Amanda Morris was absolutely the worst, least helpful person EVER

Costco damaged my wheel and tire, not to mention stripped my lug nuts. Then they didn't tell me they damaged my vehicle, but luckily I noticed! Tire center manager said they take full responsibility. But Amanda Morris refused to replace the wheel, took 2 months to handle my claim...went over 2 weeks without responding, refused to let me speak to a supervisor..bottom line, They DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THE VICTIMSg

A accident that occurred with their client

Gallagher Bassett was the insurance company that the insured had that was assigned to both myself and my daughter after an accident occurred because of employee negligence and defective equipment with the insureds company. They have been one of the worst companies to deal with during this time. The agent has called us LAUGHING about our injuries, has made comments about how the doctors are charging $1000 for 5 minutes of service rude, condescending and inappropriate behavior. I have contacted the customer service requesting to speak with a supervisor and was given Davids number and left him several messages to NOT receive a return phone call. Ive called back customer service again with no rectification to the issue of this rep Bill Robertson. I wanted to settle this amicably but I do not see that as a possibility moving forward. This is a terrible insurance company so get your attorneys ready because they are the worst!

Accident that resulted in a claim

I reached out to Gallagher Bassett in regards to an accident that occurred with some negligence and faulty equipment the was rented to me by TSC they are the insurance company that handles the claims. I would like to say this was a pretty horrific experience with the accident but with this insurance company their representatives are ignorant, inappropriate and disrespectful and downright rude! Several days of waiting for a return phone call from the supervisor who is supposed to call me is another joke after leaving a message of some inappropriate conduct of their staff and Im still waiting!!! I wanted to handle this claim quickly with respect and I seriously doubt that will occur with Galliger Bassett and it looks like I will have to seek legal representation

I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding a recent interaction I had with one of your company representatives. I believe that constructive feedback is essential for maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Unfortunately, my interaction with your representative, Natalie Saadeh, left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the level of professionalism exhibited. I would like to provide a detailed account of the incident: When I initially explained my issue to Natalie, I encountered a lack of responsiveness. It seemed as though my concerns were not being heard, and there was minimal effort to provide assistance. Throughout our conversation, I was taken aback by the disrespectful tone and demeanor exhibited by Mrs. Saadeh. There were instances of condescending language and dismissive remarks, which made me feel undervalued as a customer. It became evident that she was unfamiliar with the specifics of my issue. Instead of taking the time to understand and address my concern, I was met with inaccurate information and vague responses that did not resolve my problem. Despite assurances from Mrs. Saadeh that my issue would be escalated and promptly resolved, I have not received any follow-up communication or resolution to date. As a loyal customer, I believe in the value of your services and have always had positive experiences in the past. However, my recent encounter with Natalie has left me disappointed and frustrated. I firmly believe that exceptional customer service is a cornerstone of any reputable company, and this incident falls far short of that expectation. I kindly request the following actions to be taken: -A formal investigation into her handling of clients. -Adequate training and guidance to ensure she possess the necessary skills to interact professionally and knowledgeably with customers and/or termination.

Vehicle claim

They never get back with you and everyone says 24-48 hours for a call back or email and nothing is getting resolved. They are terrible I wish I could give them -100 for a review.

Adjuster not Communicating

The customer service is just like the company I have not heard anything in 2 months from anyone. I've had a claim for two months and no one returns phone calls or emails.

they are the insurance company for fedex the worst delivery service around i know why they are together because they don't listen and don't care about a damn thing other then a dolar. they have jacked me around for almost two months on a claim and i sent my last email to them that i will see them in court i am sick of them and fedex if someone says that they are the insurance carrier for them RUN

Rental car

I called to speak to a manager. I was told i would hear back 24-48 hrs. Never reaponded and now it's 72 hrs past the 48 hr mark and nothing.

I believe this company is a scam and interested in truth involving claims.

I was involved in a car accident with a construction vehicle that was owned & operated by one of their clients they handle claims for. Without ever having contacted me or allow me to submit a claim, they simply believed what their client told them as to how the accident happened and NEVER contacted me or even allowed me to present the real facts, they simply believed the construction company that it was all my fault and refused to allow me to submit a claim.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone to help me with a claim I got in a accident in a company truck on company hours and now theres a lawsuit against me and the company I worked for I want to know if that there insurance is covering me bc I dont believe I have the right to be sued for something I tried to avoid at all cost

Direct deposit

Why I am I getting a check instead of a direct deposit like I always had. I signed up for direct deposit when I started with gallery Bassett. All of a sudden they decided to holder check and now are melling by checks.

Check claim status

I never received a call from anyone. I was injured at my job on 4-16-23 I have not received any updates on my money or claim.

Called and complain about the adjuster, and would like something to be done

Issues with adjuster They absolutely cannot get the checks out on time. My children do their schooling at home. We are losing our Internet close to losing our power because my husband is not receiving his checks.

Compliant

Made a claim November 2021 supplied all required info at the time. Your people did absolutely nothing, never had such issues dealing with any insurer other than you. In 15 months not a single dime has been sent to me. I get fed lies at every contact. Claim number ***** got told today they mailed the check Feb 10 2023. Mail is slow but any letter from even remote parts of the world don't take more than a month to get anywhere.

AUTO ACCIDENT OCCURENCE 3-8-2023

I was involved in an auto accident one of your insurers employees caused in the state of Ohio. I have been trying to no avail to contact and connect with Cierra Winzor, Resolution Manager. I have emailed and left messages and to avail nothing. I am so angry that I am being treated as a second class person. I did not cause the accident in question a TRUGREEN LAWN CARE SERVICE (WALTON HILLS, OHIO) employee caused the damage to my car on 3/8/2023. I just want your insurance company to pay for the repairs and my deductible. I am a single mother, I work hard every day and I do not have this type f money for repairs and my insurance deductible. The last email I received from Cierra Winzor was saying within 24-48 hours I would recive a check in the mail. I have received nothing and my car is in the shop today and when they are completed with the repairs they want $500 in which I do not have. I need help and need someone to help me TODAY. I don't want to file a small claims court case. I really dont but I am really, really surprised of the manner of no communication.

Terrible customer service

It is now March 18th and I am still waiting to get paid for hours worked and messed in November 2022. Pam (case manager) NEVER replies to my emails or takes my calls. Always most of the times is when I call the 800# and transferred then she will take my calls after that for a day. I've asked her to let me know when she receives my e mails and she only had done this like twice. Very poor service.
