Tell you one thing charge you a higher amount!!!!! don't

charged more than they were supposed too!!! this is the worst company ever! The phone number that came on my credit card bill to contact them was a non working number! They don't even try to refund you they ask you to pay again to get refunded LOOSERS

I want to warn future customers not to buy these meals.

These people send containers of food without even verification of the customer schedule. On vacation and they decide to send box then. After sending numerous emails to clarify and not to send for a few days as I would be not be available no response kept calling and emailing no one answered until after they already arrived in 100 degree heat. All the meals were spoiled. Finally I got a response from G-plans and was charged 59 dollars to cancel. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! WARNING

Canceling G plan

Ive made 20 Calls and messaged with bot but I can not get through to a human to cancel before this even starts.

Refund not taking place

I joined this G plan after reading their advertisement, I paid $297. Within one hour I cancel the subscription because they did not let you know that you were going to be paying more money. They told me no problem the $297 would not go through on the charge and they would refund the other $14 as well. They did charge me the $297, I have sent them six emails and tried to call them. I still have not gotten my $297 refunded after a week.

Refund

I have emailed this company in June and July that I want it stopped and money returned. I have not received products and I still dont want them I want my money returned as I requested in June 2023.

Upset over the whole program

Not sure what gives here but I paid for the first month and the $10 shipping fee for food that arrived thawed out in a broken box and have tried to reach them several times via e-mail with no response. They continue to try to charge my credit card again and again even though I have contacted them to please stop. Wish it could have been different but they are completely unresponsive to my contact.

Please cancel my L.E.A.N. program. I have been on the program for a while now but have seen no results in the loss in weight. I no longer want to continue with this program because it just did not work for me. There is no sense in continue to pay for a product that has shown no results for me.

Frustrated with cancelling service

DonI canceled this on line the minute I ordered bc its not what I thought it was. It said you have 39 days to cancel but Im still getting charged and not refunded for what I was charged. The policy I saw said you were refunded fully if you cancel! My bank is involved now to report this issue!

I need to cancel this subscription immediately please. I don't wish to continue this service and shouldn't be charged to cancel. Please contact me ASAP so this can be taken care of before 7/10/2023. I thought this was apart of GOLO but it's not. Then I'm being sent to "Max with Cancel Hero" and they want to charge me to cancel. This is not right!

Payment/membership

When following instructions on canceling, ironically, my account cant be located. No matters how many times I tried, no success. You cant reach a human being, youre stuck. They certainly didnt have a problem in finding it to pull $$ out of it! As I previously thought, probably a SCAM..ok, now a BANK call. These kind of businesses just want to fish you in, start taking your &$ and kick you to the CURB!!!

Filling a complaint

This company makes it almost impossible for you to get a reply when you have a problem. Ghost!! They say they will cancel and refund then the next thing you receive is poor quality product sent to you and several, and I mean several charges added to your account. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE this product!!

This site is a scam!!

They say 30 day money back guarantee and their company has full transparency. I canceled 5 minutes after I got suckered into this. Its true because when you try to call them for a refund, its like calling a ghost. I left messages, no call back, I tried chats (they say no one is available every single time), and Ive emailed them and no one got back to me.

Cancel account

When reading about what this company offered it sound very good and they also gave a discounted price. So I signed up and paid with my credit card. As soon as I paid with my credit card, I kept saying next, so when I hit next, he kept trying to sell me more products and the area in which it says skip was so tiny. Most people would have missed it and felt they needed to sign up for the additional products and services. What I didnt like which they were trying to advertise the additional services in a way that Stated if you signed up for the original plan it really didnt work without the additional services and it seem like fraud. This got me very angry and I decided to cancel the whole thing. When I called customer service no one was working so of course, you had to speak to a robot. I had to cancel my subscription through the robot . Because I did not trust the site, I called my bank to make sure that they knew that this payment should not go through. If the site is reputable, it sells the product in which its advertising. It should .
