On "Come on cash 2 I've hit the jackpot multiple times. Once you hit jackpot it respins and you can either hit the major minor or mini jackpot. Every time I win major or minor on the respin it magically freezes up and boots me off the game. Its not the reception on my phone I have hi speed internet with good connection its this company cheating and not paying out when a large sum of money is one. This has happened multiple times so I know for certain this company is robbing customers who win of there winnings. Complete *** And of course I'll be ignored and nothing will be done. THERE CHEATERS DONT GAMBLE ON GAMEVAULT

The Stinkin Rich game has been tinkered with in last few days. Over 200 dollars and not one key to riches bonus.
I've been playing Game Vault for close to a year. At least 200 per paycheck. They have a glitch on Stinkin Rich and you no longer get any key to riches bonuses. It's unbelievable compared to how this game played in the past. Definitely been screwed with.do.DPdp not

Game vault should no longer have this vendor representing them. I have been a gamer for awhile. I have never met a more unprofessional gaming site. They will refuse to pay you your winnings or prizes. They give other gaming casinos a bad name. Don't trust your money with them

So last night I deposited $10 and was up to $128 I asked them to cash me out. They then informed me that they could cash me out at $100 now being there should still be $28 on my game there wasnt and I was told that after cash out it resets your game, which is complete bs, because there was still a whopping .$95 CENTS on my game. So that was a lie. Then tonight I gave in and played another $10 was up to $42 and some change and all of a sudden I received a message while playing my game. The message read Your account is logged on other devices and you are forced to disembark it then kicked me off the game and I asked them to cash me out due to the message. Then tried getting back in my game and it said password changed. Hmmm fishy right? Yea theres no way anyone has my password except for them!! These people are a scam!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY FIND ANOTHER GAME!!! They now owe me $70 unreal! Bad business and I spend a lot of money with these people. Im sorry I Used to spend a lot of money I deleted the app now and having everyone I know delete it as well. Their loss. They would have made more than $70 off me. Ha dumb.

AGAIN GAME VAULT HAS RIPPED ME OFF.
(As you can see, I had 3 spins in a row and was not awarded the spin wheel bonus. TWICE within in a few minutes. That's the whole point of the game. I have video as well. SCREEN RECORD EVERYTHING. I've also had previous problems, which are all documented as well. I called the customer service/owner's number he didn't answer but texted me immediately asking me to text him so I did as he asked of me and sent him videos and screenshots of his platform stealing money from me and of me getting 4 Fire links balls and not getting my bonus spins. On 2 occasions. I emailed him, and he never responded to my emails or texts. In one incident, they stole $43.00 out of my account while I was playing. They need to be ordered to reimburse us and start a legitimate platform, or we should pay them a visit.

I was told that I could cash out up to $500 when I first started with Bessie David on FB. When I actually won $327 and wanted to cash out..I was told that I could get $200 and then the remainder the next day. So I finally agreed to that. Two days later after still not having been cashed out...I noticed that there was a zero balance and then my account was frozen! The foreign people that operate these platforms need to be shut down permanently!

This site is a fraud.I went to cash out also known as redemption, and they asked me for my cash tag and I provided that and they never asked me for the namealong with the cash tag... the money was sent supposedly to someone else with the same cash tag and a name that I never provided.they use this issue to justify why they would not pay me. in my opinion I know no one who has ever received any money from this fraudulent company.I went online and reported them and you should too if you're reading this and have got scammed by these people.

This is underground online casino and they are scamming people out of money. My husband pay to play and they said they didn't receive payment but I have the payment confirmation in my email, bank account, and messenger and they won't refund. The games are set up when you are supposed to win you don't and when you do win they don't pay the whole amount they steal some.
