I was charged a yearly fee in August 23. No more company since July 23.
No, at this point I need my money back. I am completely done with this scam! No one answers your calls. No answer connect to chat. There is no one in the other end because there is no longer FUZZY company ! Yet they continue charging yearly membership fees!!! Scam!!!

Hello. Isnt help? I know my membership is up to date. Why can I not get help. I need to order flea meds for my furry babies. The fleas this year are on steroids! Someone call me or email me , something. $99 a year is not cheap! For no service when needed!

I have emailed this company several times. I NEVER received my orders, which I paid almost $190.00! To me that's alot of money! I have called their customer service, which isn't a customer service. I was not able to talk to a human, just a voice mail. I will give them 48 hrs to respond, then I will contact my credit card Co. And will dispute my pmt to them. I will not do business with them in the future and I will post on FB a negative comment so others don't have the same thing happen to them as I did.

I'm not a true pissed off person I just needed to stop my subscription for the flea control for my dogs and my cat because they were losing hair my cat has lost so much hair that she's balding some places my Chihuahua that weighs less than 10 pounds has no hair from his neck down to its pubic area and the other dog has hair missing off of the back of his neck right in the location where I've applied your topical solution so evidently I'm not pissed off with your product I just have realized your product my animals must be allergic to that's the only reason I canceled and I'm going to have to find some other flea control thank you for your compliance with cancellation and I appreciate everything you did thank you
