint is about $146 worth of Gift Cards which the company would not honor . The store was going through bankruptcy and would not honor my gift cards even though it continued to do business for months. I was told by one of the managers to file a claim with the court in Minnesota and that I would be reimbursed for my losses. I spent hours filing these claims online and forwarded supporting documentation as well. I received periodic updates about my claim and the case, but never any compensation for my losses. My wife and daughters purchased these cards for me, and I feel bad for them in the respect that they gave their hard earned money to a business which would ultimately honor their word. Add to that the managers personal assurance to me that I would be compensated which never happened. Bad Business!! Real Bad!! Cant believe they have reopened that store. That takes guts! How could somebody like myself who liked shopping there as much as I did even consider spending another dollar there.

The worst store ive ever been to cons

Spent 600 bucks on a bowfishing kit with all the lights bells and wistles it was just to small so i went back same day and they told me they dont return firearms i said it not a firearm just needed a bigger bow az i was to big for it told me to leave told them i was calling corpert and luckily i knew somebody in corpert so i was able to get my money back but they were going to rip me off if u let them never go there note if your the only couple in there u probly should leave and none of the staff knew about draw lengh and thats what i was trying to explain there just bad uneducated service the manager was so disrespectful it was almost a sick joke
