I got an email regarding pissed consumer. When I went to verify my info it was someone else name. I have my account set up for annual renewal. I can see game on game changer but no sound like I used to have. In order to get sound it is asking for more money.

GC app shows live game, but not showing on my phone
I did call GC to see if my issue could be fixed and all I got was a gentleman who did not even know what GC was and he was located in a Dick's service call center! C'mon GC! I have 2 grandsons that play summer travel ball. I can see one grandson's game but not the other one. Pay too much money for this new app and at Dick's Sporting Good stores around the country for you not to have someone call me and get this fixed! All the correct team info is in the GC app part of my phone. Do I need to add Dick's Sporting Goods to my list of boycott stores? Please fix this!

What Tech Support?
IIt took me a week to find the right number and contacts to report an issue with a password. I finally unlocked the golden ticket for tech support. I received an email that said I would be co reacted in 72 hours. Apparently, Nono e can define what 72 hours is! It has been a full week and no one has contacted me about a reset for my password. I am paying for a service ai cant receive

Game Changer issues
My issue with game changer is still not resolved. My emai is irv@***.com and my wife's is hiaitken29@***.com. I for some reason am logged onto her account and it will not let me subscribe to see team stats. Nobody seems to know what the *** they are doing and good luck getting a hold of somebody. TERRIBLE!!

I purchased PLUS 4 weeks ago but I am not getting it
I purchased plus on GameChanger four weeks ago and it was not installed. I text asked for it to be corrected and it was for four days. Now Im not getting it again and no one will reply or correct it. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a company. I text and I text but get no answers. Theres no phone Number that I can call and talk to a representative. The problem is they have a monopoly.
