I used my mans card to update billing and they want to hear from him he has broken back and broken neck he shouldn't have to deal with this he had 5 surgery and instead of reaching out before taking money they took money out

Game went from Medium Availability to VERY LOW availability this morning and NO GAME.The lady from customer service was very snotty to me and I asked her to be respectful. I did it very politely.
I wasn't rude.And my guess is she moved me to the bottom of the list. I canceled my membership. Screw this company for rentals. Their rental service is a TOTAL JOKE.
AVOID Gamefly rental service at ALL COSTS. Buying used games from them is fine.
But, NEVER try to rent anything even slightly new from them. You'll NEVER GET IT.

Spoke with customer service this morning and they didn't do what the other Cust Serv rep said. So, they said just deal with it and WAIT.
I was told one thing by one cust service rep (Jordan) one day and he was contradicted a couple days later by another. This company is rotten.

I don't know how this company prioritizes things. But, unless you put a game on your Q at least 6 months to a YEAR before it releases, you're not going to see it for weeks - if not months - after it comes out! That's the way it was before. So, I thought maybe they improved their service and reactivated my account a month ago and put Borderlands 3 on my Q for rental. I put both the Xbox and PS4 versions on. I haven't gotten a single one. I contacted customer service, they lied to me, put me off, and now I continue to wait. I'm giving them until beginning of next week to send me the game. If not, then I cancel .... AGAIN! They're great to buy used games from. Stay FAR away from their rental service unless you like waiting a LONG time for anything recent!

I am 70.years old didnt know what gamefly was therefore I purchased nothing from you please return the 16.71 expeditiously . I will not put my account number here . Not being able to use registered prepaid cards to rent games
I have been trying to sign up for gamefly 3 times over the years because I have been using a prepaid Mastercard gift card that I even register for online purchases. and I have been doing it with other companies like Netflix for renting dvds. But I have been trying to register with gamefly by doing the same thing but they won't let me for some reason. I mean good god i have been living on a limited income now because I am a person with special needs and they refuse to help me with that come on.

I love the company but my games be messed up every once and a while.
I been waiting to play hitman 2 on ps4 for super long.so when it came i was super ready to play it But been then got busy and had to wait. Till today.and i went 15 mins for game to install played for 3mins then the game say it cant play.......i want this game again but can you send me the new game?????hitman2 thats good

Unauthorized debit
I had this service for several years. I decided I no longer wanted it.When my debit card expired I did not send the new onfo. Thinking this would take care of it.My card got charged anyway. I see why they don't like prepaid cards. (harder to rip people off)
