Purchasing issues with Asphalt 9

Earlier this week I tried to buy an internal game pack for the game. I bought two already that day. Then all of a sudden nothing could be bought and still can't be bought. I had another person try and buy and he can't either to this day. We both sent messages to customer care via the game and still have gotten any response back.

I lost my progress and a few purchases never received. I have been waiting for long but never got contacted by customer care. ID [224****] [224****] In my second account I also lost my progress and never got contacted by customer care. ID [221****] Please, pass my case to customer care Asphalt 8 so both my accounts can be fixed. Thank you in advanced.

Would like game restore or money back for purchases

Game reset automatically and erased my progress to zero I was at 574 in wins still going forward and game interrupted my stats. Would like fixed or I can cancel the game if its not able to preform and I would like refund of my moneys spent on game around 300 bucks. Thank you

Unable to login to March of Empires

After a recent update--I am not able to get the game to work. I have taken all of the steps suggested by Gameloft--to no avail. When I try to get the game to load on my Windows 10 PC--I get a White Screen. When I reinstall the game--the introduction plays, followed by a White Screen. Customer Service says that they are working on it--but the game has been out of service for 3 days now. By the time it gets fixed--I may have lost all of my progress.

There is a problem with my game. The problem is that the first game's car was your grade. When you are now upgraded. I have been installed and watched three times. I have not recovered yet. This problem has happened for two months. I have contacted you many times but you have not received any response from me

Asphalt 8 account progress was lost

In India I lost my vehicles upgrades and credits tokens fusion coins was lost and my direct upgrades are lost contact India agents and recover my progress back with good compensation for loss

Save game progress loss

Placement in multi player and customer care won't open in game

First off I think your service is a farce! you explain everything away by placing blame on the player and you do nothing to remedy the issues complained about, secondly, how do you expect an A-class car to win a race against 7 other s-class cars in a Ghost season? this is not fair and you know it! skill has nothing to do with it when you can't keep up! your Dev people need a reality check!
